Views are amazing. Appreciate that they do a warm pool (approx 35 Celsius). They also provide a complimentary gin tasting with gin from local distillery. Hotel team is amazing, we can certainly feel that they were dedicated to deliver the best experience to guests. We enjoyed every second of our stay.

My stay was beyond perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and kind. I have stayed at several high end, luxurious hotels, but the service I received at AC Hotel far outweighs any of the places I have previously stayed. We received an unexpected upgrade to the top floor, and the room was incredible! The king bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, complete with a beauty light built in the mirror and a high pressure shower. Copious amounts of soap, shampoo and conditioner were also provided (no need to bring your own!). The room itself was large, spacious and spotless. The view of the city was spectacular. I would highly recommend AC Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable yet luxurious stay close to the CBD (within less than a 10mins drive). I have already boasted about AC Hotel to my friends and family. Although I selfishly want it to remain a secret, I must give credit where it is due! Thank you to the amazing staff and management for making our stay one of the best I’ve ever experienced!

To be quite honest this place was well managed and check in was efficient and effortless. Me and my partner also received a glass of sparkling wine upon check in. Everything about the hotel was just exelent. Friendly staff, poolside bar, Indoor bar/dining, quality feel about the whole place. And our room was fresh tidy and not beaten up like most other places. Highly recommend and will be certainly staying here again.

Amazing place. Rooms are great. The gym is top-notch. The breakfast is to die for. The evening Gin and Tonic is excellent and free!!! The best part of the hotel is the staff. They are just incredible, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to please the guests. What a lovely experience I had there!

Love our stay. Breakfast are delicious and high quality. Rooms are comfortable. Services are great. They have the free gin taste between 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Limited by one drink per guest.

Location is a bit random - it’s close enough to get to the inner city but there’s not really any cafes/restaurants or interesting shops close by (unless you want to go to the DFO which has the same stuff in every Australian city). What makes the hotel stand out is the staff. Five stars!! They really go above and beyond, whoever is managing needs a pay rise! I’m a Marriott member so maybe I got special treatment. I got champagne on arrival and a bottle of red wine + chocolates which was really nice since I went to Melbourne for my birthday. Also the whole hotel smells amazing (they have some sort of fragrance going that’s lovely). I just wish room service was 24 hrs considering there’s not much close by otherwise I can’t complain!!!

Really great new hotel. Just couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on (trust me, I tried the master switches and every option!) the location is a bit odd but makes it easy to get to the airport quickly vs being in the CBD! Awesome gym too!

I 100% recommend this hotel, I find it cheap- with a good view and amazing service! Not to far from cbd. Unfortunately didn’t have time to go to the restaurant but I will next time . If you looking for like a couple holiday vibe this hotel is definitely it, I got the premium city view. Amazing

Great hotel! New go to hotel when in Melb, location is a bit out of the way but can get a park across the road for $1.40p/h. Food was amazing, especially the breakfast. Can’t really fault especially as a Marriott Plat Elite.
