9 reasons not to choose this place 1. The staff are all rude and behave like goons. 2. Room wasn't clean. 3. Narrow rooms and toilets. 4. A/c didn't work properly. 5. The toilet is full of mosquitoes. (There is not much in the room but there are a few) 6. The food will have to be ordered out or eaten out. (There is no guarantee that the food you ordered will reach you. If a hartal comes suddenly, you will starve to death) 7. An unfair approach to the money you spend. 8. Hotel internal phone system didn't work properly. 9. That ninth reason that didn't catch my eyes is waiting there for you. You can add here. Enjoy! Location is good but the quality of room is pathetic. The bathroom doesn't had a lock and the foul smell was spreading room. Towels were not that clean. Overall it was not a good experience.

Not a professional one, limited service. Even mineral water is charged. Free breakfast without any options. No more returns there.

Simply ripp off. Heck with them. They are registered under oyo and still were denying the fact that they had any ties with oyo. They demanded an extra 750 rs and said we dont know anything about oyo we dont have any offers or ties with oyo. When i contacted oyo within 20 minutes they said sorry rooms are full. Even though no one came. There are countless reviews like this still why the oyo not taking any action against those looters??... I don't even know how they managed to get a 3.5 rating. When oyo contacted them they straight away denied the fact they asked for extra bucks. Even though I had confirmed booking they were fooling us stating the fact rooms are full. Please don't go there if you value your safety more. I have an exam tmrw and I had to deal with this .. They were damn rude and speaking as if I owe them something. When I confronted this fact they said do what u want. Such creeps are responsible for tarnishing the image of Kerala. No one wants to face this after a long tirey journey... Kindly take action

The stay not bad but the owner/manger did make us pay extra RS.350 on top the charged amount by Oyo claiming that they don't give out rooms for that rate . So whom ever reading me this . Please consider any other in the region

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DIRTY HOTEL Hotel authority will charge 500 rupees extra from us once we reach the hotel.. They claim that the bookings done via websites are at a lower price than the original.. These crooks will accept all bookings and are happy to post their advertisements on these websites..But once the customers are trapped and reach the hotel they are forced to pay extra .ROOMS ARE THE WORST YOU CAN GET. Unclean bedsheets and bathroom with malfunctioning AC..Horrible experience ....True bandits running a fraud in the middle of the city .... Stay away from this Hotel

Non responsible place. If you have patience and forgiveness if you can be cheated by anyone then you can proceed. Very worst hotel and ruthless bandits, they don't respond or respect the customer. I reached at midnight after a prior booking even the bloody useless cow dung ***** receptionist didn't open the door he was on his mobile phone. When the Oyo person called him he was not answering the call. I was able to see him it was a transparent glass door. Waste of time and money, useless cheaters.

Just few hours before check in I got a call from the hotel asking more money than the actual booking price, if I want to check in then I have to pay more. The way they talks is even worse.Even if they are asking for money they could have asked gently. They dont treat treat us like guests.

Set on a leafy side street, this straightforward budget hotel is a kilometre from the Thiruvananthapuram Zoo, 2 km from Kerala Science and Technology Museum, and 6 km from Trivandrum International Airport.

Not Good Hotel... Not shown as picture, its entirely different.No neatness Bedsheets are very old and not cleaned. Ac is not working properly. No power backup and small Room size... Bt Toilets are well maintained..... All overall its not good... Have a good hotel near this hotel.

Booked this hotel ising Agoda App and received confirmation of booking by mail from agoda. Later before planning to check in at night i received an e mail stating booking cancelled due to technical issue. No one from hotel or agoda contacted and apologized. Learnt a lesson, not to book these kind of hotels using apps or web. During rush days hotel cancel the booking of those guests who booked through app with offers and sell to walk in guests with high price. The hotel is practicing this modus operandi by making us fools.

Very bad experience, when I book the room they accept my booking and when I check in time they say sorry sir the room is full. What is common sense, they can be sure whether I am coming or not. They didn't check it and told me you can call me a day before if it's available or not. This is a very bad experience.

Vary bad experience. They charged Rs 750.00 more forcefully during check in. He said i don't know the rate of OYO. Room also different as shown in your site. I am really afraid. So, I booked my upcoming hotels through other Apps.

