My experience with the manager office is terrible. They refused to put my name in the system for no reason, even though I pay the rent and live here as a resident, can someone explain to me if this is even legal? Also is anyone who live in the area has an extra parking spot to rent? Please dm and let me know.

Terrible and inhumane building management with 0 consideration for tenants’ wellbeing. Cosmetic construction work has been taking place for a few months now and it doesn’t seem to be near complete. Excessive noise for 6-8 hours a day that makes working from home impossible while causing massive headache and forcing the kids to cry half of the day. They could simply have done this work when people return to office and kids to school. However, they are only interested in attracting new tenants to the building and hiking rental rates for existing ones. AVOID RENTING HERE AT ALL COST!

It is very garbage place with full of the bedbugs. once you rent. that is. when you move in see a lot of bedbugs. tell the office. they never care. the property manage is the trash woman. she just want people to rent and never take responsivity for the tenant. before rent in homestead need think more. do you want living with full of bedbugs.
