Really enjoyed my lunchtime visit during Easter to Berlage. This is a beautiful restaurant with lovely grounds. Service is good. I had a Berlage club sandwich which came to me quickly and tasted good. The beer is nice. Ambiance is good. Seems to be either families or older people but it's also next to the Marriott so some business travellers are also here. Would recommend highly

The menu has not much choice, but our party chose many dishes and they were all amazing. Absolutely a great place, prices were lower than I expected.

Very nice place, great atmosphere very nice vibes, food unfortunately nothing special. Edit: We visited the restaurant for dinner and the choices for dinner are much better than the lunch options. We were a very big group of people and many of the things we ordered were very delicious.

Nice hidden spot. Seating inside and outside of the weather allows. Just a quick walk to the Hague museums Kunstmuseum, the Museon and next the Omniversum theatre. Would like more ladies toilets... And is there a handicapped toilet ? Not sure.

Situated lovely in the museum quarter of The Hague with a clear view on the beautiful architecture of Berlage lies this brasserie. Food is great and the waiters very friendly (despite appearing a bit understaffed like every place nowadays). Great for lunch, dunch or simply some drinks. Also well suited for kids due to the large slab of grass in front of the terrace. Only a small warning: beware of seagulls that might try to snatch your food (which happened to me)

Frequented by tea middle class people, the courtoisy reigns all along with the kindness of its servants .

We hosted a fantastic reception here for 150 people. The staff were super helpful in the lead up. We were blessed with fantastic weather and the venue was perfect after being inside a conference all day!

OK food, not thst big selection which might be a problem if you are a bit picky like me, however staff was very helpful and made sure you could do some changes to the set menu items.

Lovely seating outside. Very nice staff, very good food. The scene was lovely. Perfect before going to the theatre

Good atmosphere and good service but 14 euros for an omelette is a bit overpriced, especially since its just eggs. Edit: Dear team Berlange thank you for taking the time to reply. I want to make it clear that the omelette did indeed have salmon. My apologies if the review felt misrepresentative of the dish that is being served; that was not my intent. That being said, I found the price to be a bit expensive for an omelette albeit one with salmon. To be honest, I was not expecting my review to get a response so I want to make it clear that it was not in any way meant as an angry reaction.

One of the very best places for a good lunch in The Hague. Strongly recommended.

The concept of shared dining was fun! Although I was sitting by myself I could imagine dining with a group of friends and trying something new every bite. Recommend for those staying close to The Hague Marriott Hotel

The location is pretty but the service today was slow and impersonal. The food was average with the ham/cheese ‘tostis’ getting stale quick and some of the fries being undercooked. I will skip it next time.

I had booked for the wrong day, but the team was friendly and helpful to set up a table for us. The service was professional and very friendly. Food was nice too. Good price / quality

Food was average for Dutch food — really nothing to note. Service was average and they charge 1.50 euro for tap water…

Friendly staff but our food took about 40 minutes to arrive and the rundvlees kroketten were luke warm. Good location and fairly priced, but perhaps work on staff capacity?

Very friendly, cheerful team but slow service in fact they forgot about us and to place our order. Then our choices were no longer available. Then it turned up magically for which we were grateful. But duck dish small & too salty a little difficult to eat so so

Food is good, the staff is friendly. One thing though could be improved: the available places were mostly in the sun, the best ones, in the shadow were reserved, I didn't see people sitting there for the time I was present. This means those seats are simply kept to be distributed in the last instance. But in such heat this is not something you should do.

Staff is nice and smiling, very pleasant pace... however, wines and cocktails are average.

Wonderful location. Right behind the Mandela statue. And Gemeentemuseum.

Beautiful patio surrounded by perfectly manicured grounds, with delicious fresh food. Dogs are welcome (at least on the patio).

    High level cuisine!

Likable restaurant with great menu having something for both the Dutch sandwich the AND the cooked food lovers. A bit of a hidden secret due to its location in the garden behind Kunstmuseum, but not a tourist trap at all and the staff is real nice.

🫤 The play is 4/5 I guess it could use some improvements. Staff very organized. Entry and exit procedures very neat and smooth. However, i am rating the theater as a facility. The seats are too bad, condition were ok. But type and style i guess belongs to the 80’s. No much space, for someone to slide...
