The location is perfect as it’s situated in front of Royal Melbourne Hospital. There is a 7-11 in the corner too, so it’s very convenient for me to grab late night snacks. There is a domino’s pizza, Little French bakery and 2 restaurants nearby too. The cleanliness of the apartment is impeccable. The service is really good and very accommodating to our request. We did a last minute booking to add another night due to unexpected circumstances, they don’t hesitate to deliver the key after hours.

The services apartments at Turnkey Accommodation exceeded our expectations. Our host was friendly, great to communicate with and very helpful with check-in and check-out. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. It is directly opposite the Royal Melbourne Hospital and has a Woolworths within a 5 minute walk, 7-eleven below and several restaurants and cafés close by. Location is perfect to get into the city and easy access to the freeways. We highly recommend this accommodation.

This accommodation was perfect for our stay as it was opposite RMH where we had specialist appointments to attend. The customer service was amazing and they couldn't do enough to assist us. Rooms were lovely however if I really want to be picky there was one of our rooms that was getting a tad tired, but nothing too bad. Thanks and I'm sure we will be back.

Had a wonderful stay here. The host was super accomodating to our needs for our baby such as high chair, baby bath and portacot, even at our request at late notice. Clean and spacious rooms, well priced. Will definitely stay here again!

First trip to Melbourne for many years and delighted to report a highly enjoyable one. Turnkey accommodation was fantastic with excellent ammenities. Unit was on the small side but spotless clean, great shower, only small criticism was the lounge seating was barely big enough for two people let alone four. Pool was lovely but the steps up to it are rather steep!! and a bit cold for my liking. Shoutout to Gorvette who was super helpful and great at communicating with me. Lovely guy, would highly recommend Turnkey and would be happy to return again.

Yet another magnificent family stay; the only location we now stay when in Melbourne. Gorvett is incredibly helpful & nothing is too much trouble. Apartments are spacious, clean, neat and tidy; great personalisation on arrival; and such incredible views! We will be back yet again.

A perfect experience. Stayed 3 nights to be close to the children's hospital. Our 2 bedroom apartment was fully self contained, comfortably and tastefully furnished, very well maintained, surprisingly quiet, and with superb views to the north and south. An added bonus was a front row seat to the hospital's rooftop helipad across the road, and being able to watch the air ambulance come and go scored highly with our young lad! Thank you Gor!

Gorvett was a delight to deal with. Professional, prompt responses, informative and a warm welcome made the entire process of booking and staying at the Apartment one of the very best we’ve had. The Apartment was excellent in every way. Well set out, clean & warm on a cold rainy day and with everything we needed. Car park easy to access and all in all there’s nowhere else we’d now consider staying in the future.

Excellent facility, excellent location, excellent service. We were texted early in the day as to arrival, met at the door in person, shown down to our carpark, told how everything works, it was a very personal touch. The apartment was spacious and roomy, a balcony included, good views, full laundry, late checkout was provided. I recommend these apartments to anybody, a very good stay!

Lovely apartments, with everything you need as a home away from home. We stayed for 6 weeks during treatment at Peter Mac. Super convenient location to walk to hospitals. Gorvett is wonderfully accommodating and ensures you have everything you need including any changes you require during your stay. He’s super prompt with any requests. I received a text early in the day to see when we would arrive, and was met at the door when we did. It was nice to have that personal touch, not just a number in a line. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was convenient to the Hospital and we will definitely stay again.

Excellent accommodation right opposite Royal Melbourne Hospital. We stayed for 3 weeks while I was having surgery at the hospital and the manager could not have been more helpful or accommodating of last minute changes to dates. Highly recommend this complex, apartments were sparkling clean and well provided for with everything needed. Beds were super comfy and access is very easy. They bent over back wards to make our stay as easy as possible.

My first stay was in Jan. 2021 when my Son was having spinal surgery. So close to the Royal Melb., Hospital. I live in the Country so it was a relief being across the road. Turnkey provided a wonderful place to stay. Great price, lovely view and a fab Concierge. This stay, last weekend, was because I had a wedding to attend. Why would I stay anywhere else? I made a mistake with my 3 night stay, accidentally booking 3 carparks ! My fab concierge adjusted my bill! As there were no 1 bedroom apartments left, I was given a 2 bedroom at no extra charge. This apartment was a hidden gem! In the centre of the hospital university precinct, it offers great modern living. The kitchen was well-equiped and there was the bonus of a washer and dryer. The pool and spa were nicely presented in a well-protected courtyard on the 6th floor. Views were great and the customer service was exceptional. Definitely, value for money and will be my choice to stay when I visit the University of Melbourne.

We had a wonderful stay at Turnkey North Melbourne. Gorvett was a wonderful host. He made everything very simple. The apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. Parking was excellent. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. Beautiful pool and spa. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is great but the one bedroom apartment i stayed in is average. The range hood is super noisy and does not work well enough. The towels provided are small, old, rough and probably not cotton as they do not dry well. The furniture is tired. The bed is too firm and hard for my liking. The kitchen bin was not emptied so I has to discard someone’s else’s garbage on arrival.

I love the location and the apartments themselves are clean tidy and have everything you need. The team go out of their way to make sure you have all you need. I have stayed twice now for my sons appointments at the RMH. And the cafes nearby are great especially The Rice Cooker.

Very well located for hospitals, tram stop and The University of Melbourne .The Queen Victoria Market is a 10 min walk away and short tram ride to Bourke Street Shopping Mall. This is the second time that we have used this accommodation and have found it to be well equipped, modern, very clean and the management to be very helpful. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne!

This is one of the nicest apartments in Melbourne, that we have stayed at. So close to where we needed to visit for our 2 night stays, the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Lots of places to eat near by, and the famous Melbourne tram system right outside the front door. The manager was very friendly and helpful with all our arrangements. Will definitely be back.
