Went to Olive Garden today with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. Our waitress, Ciera, did a fantastic job taking care of us. She was really on top of it making sure we had everything we needed and that our drinks stayed refreshed. And she did it all with a very pleasant and friendly attitude. She was a great example of good customer service.

Always love Olive Garden of Texarkana. They are always so friendly and the food is amazing. Thank you for always providing such great customer service.

I wasn’t impressed with the tour of Italy. My favorite thing there is the soup, salad and breadsticks with the Alfredo dipping sauce. Now for the dessert, they literally have a tres leches cake but call it sweet cream. It’s AMAZING.

Very disappointed. Stopped by for dinner as I kick off a business trip locally. I had the tour of Italy. The fettuccine alfredo was pretty good. I could definitely tell that the dish had been made in advance and then heated up because the chicken parm was not crispy. The lasagna was burnt and inedible. The salad and breadsticks were predictably good as usual. I was also surprised that they do not give out mints with the bill at this location. Waitress was friendly but took a long time to get my soda refilled. I don't know if I'll be back after this trip is done, but if I do come back, I won't be going back to this Olive Garden.

Feb 5 2023 - Our server was sweet and attentive. Management went above and beyond to correct a minor issue. June 16 2023 - Online ordering is also easy and quick pickup.

Honestly, Talisha was our server and I PROMISE if you have her as a server, you will be satisfied. She was on top of refilling our drinks, asking us if we needed anything, and made sure we were pleased with everything. Our soup and pasta were also cooked well. Loved each bite!

It was great. We were greeted at the door, we were seated quickly, are drinks never emptied, the salad & fresh baked breadsticls were amazing, and the appetizer was fresh and hot. We had time to eat our appetizer before the meal and the our meal was real good.

We've been to Olive Gardens all over the US and this was by far the best! The restaurant was clean and well kept. The food was DELICIOUS with plenty of sauce! Service was quick and super friendly!

So much good food. The endless bowls were awesome, but don't make the same mistake as me - you don't need that much food. The staff were really helpful and courteous, more cheese please! The place was too cold though, the AC was blasting far too much. Then again, it was pretty cold the weekend I visited.

We love the food from here but recently its like they’ve gotten lazy. My to go orders look distasteful. A tuscan soup is supposed to be a soup yet it’s mostly potatoes. It’s in the name so why not make it a soup.

Food was good, the service was exceptional. Olivia did a great job!

Over all pretty good it just took awhile to get our drinks an place order but after all it was great if u don't mind having to wait 20/30 minutes to get drinks...

We were seated as soon as we arrived. Kaitlyn, our server, came to get our drink orders as well as appetizers. We did not order appetizers but did order our entrees. Kaitlyn served our salad and bread sticks very quickly along with our drinks. Our entrees arrived and Kaitlyn removed our used tableware. We enjoyed our meals very much and appreciated Kaitlyn's attentiveness. It was an enjoyable experience. As we left, we were spoken to and welcomed back by two other servers and the person at the front desk.

Service was terrible, they made our food wrong and then lied that the pasta was gluten free. They were questioning my daughters gluten allergy instead of just serving her the food she ordered.

You may notice on my reviews that they are all five star probably. The reason for that is I don't typically review a place of business unless it is a five star or the place is terrible then of course it wouldn't be 5 star. Our waitress at the restaurant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was delicious. I had the gnocchii soup which was very very good. It was very clean and well kept and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated.

We bought a family meal delivered today. The salad was great, appetizer ok. But the main course, spaghetti with meat sauce was spoiled. This happened to us about 19 years ago. At that time dining in the restaurant the manager argued with me that it wasn't spoiled. We didn't come back literally for 10 years. We've been going off and on the past 6 months. I know what the sauce is supposed to taste like. This is spoiled. This is a huge amount of money to just throw away because your manager can't maintain proper food storage. I have no intention of arguing with them. I hope you will make this right or it will be another ten years before we set foot in this olive garden. 82 bucks wasted for garbage

I've never been to an olive garden, but this was an excellent first impression. The bread sticks lived up to the hype. Fried mozzarella was delicious. I got the chicken and shrimp carbonara, it was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly.

Had to ask for my salad to come to the table nearly 15 mins after ordering. Was told their bread man had quit and was holding stuff up. I finished salad and waited almost 10 more minutes for my dinner. Which came warm barely. The chicken was hot off the grill but the pasta and sauce was barely more than tepid This was a not busy week night

Can't get all food at same time. Here's your soup, waiting on bread to come out of oven..Here's your bread, oh your out of soup? Want more? 20 minutes later, Here's your soup! Oh! Your drink is empty! I'll bring you another! 15 minutes later, Here's your drink! Watched waitress walk past my table 3 times with bread for new tables while I was waiting for my bread. Identical service by two different servers on last two trips..won't be back.

I will say the only good thing was the woman who brought my food out she was very nice. I got the tour of Italy. Food burnt hardly any Alfredo sauce on the noodles salad had onions that where bad and salad dressing was spoiled. Tried to call and talk to the manager but never got to talk to one kept being put on hold . Won't be back.

The service was ok but I know that she looked at the salad and seen how much dressing was on it. I don't know if the wait staff fixing it or someone else but it was completely covered and pooled up on the bottom of the bowl. She came by a couple of times with ya need anything? Not happy with that experience and yall need to get back the stuffed mushrooms.

Never disappointed in this location. The hosts, servers, buspersons, and managers are always friendly. I went for the beloved endless soup, salad, bread sticks, and pasta option. I hope it comes back soon. Special shout out to server, Ashley! You're awesome!!!

My little family of four came here for my birthday and had a lovely time. The food was great. Our server was wonderful and attentive. Would recommend :)

Hostess told us there were no booths available. We pointed at the empty booths across from the table she led us to. We reluctantly sat at the small table in the middle of the dining area and watched the hostess begin seating customers at the very booths we pointed to. Literally two minutes after she forced us to sit at a table. Next time, if there is a next time, we will simply say no and leave.

Placed an order to go over the phone. I called back to add some items. Each time they were friendly and efficient. I received everything that we ordered and appropriate sides and utensils. Food was good.

I loved it. The bread sticks were fresh,lightly salted, and ready to eat. The atmosphere is amazing sometimes they dim the lights. I had a blue Amalfi,(this is a alcohol beverage) and it was absolutely delicious. The waitress(Christy for short) was very kind and thoughtful. I had a tour of Italy with shrimp and the food was very fresh and absolutely lovely

Hostess wasn’t very inviting. She could not answer any questions we had for takeout. Our takeout for just a salad took longer than I would have expected (probably 20 min.) I really needed a water to go but of course, the hostess refused any eye contact to see if I needed something and was very unapproachable. So I went to the bartender. She was great. Asked what I needed and took care of me right then and there. I would have given a 1 star rating but since y’all have a wonderful bartender, there you go.

To start, will I go back. Yes. At one time Olive Garden was an upper scale place to eat out. It has changed over time. The service was very nice. The pasta meals were good. The "new" shrimp plate started out good however left a bitter after taste. They are known for their salads and bread... not this time. I would give this spot 3.5 out of 5. Worth going but has some hiccups. Enjoy!!!!
