Best bagel in Israel. Period. Credibility: Lived in Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, Florida… Great staff. Fresh, good food.

Always a pleasure to stop in and grab a baker's dozen of fresh bagels and some cream cheese. Great staff good prices for Israel and the closest thing to a real NEW YORK BAGEL in the entire ME. KOSHER. Still the only game in town .. They only get better

The experience of eating at Holy Bagel is a very pleasant one. The food is excellent and is served by friendly people. It's also not expensive.

Great bagels and spreads! Downside is unprofessional timing - they don't stick to their published hours. This time, their phone's message explicitly said they'd be open about an hour after Yom Kippur. 2 of my kids have been waiting there for more than 2 hours since an hour after YK, and they're still not open. Not answering calls, either.

Great place, the bagels are really tasty, the cream cheese is the original Philadelphia which isn't so common in Israel. Also, the service is really good and the prices fair!

I had a very unpleasant experience. I bought 6 bagels. When I got home I found only 4 bagels in the bag. It was too late to go back. I went first thing this morning. I politely explained the problem and the young woman behind the counter was immediately unpleasant and blamed me for the mistake, when it was her who handed me a closed bag from behind the counter. She did put 2 more bagels in the bag. I told her that it was wrong to blame the customer and she gave me an unpleasant hand gesture and very unpleasantly dismissed me. When I said that she needed to take responsibility and just apologize for the mistake, I received another hand gesture. The manager was outside and other than telling me they were so busy when the mistake occurred and wishing me a shabbat shalom, he did nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing. Yes, mistakes do happen, it's how you take responsibility and handle them that counts.

Good bagel but the place is very noisy, nevertheless the service is very pleasant. Shakshuka is very good! I recommend very much!!!
