Scam. CHARGED US EXTRA 10K baht after paying full price. Said no checkin without the security money. When we protested, Peter said that it is written on the Airbnb listing On checking the listing we saw NOTHING WAS MENTIONED UNDER HOUSE RULES. Under the ADDTIONAL rules after 12 points, it was the last sentence mentioned in small. Peter took advantage of our situation. Don’t you think a huge EXTRA amount should be mentioned upfront and not after booking?Which by the way is also NON REFUNDABLE

"Disappointing Experience - Security Deposit and Pest Problem". My recent stay at this Airbnb property left much to be desired. I want to share my experience so future guests are aware of the issues I encountered. Firstly, the security deposit: The host withheld a portion of my security deposit without valid reasons. I followed all the rules, left the property in good condition, and yet I was unfairly charged for damages that were not my responsibility. This lack of transparency and unfair treatment left a sour taste in my mouth. Secondly, the cleanliness of the property was severely lacking. I was horrified to find cockroaches in the house. This is completely unacceptable, and it made our stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. I believe it's the host's responsibility to maintain a pest-free environment for guests. I communicated these concerns with the host, but the response was inadequate, and I felt unsupported. This experience has left me with serious doubts about using Airbnb in the future. The host asked us for a 10,000 Thai Baht deposit, even though Airbnb provides insurance coverage for hosts. This deposit request was not only unnecessary but also against Airbnb's policies. As we had already paid in full for the AirBnb booking we were left with no other choice other than to pay Peter asked an extra 10,000 deposit to check in. To make matters worse, the couch in the living room was torn and had a foul smell. It was quite uncomfortable and not as described in the listing. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the place was subpar. We encountered cockroaches in both the kitchen and living room, which was quite unsettling. Overall, I would not recommend this Airbnb due to the issues with the deposit request, the poor condition of the furniture, and the hygiene concerns. I hope this review serves as a warning to others, and I urge the host to improve their property and their communication with guests to ensure a more pleasant experience.

You will need to use google maps🚘 to find your way there. Parking in alley along side Villa (not under cover). Larger Villas different location. Deposit ฿2000 Cash Only. Villa clean, Private most part except for gap under gate/door connecting villa next door. Pool was clean. Bring some bug spray, ie. Lemongrass Spray. No 7eleven here so bring snacks with you. Beach is only a short drive but far from Pattaya tourist strip so no large malls nearby. Was value for money so will return. 👍🏊‍♂️🍽🏖🛏🚿🛋

Stayed there for two nights and enjoyed throughly. Pool not very big but quite enough to enjoy ur stay with ur very own private pool with 24hrs access. Pool also had jacuzzi option with a click of a button. This place is abt 25mins walk away from jomitien beach and abt 15mins walk away from seven eleven on the main road. They have fully functional kitchen inside with all the required basic utensils.

Yo Yo & her team were fantastic hosts during our stay. Our 4 bed villa was well presented & fully equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The pool was a perfect size & ideally positioned to get the sun most of the day. The villa was cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh bedding & towels. There are a number of other smaller villas managed by Yo Yo & everyone was presented to the same high standard. I would 100% recommend

Very pleasant stay at the Tropic an a Pool Villa, was actually a bit surprised by how nice the place was. We arrived and were allowed to check in early which was really nice. The private pools are really nice later, especially in the heat. Each room also has AC and some really comfortable beds. Only thing that could really be better is the location, I would definitely recommend renting a scooter from the people next door as it is about 15 minutes to walk to the main strip on the beach, but anywhere else will take far too long and wille exhaust you in that heat. Otherwise, my family and I had a great stay here and would definitely consider staying again if ever in the area again.

The facilities/ room were outdated and would need some maintenance work. Main pain point in the room: it was incredibly loud (a/c, fridge, not sure where it came from) i had to put earplugs to sleep. Location is a bit off too, nothing close in walking distance. Price /service ratio overall is unsatisfying

It was a really great experience. The manager was very cooperative & assisted well. The in house food has to be taken care off by self which is not to tough once u think it along with the easy delivery options & near by market. Recommended for sure. A bit far from the main hub but still u will enjoy the experience of the villa to its fullest.

Although the swimming pool is smaller than expected and the location is quite far away from the developed area , the villa is still a great place to stay. Security and room cleaning services are really good. Enviornment and equipments​ are clean and tidy. In a nutshell, this villa is a good place for a group of friends or family.

Clean rooms but too small swimming pool & high rate with very high deposit

A really good place to stay. The staffs were so accommodating. The room is fully equiped with stuffs you need for the whole stay. Rooms are cleaned every day. Also you can rent a motorbike for 200Thb/day from them if you need one.

Best holidays with lovely staff and good services. Clean,safe and feels like home. It's good to use taxi, Uber or own transport. Also can ask the staff if you need anything during your stay. Restaurant will be opening in near future, so it will be very easy to eat. But near by is fresh market and 24 h restaurant as well. They have food delivery in villa too. Sometimes little problems maybe occurred but management is doing their best to solve.

Nice location off the beaten track enough for peace and quiet but close enough to the beach and pubs and resteraunts. Well looked after by the staff.

Room is not clean at all. After checking in they are still hairs from the previous guest on the ground. A lot of insects, we even found a cockroach in the room.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Easy check-in, 100% privacy, little shop to buy coffee/drinks etc., everything clean, breakfast order possible, daily cleaning and daily towel change, motorbike rent possible, electricity included, staff super friendly and helpful. 100% recommendation!!! 5 Star!
