I used this hotel for a night stay. I reached hotel at 7.30pm. And to my surprise there was not single person to pick up our bags. There was no drinking water, glasses, blankets, soaps and towels. When I asked for it I got only one towel and two soaps. Due to some reason we have to leave early morning at 2.30am. And there was no person to pick up bags at all. This is not correct way to have staffing. I am not recommeding this place to anyone. Hope they improve in future.

They said it is multi cuisine restaurant. I went there around 11 o clock.I’ve got 3 dosa and omelet along with dosa they served peanut curry, they charged 210 r/s for that pathetic food. More than that they have got very rude attitude toward the customers. If you are hungry in the town keep a bottle of water, will save from these scammers

////Really wonderful service//// My Son's 1st birthday bash was made memorable in this Hotel. It was really awesome. The food experience was nice and affordable. The Hall was enough to occupy almost 120 guests easily. They had provided hall and one room for dressing free of cost. Both the Guests and us are happy and satisfied with the service. Special thanks to the reception Manager and the whole team for supporting us and helped us to make the wonderful day always a memorable one. Thanks !

Brought Onam Sadhya ( 2 Nos ) @ rate of Rs. 800 . The quantity is pathetic . The Curries does not even meet one person requirement .. Taste is average as usual . The staff attitude is as if they are giving free food . Hope owners do have a customer service priority in their books

Went to the Indraveeram restaurant in the hotel...service so late , we had no way but to waste our time for a limited menu

Prime location, 50 m from Pattom Junction. Very limited parking, like u can't park more than 2,3 cars and that too on the road side. The restaurant is nice and the food s really good. There is a small cafe in the front which has a surprising variety of snacks and drinks considering its small size. Rooms are very spacious. I booked a standard double AC room. 3200rs including tax. A drawing room, bed room, bathroom nd toilet seperated by glass, and a small balcony, all neat and clean. Not the modern type rooms but classic looking ones. Stayed here twice and both times had good experience.

It's a really bad space to stay in. The security was rude and arrogant . Rooms were pathetic. Front office guy's behavior was not acceptable. Really bad space for family. It's not a hotel It's a lodge.

*The hotel is in a good location, just 200 meters from pattom junction. *Walkable distance from kerala psc head office. *I don't think the rooms are worth 2500rs. *AC rooms are pretty spacious but AC in it took a long time to switch on . *Bathroom was okey ish. The shower was quite hard to switch off. *The staff were very helpful.

Zero room service and overpriced... There was even sufficient water, all they gave was a 1/2 ltr bottle... Very rude attitude from the manager Would recommend other hotels( ex ..,Pattom Royal as they provide breakfast for the same price) which are far better at the same price :)

Just stopped over for coffee and snacks at their roadside cafe. Good coffee Tasty snacks. Limited variety though.

We used this hotel for our stay in Trivandrum for 2 days. Room was neat but it had the smell of an unused room . The bed sheets were not that clean. The washroom had broken cabinets. The couch was so old. The AC wasn’t functioning properly or cooling. For the price it was not worth it. We ended up paying Rs 3125 per day. The morning complimentary breakfast did not have a buffet but only very few selected items like dosa , idli , bread omelet and bread butter . This was the menu even for the next day. At the time of check-in they kept 3 half litre bottles of water and the next day they never gave us the new refills too. When informed the reception they forgot to again give the refills. We had to go and get the water bottles ourselves. Poor management and room service too. We didn’t have another option so ended up staying in this hotel for 2 days.

The rooms are good and clean , and the location is also good. On the top floor they have a good restaurant - I personally didn't like the dark theme of the restaurant. Rest everything is fine.

This hotel feels worst than prison The service was not good for us We felt like we were not treated the way we need The rooms are not clean ,not hygienic, electrical appliances are not functioning properly I highly not recommend you guys to visit here for a vacation . Food is also not good , very awful and oily. The receptionist is very rude too (did not get the correct response from them for asking extra pillows and bedsheets, Hanging up phone in between ). My wife and myself were not pleased with this hotel

Rooms are not clean , Bathroom also not hygienic, no hot water for bath complementary breakfast very poor only Dosa and non toasted bread not even available toaster. If you try to call reception nobody attends .. very poor service

Worst service, bad hospitality, money minded people's. I stay here for 3 nights but there even not clean our room, and not given a watter in complementary... I suggest not go to there to stay...

The rooms do not justify the price. The shower was not working and linen was a kind that doesn't inspire confidence. The staff had a kind of don't care attitude. The breakfast was below par. The bread that was supposed to be toasted limp and there was not much of choice in the menu. I donot recommend this hotel.

Very poor service. Zero cleanliness... Worst I got bedsheet with a blood stain.. towel was used and unwashed. Pellow cover was fill with dirt and floor was un sweeped My honest review. Never come in this hotel

The Property is in good location, and don't take long distance from Padmnabhan Temple. Food is of good quality and testy. Rooms are clean and fresh. The Reception mam was very co-operative and customer centric. Overall good experience.
