    The cleanliness and operational standards at this gym leave much to be desired. It has been observed that the gym's associates frequently wear AirPods, which may lead to a lack of attentive customer service. Additionally, the gym maintenance appears subpar, as evidenced by the persistently sticky weights and scattered equipment on the pool deck and sauna area. Finding the appropriate weight range, particularly in the 10-30 pound range, can prove to be a challenge, often due to equipment misuse for non-fitness purposes. Furthermore, it has come to my attention that attempts to request a gym cleaning from the attendants have been met with indifference, as they appear to ignore such requests. This lack of responsiveness further contributes to the overall dissatisfaction with the gym's maintenance and customer service standards.

    Worst staff of any Vasa Fitness location I’ve been to, treat you as if you’re a nuisance when you walk in there and pay no attention to what is going on around them as you can clearly see. This was taken 12/17/23 after I had politely asked them if they could change the TV channel, all they said was they would get to it and the whole time they stayed on their phones watching football. Guy in the white hat even mugged me on my way out for some reason thinking he’s hard but yet he’s the one making minimum wage, both of these employees have an absolute lack of customer service skills and are completely unprofessional. Email has been sent to Vasa regarding such experience.

    When I moved to Colorado, I struggled to find a gym that I loved as much as the one I had prior to the move. I started at vasa in September, and could not be happier! The staff is amazing, such an affordable cost, it’s easy to adjust your membership, great amenities, an open floor plan layout, and is so much like my gym back home! This gym has made my fitness journey simple and convenient, and I am already down 20 lbs! Highly recommend VASA!

    My regular gym. A decent variety of equipment. Most of the gym is fairly clean, mens locker room is a mess and rarely has hand soap and has no paper towels to dry hands. Pool area smells like human waste. Fairly sure they aren’t properly treating that water. You can get your workout here but they could really do more to keep the place clean.

    I've been a member since early 2019, I've switched back and forth to basic then fitness going to different locations. This location though has always been my primary location due to how close and convenient it is for me. Over the years it's been decent gym up until 2023. I don't know what but the location is super packed, which necessarily isn't the gyms fault. But the problem arises from the fact that equipment/ cleanliness is severely lacking. Last year I noticed a trend where the free-weights(10-40ish) are missing frequently even when the gym is not busy. I was dumbfounded by this, I would constantly scavenge hunt around to find some dumbbells all over the place, but even then dumbbells pairs are still missing. I don't know if people steal or what not but when I see people using plates as free-weights(db curls) then this is a problem. Also, there are rarely enough PLATES! This trend I've noticed to be more when it gets populated but still even when it's not busy I have to spend several minutes to find the amount I need. This is a severe issue when nearly HALF of your gyms DB rack is gone when I see only maybe 5-6 people in the free weights area. Not to mention a lot of the equipment is constantly damage and takes weeks to repair. The gym cleanliness is also extremely bad. It was always mixed but has gotten worse. I stopped using the locker room back in 2021 because of how horrid it was but it's gotten so bad that it's spread to the main gym. Nothing is maintained. I'm finding Dumbbells, equipment, trash, peoples drinks all over the place. This is unsatisfying. I don't care how many people are using the gym, you need to maintain it constantly. They need to push employees at the front desk to WORK and maintain the facility constantly throughout the day and need to stop being on their phones. If they can't, then hire people who specializes in that alone. For a company that brought in close to 400 million last year these issues shouldn't be a concept, but the company is more focused on bringing new members then anything. Its frustrating that this gym is literally next to where I live, and it's very convenient. But good God I might have to change location or find a new gym because of this. For the time being STAY AWAY.

    If you come to this location and already have a membership, but have a active and fit now account that you want to switch it over to, for billing. Make sure you record the conversation. Staff is not properly trained. I've had a active and fit membership since January and instead of them transferring over the payment to the active and fit they sent me to collections, since the staff member who helped me just made me a new account. Which then made it seem like I haven't been making any payments. My active and fit says otherwise. I provided all documentation and they are continuing to stay it wasn't negligence on their part. Maybe if the staff was properly trained and not constantly on the phone or gossiping would I not be having this problem. I will be contacting the Fair Credit Reporting Act as well as the Better Business if not resolved with my provided documentation.

    I do like this gym but some of the equipment has been down for the past three times I’ve gone and they don’t have many multiples of some popular ones so I haven’t been able to do the workouts I wanted. But all around clean and comfortable environment

    I don't know what the deal is but I've been going to this gym for 4 years now and it seems like this year it's been recurring quite a bit where the hot tub is not running or they're always fixing some issue with it. It used to be just an issue every once in a while but now it seems to come up every other week or it will be down for days sometimes weeks at a time . I normally workout at home now since the gym is always over crowded but I go here to enjoy the hot tub and sauna but it seems the quality and consistency of everything is not what it once was. Also, with the amount of people you guys get everyday you should really consider going back to 24hrs

    Amazing gym, the staff is hard working and the coaches are top notch. This facility has all the equipment and amenities for anyone in need of a workout. I highly recommend this gym to beginners and pros. Out of all of the gyms I have been too within the United States, this is by far my favorite of all. Thank you to the staff that keep this place up and running everyday!

    To many people not enough equipment it’s like going to Disney…. Always waiting on equipment, some people feel as though it’s ok to take as many Dumbell sets as they want( 15,20,25,30,35 etc..) some of the equipment needs to be better maintained. Would be nice if they built another location in the newer part of Commerce City (reunion). But all in all it’s still a good deal for the price.

    Do not do the personal training they are very sneaky with their fees. They will continue to charge you for basic membership and your personal training sessions (even though the personal trainers cancel on you multiple times but you already paid for that service) you have to continue to pay for a service you are not getting if not you can not use the gym and they will continue to charge for your membership as well. They do not want to help. They just want to trap you into personal training to suck all your money. Aside from the nice aesthetic of the gym. VASA is untrustworthy, unethical, and sneaky when charging you fees.

    Everything you need under 1 roof. Not to forget the functional training arra outside. Clean facility, friendly staff, and the members are great. The gym is pretty active in the evening so you might not get right in on the machine of choice but there is usually 1 piece of equipment open to hit your desired muscle area. A few more pairs of dumbells under 25lbs would be nice though.

    I was a customer over at vasa for years and I decided to go work there, was great and an amazing experience at first and then they started taking away my memberships and giving it to someone else so I called them on it and they showed me that they didn’t care after I did a lot for the company so I left and after that they banned me, this is an amazing gym and I wish I was able to work out there still because of the equipment and everything they have I have no disrespect for the company but the fact that I’m banned irritated me for having been a customer. And not doing anything wrong.

    Generally a pretty great gym. I'm almost certain equipment is being stolen. It's been frustrating as of late trying to find dumbells below 35 lbs or adequate grips for the cables. Either way, they need to order more equipment.

    This page is awesome. A couple of reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars.... There are some machines that are broken, and have been for over a week. The low end of the dumbbell rack is always empty. They are either just gone or spread all over the gym. There are usually a few people working, so they should be able to reorganize the weights. Just my opinion. Otherwise, it's a great gym.

    The gym is very good. But there is a lot of homophobia, starting with the teachers. It's not a feel-good gim about homophobia and racism very modern, but this gym is not serious nor are the teachers...this gym is not for beginners...2 times I met with different teachers and neither of them showed up...I personally don't go anymore...I paid for the more expensive memberships for nothing a 0 out of my part that gim. Apart from homophobia and racism, scammers have a membership of 40 and look what they charge me...when the teachers I hired, none of them have come
