Long time Burlington store customer, fantastic to see a location on this side much closer to Mississauga, I am looking forward to visiting this location as the distance is shorter. I did call it with an inquiry and as per standard... Quality service received. Thank you ECS Coffee If you want fresh coffee for espresso this is a great roaster who has amazing options. Neil i did grab some freshly roasted coffee last week and looking forward to grab some more this week or next. Update- Rebecca was kind enough to call me and give me some advice how to dial in the Columbia Espresso, I use a Breville Bambino/ Baratza Encore ESP setup but have to grind a lot finer then most folks and the vids ECS had online as I have a couple of added mods.... Finally I feel like I have my shot where it needs to be and love it.. thank you Rebecca.

Went to inquire about an espresso machine and grinder for my husband. Very impressed with service and information received. The staff did everything they could to help me. I was very happy with products I purchased. This is definitely my new go-to store for coffee and espresso products and advice.

Good selection and attentive staff. Overall, it's a good place to buy coffee machines and accessories. However, the health and safety measures could be improved. My friend and I were assisted by three staff members, but two of them were apparently unwell. We both contracted COVID-19 after the visit.

I called... they called me back the same day. I brought my coffee machine to them for servicing that should have taken 2 weeks... I got it back the next day. Yes, next day service that's normally requires 2-weeks turnaround! Shout out to Hamid. I hope I spelled that right. The customer service staff talked to me like they wanted me there! So very impressed! So I had to leave there with a bag of Blue Mountain Jamaican.

Bought the Breville barista here and the service was great. But too bad the machine has a manufacturing defect. The whole line has an issue with the pressure and we got our money back. If you got one you should check it as it’s defective. But the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely come back.

After a bit of confusion with a product issue I was contacted by Neil at ECS and the issue was resolved. New store and understandable that there would be some minor issues. Great customer service in the end and they stand behind their products. Extremely happy with this store. Friendly staff and a very nice store front. Kudos

Yes, you should for sure check it out! What a cute little place to buy things for your coffee needs (and other accessories)! They have up to date stock with various brands such as Yeti, Breville, Keurig, De'Longhi, Smeg, etc. For those with "pod" coffee machines, they do sell Keurig pods and other accessories. Overall very friendly staff and very helpful. The atmosphere is a bit warehouse like but they have recently opened, so looking forward to seeing what they do with the place!
