The room was small. The room was cold. I didn't feel like a guest, even though I went abroad. My breakfast was not so rich. The cheese and salami were not fresh. When she left, the receptionist was not a helper. I was a little disappointed!

Cute little hotel if you find yourself in Tilburg. Rooms are clean, but there were some oddities, like the fact that they didn't provide hand towels, the shampoo was placed outside the shower and it took me a bit to find it, and there was no place to dry our towels. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers free bicycle rental, which is nice. And you'll need it, because the hotel is about 15 minutes away from the city center by bicycle.

I must admit to my surprise the Tillberg Ibis was a great hit. Okay this is not a five star luxury accommodation but for me ticked all the boxes. Efficient and friendly staff clean room good breakfast and you're on your way with no fuss.

Used this hotel for a night on our way to visit home and family. Nice, quiet and easy access to the main roads. We chose this hotel because it also accepts dogs. We brought our 2 small dogs, they do charge additional fee of €15 per dog but this is understandable. Overall a pleasant stay.

I just want to take a moment to shout out your front desk representative by the name of Christy. I arrived for the first time ever in Holland for my friends wedding having had quite a tiring journey getting here. I arrived a couple hours earlier than the 3pm check in time and upon asking the first staff member, I was told none of the rooms were ready. Christy subsequently heard this and went the extra mile of actually checking with the cleaning staff if there were any rooms available at all. She immediately came back to me and confirmed she found a room for me to be able to check in to early. What a relief! Genuinely, her empathy and customer service made me satisfied with my stay from the outset. Immediately felt welcome and at home because of her hospitality. She was friendly and courteous while checking me in and was kind enough to give me directions on local amenities close by. What was otherwise a pretty exhausting journey, Christy’s professionalism and grace was a breathe of fresh air. An asset to your company and would hope she is recognised for it! As for the rooms, it was very clean and modernly refurbished. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality given the cheap price point. Thanks for the stay. Will deffo be back!

Good for quick business stay, slighly outside the city, but typical IBiS, clean and well organized...

Free bike rental was very nice and convenient. Service was great and the room was clean. My only complaint is that it's quite expensive.

Nice but small hotel. It is not so far away to centrum but in case take a taxi because if you wanna go by youre foot it is like around 40min - 1hour. We sleep there but price can be a little bit cheaper because rooms are also small

Small rooms, if you put a luggage on the floor there is no space to walk. The parking is no free parking for gusts and its expensive (8 eur per day). From the outside it looks for Old. Inside is ok.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had asked some city info as I checked in and when I got ready to head in to the city the girl at the desk had found some answers for me. (extra) services are pretty pricy. Breakfast doesn't really feel worth it for example, and the bike they rented me had a broken taillight (which could've caused me trouble with the police). Location is fine. Quite a bit from the city center, but it is right next to a highway exit so getting to and from the hotel is rather easy. Room was basic (to be expected), but also aged. One of the headboard lamps had an annoying buzz when turned on, and the markings for temperature on the bathroom sink faucet were almost completely worn.

Clean hotel with affordable price and comfortable modern rooms. Breakfast is great, with good coffee and you can make some fresh orange juice yourself. Not enough healthy choice for breakfast in my opinion. Restaurant is ok and serves food on a good level. Can't recommend the ribs, but I would order most of the menu again. If you decide to not have your room cleaned you get a 5€ voucher for the restaurant which is pretty nice. If you wanna stay comfortable go for the king size bed rooms. The split beds slide apart quite easily and are quite thin.

Hotel supervisor was beyond understanding and is a shining example of good customer service

This hotel was very clean the staff warm and welcoming, the location is at least 15mins drive from Tilburg town centre, but this was not a problem for me as it was used a base to explore the country, the restaurant was good the food diverse and enjoyable.

Has the minimum needs for staying. Breakfast was pricey but quite extensive menu for all you can eat. The corridor smells funky though. Might be the carpet. Should you consider take the public transportation you might as well reconsider. I advice to rent the GO scooter which might be parked outside.

We stayed at the Ibis Tilburg from Saturday 2nd September until early on Thursday 7th Sept 2023 , the staff were so very helpful and kind from the moment that we arrived to the moment that we left.We had breakfast at the Hotel every day ,full of variety and fresh products excellent. The room was cleaned when we asked and we were left fresh towels and products every day ,the cleaning staff were kind and courtisous. When we arrived ,we asked for a takeaway breakfast on the last day as we were leaving at 4am ,it was ready all beautifully wrapped up ,it was lekker . We had our evening meal here most days ,if you get the chance ask for the spare ribs we'll worth it ,good prices too. If you book direct on their website and register your details you will get a discount and parking is free. We recommend Ibis Hotel Tilburg ,good location ,clean comfortable rooms ,great Restaurant and Fantastic Staff.thank you
