I like to live in this place. Great service for money. Pool, facilities, everything is good. But.. They often organize private parties for profit and make noise. Music plays all day long and the management team says they don’t care, they will continue organizing these parties for profit. In addition to that, recently they breached the contract terms and told me to go to police if I want to. Who knows if they gonna change the terms in whatever way they like. So, not the best place to live. Be careful. Once again, good facilities, reasonable prices, but disrespectful management team with a potential to fraud you.

We stayed and worked from here for 2 months and we had an incredible time. The room's comfort was so high that we could have easily stayed a whole year. The staff is great and helpful, the price is very reasonable when you consider all the facilities included (rooftop pool, gym, co-working, yoga). HOMA goes to great lengths to keep you entertained, from movie nights to live music shows. The restaurant is excellent and the service lightning fast. The management also supports local businesses and charities whenever they can. On top of that, the facilities are clean and pests are constantly kept away thanks to regular and thorough maintenance. We have stayed in 5* resorts and have enjoyed our time here immensely more. You can safely ignore the 1* rating, the hotel does have some ungrateful guests, or extreme cases. Here's my take on some of the worst ratings that the hotel received: - There is no such thing as "eviction without reason". - The internet in the co-working space works decently, and rarely crashes. On top of that, for 20 USD/month you can get unlimited 4G+ mobile data, so just get your own Sim card. You'll need it when you're traveling anyway. - We were there for 2 months and there was only 1 private event held by the pool & restaurant, which the hotel informed us about before-hand several times through the mobile app. It lasted maybe 5h. Very far from being a ground for complaint. - The facilities IS pet-friendly, we have seen probably 10 different dog/cat owners during our stay. - The construction noises we experienced didn't last long, and they were caused by the installation of solar panels. Here again, we were informed upfront via the app. - The soundproofing of the meeting rooms is fine. I have personally spent over 50h in them and I'm confident nobody spied on my conversations. If you're still hesitating to book, just stop, and book your stay. You will have a great time here.

Honesty couldn't praise this hotel enough! We stayed here for 40 days in total. All the staff are so nice, the swimming pool has the best view, and the co-working space allowed focus on my work. They are always cleaning and, it smells amazing. The pizza from Viva Italian restaurant.... just go and try it. Thank you everyone for making us feel welcome.

Well designed hotel with great facilities. Helpful staff, nice restaurant, great pool with beautiful view. The place is well prepared for digital nomads- meting rooms, desks, everything open until late (10:30pm). Basically you can spend a lot time just in the hotel. Highly recommend. At the time of my visit (December 2022) it was 95% Russian. So you need to don’t mind that. Small problems with check in and check out. Besides that highly recommended.

Phenomenal place with incredibly helpful staff. I stayed from January until my girlfriend was able to join me in mid February, the staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. I would recommend booking directly with them rather than using booking.com etc to get a far better price. Facilities are ideal for someone working remotely and there are some great street food options just a short walk away. The Italian restaurant on the roof is also excellent, the gym and rooftop pool areas are well thought out, managed and maintained. Will definitely come back some day!

This place is great! The stuff was very friendly during our whole stay and helped us with every question we had. The infinity pool on the roof is amazing place to meet a sunset every day. The coworking space on the first floor has the full list of conditions to work in the focus mode and to make zoom-calls.

The hotel is PET friendly, which is a rare find in Phuket. Our dog was restricted to some certain spaces in the hotel which is completely understandable. However, she was treated as our family member by every staff member. It is completely stress-free experience here since she is not often welcome in many places. The staff members were super friendly and helpful. Especially, K. Alice, K. On and K. Nong. Thank you for taking such good care of us. The hotel is newly built and is located in the heart of the city. It’s walkable to go get food. Also, we could easily order a delivery since it’s closed to many restaurants. The rooftop bar and the pool is a gem! The Italian restaurant up there has the best food and view which also offers many vegan options for my mom on their menu. It’d be a great spot for a date night. I would come here everyday and enjoy a glass of wine with a sunset view. And probably an evening swim! My mother and I and our newly adopted dog (P Hang) had such an amazing but short time here. I would totally come back for a longer stay!

