I came to join seven other friends. Only after half an hour a Waiter came to take the order and this only after several useless attempts and catching one of the waiters, while they were running confused in the corridors between the tables. After two hours, I tried to speak with a manager asking to solve our issues, because even after recalling the same waiter who said our order was being done, we still didn't get our drinks nor our food. The manager send us with another waiter a bill instead. What a disaster: the bill contained everything that we ordered, but never got served. When we highlighted the only few drinks that had been received with alterations (received drinks that we didn't order) one of the female managers even insisted that it's impossible that we didn't drink or eat all that, because it appeared in their system as done and delivered on the table. I've never been so humiliated as a Quality Control Inspector in the field of gastronomy and hotel business, especially while coming from far. Needless to say that the level of disappointment just destroyed what could have been a nice night out with old friends. This place just sucks. It's the worst service and attitude I've ever seen in my years as a professional in this field. This place needs a total remake of staff and especially lessons about manners with a client. I don't remember I ever had such a bad experience.

I suggest you take more seriously your job. Your job is not to play with consipiracy theories, but to take your responsibilities, and apologise for the mishap. Additionally I wanted to point out that what triggered our bad reviews is not the mistake with the receipt, or the fact that at the end we didn't eat anything. This kind of things can happen all the time in any restaurant/place. in any other place however they would apologies and offer a dessert, but instead your stuff insisted on impling that we lied, and reluctlantly fixed the receipt ater a lot of talks. I suggest you take the hit, apologies and make sure your staff knows how to behave with clients. I wish you the best of luck with that. ORIGINAL review: Stay away! Music waaaay to loud, too crowded. A groups of 8 in a table for 6 (a friend left for the music to loud, we left 7). We ordered and received a beer each. Then we ordered food and more alcohol. We received nothing of that and after 1.5 hours of screaming with the waiter and the manager (the music won't allow people to hear one another even at a distance of 15cm) they still wanted us to pay all the food and the drinks that we did not received. A very bad attitude towards clients, like if they were doing us a favor to adjust the their failure. I told them that I did not received the cognac and as a response, instead of a sorry, she said: "it can't be, there I see the glass", pointing to a chaises from an other drink. She didn't even know ho a cognac glass looks like. Very bad experience, stay away. There are hundreds of better places of the same type in the area. PS: not at all an Irish pub. Just a normal bar with trance music.. nothing Irish in it.

Let's start that with bad service Too loud music indoos, looks. Like they change speakers every week. Too busy Especially in weekends We were 7 people orders drink each drink came with different waiter with at least 20 min difference. Ordered food as well after an hour the waiter come to us and we asked what about the food he said we took the food reservation 15 min ago. One more thing the bill came the added the food which we didn't get. And we told the waiter and also to the manager that we didn't get the food, they claimed that we got evrerthing.

Great place for late night hang out. Food options and beer are a bit limited for a place that calls itself an Irish pub (and a bit too expensive as well), but music was excellent! They have to add some snacks to go with the beer, and learn the right way to fill a Guinness glass!!

The connection this place has to anything Irish is maybe a beer or two and part of the design. It's expensive and smoking is allowed in most of this place. Music is mainly dance-pop

Nice bar, good food and good choices f I r beer. Allows smoking in certain large regions. I missed a little healthier options for eating such as filet meat.

Really excellent and delicious food, but very EXPENSIVE beer and a bit loudly.

We were told there’s a minimum order of 100 ILS per person, but were waived since we weren’t going to stay long. The location offers a nice view but only during daytime. Ordered some beer and French fries, they were OK. Mistakenly overcharged us but fixed it quickly. Average experience overall.

Music is way too loud for a fine dining restaurant that it claims to be. It’s nightclub loud. CANT HEAR WHAT YOURE SAYING LOUD. I had to put ear plugs in to bear the noise, and yet still it was way too loud. My friends all had to shout to each other even though they sat right beside each other. Upon arrival we were told that we need to spend at least 100 NIS per person as well, which was quite a shock to all of us. Was Hard to get the attention of the waiters, with having to shout to get the attention of them because of loud music once again. Just like others we also got charged for drinks that never arrived but at this point we cut our losses and left without kicking up a fuss. Farthest from an Irish pub or a fine dining restaurant as it can be. Guinness pour was also terrible, and most beers that we asked for were not available anymore, even though we arrived 15 minutes after opening. Overall it wasn’t the best experience, and won’t be recommending it to others.

Low selection of beer, high prices and the non smoking zone is a recommendation since if there is a large group there, they can smoke and nobody cares.

The place is fine. Not overwhelming good, but a great place if you like loud music and crowded places ;)

We booked a table for a friends birthday on world cup semi finals that is the only reason I stayed. The food was good but the prices was extremely high and not reasonable. Service was ok but beer was served in a plastic cup

We enjoyed the music, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Additionally, one of the dishes I ordered was missing some of the ingredients that were listed on the menu. We received a different beer than what we had ordered. Based on the price we paid, our expectations were higher than what we received.
