After
exploring
the
amazing
Tire
market,
one
of
the
most
amazing
markets
of
fruits
and
vegetables
(and
other
stuff)
in
the
world
we
went
to
this
restaurant.
We
you
visit
this
market
and
you
the
amazing
fresh
produce
there
is,
you
wonder
if
the
restaurants
around
are
using
it
or
how
they
cook
it.
Well
this
restaurant
is
in
the
middle
of
the
mountain,
like
15
minuts
away
from
Tire.
Up
in
a
hill
with
an
amazing
views.
I’ve
been
many
times
in
Turkey,
I
consider
myself
pretty
advanced
in
turkish
cusine
knwoledge,
but
this
restaurant
really
amazed
me.
One
of
the
most
interesting
food
i’ve
had
in
turkey.
They
cook
really
good!
We
had
different
mezes
of
the
day,
all
of
them
delicious
and
surprising!
When
we
arrived
there
was
no
one,
it
wasnt
even
open
yet,
so
we
saw
them
making
some
prep,
i
saw
and
old
men
filling
some
zucchini
flowers,
and
i
told
myself,
i
have
to
try
that
bc
it
looks
amazing!
After
the
delicious
mezes
we
ordered
Tire
kofte,
the
typical
kofte
from
the
city.
A
really
interesting
way
of
doing
it,
they
do
a
şiş
with
the
kofte,
grill
it,
and
then
they
serve
it
with
some
tomatoes
peppers
and
yogurt,
that
are
kind
of
sauteed.
The
fried
potaotes
and
aubergine
were
something
else,
crispy,
creamy
inside,
perfect
saltiness
and
served
with
yogurt
and
salça.
The
sweet
part
was
also
interesting,
we
tried
their
famous
dessert.
A
village
cheese,
a
homamde
blackberry
mermelade
and
a
crispy
caramelised
also
homemade
walnuts.
It
was
delicious!!
It
reminded
me
to
a
typical
catalan
dessert,
mel
i
mato.
I
will
be
coming
back
to
this
restaurant
in
the
future!!!!!