HOMA is a fantastic place to stay in Phuket! The location is excellent (just a quick drive to Phuket town and Central Phuket), the facilities are amazing, and the rooms are so comfortable. I especially love the on-site gym and pool area! We stayed for 2 months and it was perfect. I don’t understand any of the “negative” reviews; I believe they’re way too harsh and not an accurate representation at all. I have stayed at so many apartments by now, and I can truly say that the service and care at HOMA is like no other. It really does feel like a home😊

I have been staying in HOMA for 6 months and this is definitely the best condo in Phuket town, taking into consideration price/design/service, especially for those, who travel with their pets. The longer you stay - the cheaper is the price. It is new, clean, with a modern design and a lot of light, doesn’t look like some dull boxes, compared with other condos, nice quality furniture and tableware. There is an inner garden where you can walk with your pet. No washing machine in studios, but an Otteri laundry nearby. The staff is always super-friendly and ready to help. Free drinking water on each floor, free cleaning once per week, an app (where you can make any request concerning your room service), pest control, amazing rooftop pool with beautiful sunsets, a lot of plants, trees and a bar. Nice Italian restaurant with amazing pizza and croissants. I’ve never used co-working, worked in my room and the Internet was good. It is situated in the central part of Phuket, close to Chillva Market, small 24h working shops, street food cafes and restaurants. HOMA is forever in my heart! Thank you! Greetings from Ukraine! Cons: - I wished there was more equipment in a gym, especially for legs and back training (hyperextension). In a high season the gym is overcrowded. - Wish more options of dishes for inroom dining in the app. - The prices are still staying high, although the season is calming down. Might be the lowest in August-September.

I have been resident here for a month and very please with the overall facilities. Amazing staff (reception are brilliant), great gym, pool and co working space (a bit crowded sometimes). The quality in the rooms is fantastic and a major highlight are the yoga sessions given by Carolina. In just a month I have not only become much more flexible and seen improvement in my back pain, but also really enjoy the knowledge, flow and enthusiasm she shares. Her insights into meditation make her standout from the other yoga teachers I have experienced in the last months.

I'd give it 10 stars if I could! HOMA is a real gem in Phuket. Whether it's a short or long stay, they offer affordable prices. The pool is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and its location in Phuket town is perfect! They also host cool community events. Highly recommended!

Location is terrible. There are practically no restaurants nearby, nor anything interesting, except a night market. You will need to have a car or motorbike if you stay here. Be prepared to drive yourself, or order delivery, for every meal. But the facilities and the staff are nice. Pool and gym are excellent. Although the room itself is just a standard hotel room with a small stove for cooking.

One of the best accommodations for long-term stay in Phuket! HOMA is a pet friendly condo with prohibited sub rent, so most of the neighbors are international entrepreneurs and digital nomads - you won’t meet loads of tourists here 🙂 Great variety of services and amenities including complimentary unlimited drinking water supply and 24/7 vending stations. Awesome Italian restaurant and rooftop swimming pool with beautiful sunset views! Helpful staff and fast problem solution if any arise. Would like to say a big thank you for Air and Fern from reception for 1-year perfect stay 😍 After months of searching I decided to book 1 more year here.

Very clean rooms. Very good bed. Very quiet. The ladies in the reception are very nice. Beautiful view from the rooftop, where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Best place to stay in Phuket, either short term or long term.

Great place, great value for money, great facilities, the working spaces are awesome as well as the concept behind it. Beautiful pool on the roof top and great restaurant right across it. Rooms are nice, modern and very clean. Kind reception, as well as all the staff I've met during the stay, always going the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Very close to the heart of Phuket Town and close to major shopping malls. Don't miss it.

I was supposed to stay 1 month but ended staying almost 3 because I liked the place so much. The unit was very clean, well equipped and quiet. Huge plus to have a co working space, a pool and a gym in the same building. Also people at the front desk are always available to help. A special thank to Nong for the excellent service she provided. She was efficient, patient and kind and I really appreciated it.

Highly recommend Homa! Stayed here for a week whilst on business and was really impressed by the range of facilities and activities on offer and the friendliness of the staff. The co-working space was brilliant with super-fast broadband. I attended Muay Thai, yoga and CrossFit classes, all free of charge, and had a great swim in the 50m rooftop pool. My room had lovely green views and a useful kitchenette. It was easy and quick to get into Phuket Town & there are restaurants, a huge grocery store, shopping, & massage places within a few mins walk. I will definitely be back.

