MetCap announced a promising all utilities included apartment for whooping 1600 in a renovated 1 bedroom apt. Well, after a quick visit it was all in vain because nothing was renovated as their ad stated! Absolutely nothing has been done to improve unit's overall livable experience since construction for sure! Elevators were always busy all the time and you could spot some building structure outside. Worse than terrible! Waste of time! If I could, I would give it 0 starts.

This place deserves minus star if available. Please make sure they renovate whatever they have promised before you go to the place because after moving there will be no serious action taken by the management. Poor management. Lots of cockroaches in the appartment. Low maintained. Elevator never working properly and you will hear fire alaram in the midnight while sleeping. Your delivery packages will be stolen. Bathtub tap was leaking they came once to check after I complained but said some part is missing they will get back, they never came back to fix it. I paid the rent for renovated appartment but they gave me old one and promised to renovate which they never did. Make sure before you sign your lease.

Disgusting apartment. Receptionist was also too rude on phone. Cost of apartment is low as there no sign of maintenance.

Worst place to live.Too much cockroaches, poor management and almost in every 15 days water shutdown without notice.Disgusting!

They are quick to schedule you for a viewing but after doing my research I inquired about the bad reviews and I got completely ignored.

Attention i update my review as I have to be fair iv never seen worst than this building in my whole life experience its sad and very bad stay away save your money life your packages but can be bad or good to 3 or 4 star if they do install real strong unbroken building door and have security in charge. I live on low level so no issues with elevator but depends the time like pretty busy at the evening but fine other times ! The water leak that happens last couple of month and yesterday what make me give this review on a hope the landlord can spend more and have clean tenants like me that always clean her unit and throw garbage in zipped bags and seal the unit and pain t to keep the roaches away as this building is badly infested its legit hell to live here even though i do clean daily and don’t leave food or dirt out and I have cats that not every building is pet friendly. They deserve a star for being pet friendly and another for the location very close to subway but pretty much a lot of stores in a plaza ! Tenants need to be clean and not lazy a lot of bad tenant ! Landlord need to fix the building door security issues and fire alarm that constantly make noise in the morning at 3 am 7 am anytime for someone drunk or high I'm serious its that bad trust me! Water leak problem and upgrading units paints and fix broken stuff not just good at asking for the rent but no safety strangers knock your doors and its not even good for single or couple or family u can't have peaceful clean nice sleep you will be restless even us couples not happy or feeling safe with security cam on my door they will steal your packages if not strangers your neighbour!

Worst apartment ever. None of the elevators work, the laundry room always has problem with the dryers not drying, and the management is lazy and could not care about you at all if you have a problem to fix. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the current state of the property at 10 Macey Avenue. It has been like this for over a month.