Had to take room urgently since I lost another hotel room which I pre-booked. Extra money was given for early check in. For an extra person we had to give another extra amount. Room was okay. Adjustable. Medium rooms.

Despite all the previous bad reviews i had a good experience. The sheets were clean, the room was neat and clean and finally a clean bathroom with a great shower. The gentleman at the reception i interacted with was a Mr Sanu who was polite and always helpful. The property was pretty old so a bit crumbly but otherwise no complaints. This place is nothing fancy but definitely acceptable for a traveller. So all told - good time! Will i stay here again - yes!

Had a bad experience with the staff! Booked a room in here beforehand, but when I got there tired and all, they said no room was available, even with my name on the list. The receptionist blamed the website, saying my booking might've been canceled. Luckily, we found another nearby hotel easily. Just a heads up for future guests: double-check your booking to avoid what happened to me. Seems others had similar issues from the comments. Be careful!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is near to the city but in a calm area. The staff are not friendly and they ask for more money. Bed and room are good and almost well maintained but the toilet is very small.

Bad receptionist behaviour. Checked in at 12pm but they asked to leave at 2pm even though the deal was to check out at 11 am the next day. We payed extra even though we booked prior at a low cost. The staffs had a rude and filthy talk. The room was not even good at that price . They are just fraudsters in the middle of city .

Their service is very easy to deal with. Rooms are very affordable, clean and air conditioned. Within 2kms to the railway station. It might look low key from outside but rooms are excellent for the price. Recommended 👍🏾

They'll not accept your payments on Online Booking Platforms, you've to pay twice or thrice the amount shown online, or you're left with no room and no refund. They don't even reserve your rooms, even if you've booked it online.

Keep twice the money in your pocket oyo has offered. Especially at night. They knew the customer didn't have any other option. They will convince you with a series of made-up stories. Once you try to question them, they blame the oyo app for everything.

Perfect for a budget hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are clean and comfy. Calm and peaceful ambience adds to a satisfactory experience.

The rooms are so congested .as you enter with your luggage the rooms end. The bathrooms were well maintained.The breakfast is provided in the rooms itself. There is no dining area. The location is not so great as it is far off from temple or market. You wil need a vehicle to get to temple from there. The manager in the night was really rude and I'll mannered. Though the rest of the staff was good. Not so pleasant stay. As we're were leaving for temple darshan , the manager asked us to vacate room before the slotted time.

Hotel refused to take my booking. So I had to cancel.he told that hotel owners are denying check in since oyo is not paying crores of rupees of hotel owners in India.Money got wasted so This is listen for all travelers to be aware while booking oyo hotels otherwise they may have to spend night on road.Oyo is not even refunding 50%for oyos fault. Never book it please. I can't give negative rating it's the worst.

We booked a room on oyo ..they denied access just because of ..booking in offer price ..we are forced to cancel the prepaid booking ..and no money refund .we just loose the money the hotel staff or Oyo doesn't help on this...bad experience from Oyo and hotel .. they making the customer fool ...

We were stayed for 4 days. First day, we were insisted to stay other room not we booked in advance. The room size was small, and the condition was just ok. TV was not paid to watch any channel. Second day, moved to proper booked room. There conditions was good. Parking space is available for two wheeler and car.

Location was good.Normal price. The toilet was not so clean and not well maintained.

In my room there were no usable charging port / plug. The only plug usabe was tv's. . OYO🤌🏻

When we reached there the fan is not working and complaining about that but no response from there end till we checked out from the hotel.At the time of booking itshows that breakfast included bit when we asked about that they says breakfast not included in your stay.The same thing I read in a review.So this not a are experience.So if you are not able to to provide breakfast you can correct the from website.Don't cheat.........

When I book the room 10 days before, it was shown very big Family Room the rate which I pay and when the time of check in, the room the give a very small single room. When I asked the manager about this. His answer was like this “. We are busy for the day. There is other walk-in guest ready pay more than my booking rate and We don't give you family room. If you need, you stay in this small single room or you can leave the hotel. Real very bad Service. I never expect a manager talk like this way. My whole vacation mood was spoiled because of this stay. I will never recommend this hotel for a family stay.