I had the best experience at HOMA! Stayed at HOMA for 4 nights - the service was excellent, the sunset views by the pool were amazing, and the food at Viva Restaurant was delightful. The rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. HOMA is also very conveniently located in the heart of Phuket Town! The facilities are also top notch - the gym is very well-equipped and there are also Yoga and Pilates classes! I would highly recommend HOMA to anyone visiting Phuket, and I can't wait to be back!

Highly recommended! I like the place so much. My family has stayed homa for 4 months already. The unit is very clean, well equipped and quiet. Conveniently located everywhere. Also all staffs are always available to help and friendly. They always care about my childrens! I always appreciate it.

Absolutely pleasant experience. The hotel is new, clean and nice from design point of view. It is an oasis within creaziness of City noises. The room was spacious, very clean and confortable. The gym and kids club perfect. The restaurant very good as well, serving great breakfast at reasonble price. I felt like I could have spent much more time there. The staff is so friendly. Stayed in the duplex one bedroom apartment for 3 weeks while on a business trip. Was great. Great sports facilities and free workout classes every day along with good WiFi and co-working area make it a perfect place for living and working.

We stayed at Homa for 1.5 years and have only good things to say about our time there. Amazing facilities (co-working space, gym, pool & restaurant are all top-notch) and an even better community. We stayed two weeks and it was great. The facilities are excellent, including the rooftop swimming pool. Staff is extremely friendly and considerate (kudos to Fabio, in the restaurant). We met people from all around the world through the Muay Thai classes, soccer nights, and drinks at the pool. We look forward to coming back!

It was simply a wonderful stay . Just the breakfast buffet is missing but the hotel is very clean , nice staff , good support and friendly and clean house keeping. We will come back in 3 month probably and it was the best solution out of these crazy Thai governments up and downs…. We liked the place a lot

I lived here 1 year. It was amazing! In my opinion Home the best place in this budget in Phuket city. This condo has pool, restaurant, bbq area, gaming room, kids room, gym, co-working and amazing reception staff!

Rooms and common areas are clean and spacious, functional gym, fantastic customer service. Highlight was the infinity pool at sunset. Walking distance to laundromat, night markets, supermarkets, massage spas, restaurants. Reasonably priced. Felt like home. Highly recommend!

I enjoy a lot for my 1 month stay in HOMA, highly recommend for digital nomad Hotel is new and room is very clean, thanks to the staff who help me for weekly clean up, she is very efficient and helpful. Location is good and near to chillva market, also a lot of restaurants nearby, easy to find different food options. Hotel also offer complimentary exercise class, I tried yoga and Muay Thai class and they’re both nice experience. Coach is very helpful too. Swimming pool is also cool, and gym room for regular workout too. The restaurant inside the hotel is quite nice too, a good place for lunch or dinner option

Most amazing stay in HOMA. Right from the start everyone was extremely welcoming. We had an amazing 6 weeks stay. There is an amazing 80m rooftop pool, a great restaurant that serves a nice breakfast and Italian dishes. There is inroom dining, laundry and could easily get an iron board & iron. There is a fitness with occasional classes and often activities: cinema nights, Pilates, yoga classes, soccer practice. You easily feel part of the HOMA community as you always meet someone , and often have the same topics to discuss. During our stay they assisted in opening a bank account and there where some other useful tips given. We choose HOMA, due they allowed dogs/ pets to stay. Lucky our dog, was every day excited to get the attention from the associates and she also had a truly amazing stay! Many thanks HOMA team!

When I first saw HOMA, it reminded me of the awesome serviced apartments I lived in at in Los Angeles. However, I soon found out that HOMA is so so far ahead of any serviced apartment I’ve ever been in. The friendliness, cleanliness, awesomeness of every single employee is unparalleled. Not only have I made some great friends (looking at you Patricia) but also amazing memories. Obviously it’s an apartment so you will have neighbors and if neighbors don’t know how to behave then it can be noisy sometimes, but that is true for any other apartment around the world. I cannot recommend HOMA enough. The gym, the rooftop restaurant, the working space, and the fact that they are environmentally conscious is fantastic! Highly recommend this gem.

Amazing property! The pool and gym are next level. Nothing beats watching the sunsets from the rooftop in the pool, and then being able to go and get a workout in all in your own building! Can’t recommended it enough here. And the staff is great on top of it all!

Beautiful place. The staff is very friendly and the hotel really feels like you are staying with family. They go out of their way to have organized events. I really enjoyed the movie nights and game room. Overall, a wonderful experience.
