Small yet very informative museum, costs 3 euro for adult and 1 euro for children, and it's worth the price. The information provided by this museum is very detail. Only open for certain specific times so make sure you check the website first before visiting. I went to Den Haag on Sunday just to visit this museum (because this museum is only open on Sundays). The museum guides are very proficient in English.

Made reservations to visit on a Sunday two weeks in advance. My friend realized she would be on her period by then, so I called up to ask if we could change our reservation. The person on the phone replied to send them an E-mail. Never even got a reply. It would be fine if it wasn't possible to change reservations, but to tell me to send an E-mail and then simply ignore my message is awfully rude in my opinion.

Beautiful walking path alongside the Atlantikwall museum. There are two bunkers along the path with interpretive signs in Dutch only. Interesting to see but would have been good to see on a Sunday when it's open. Well worth the walk through the forest path any day.

Great historic site to visit. A bit small but the small entrance fee funds the upkeep and there is a lot of great detail inside.

After a morning jog I decided to spontaneously visit the bunker. There were only two other english speaking people (visitors) there so we had a tourguide for β€žourselvesβ€œ. His name was BEN and he was very friendly and told us a lot of interesting facts about the history of this particular bunker as well as the gigantic atlantic wall. Even if you are not into world war history, the things that Ben told us were easy to understand and gave a good and complex enough picture of what had happened. Ben himself seems to know A LOT and you can tell he loves to show people round. So thank you for that!!!

It is one of the highlights in the Hague! The team of volunteers running the bunker museum is great. With enthusiasm they try to bring back history to life in all of it shapes. There are the things to admire and also the dark parts of history. In a contemporary way they working off the things happend during that time in the region. You can visit the bunker with a real guide or an audiotour for your phone. As the interest is growing surely more and more bunkers will be excavated in time. Please plan in 1-2 hours for your visit and better sign up for it, so they can handle the visitors better.

This is the second atlantikwall "museum" I thought to visit but it was as run down as the first (at Hoek van Holland). Locked gates, looks like has been abandoned for years, and the park itself has seen better days. They should probably update their location info as non operational.

Beautifully excavated German bunker. This is the main museum (the Widerstandsnest in Kijkduin contains less information) and the guides offer information and tours in Dutch, German and English. All this for only €4,-.
