I
placed
an
online
order
with
Playtime
toys.
While
in
the
process
of
checking
out
the
price
of
my
items
increased
and
the
cost
of
shipping
increased
despite
me
not
adding
more
items
to
my
cart.
The
products
this
company
sells
are
incredibly
popular.
And
when
they
notice
one
character
selling
faster
then
another
they
will
increase
the
price
in
order
to
make
more
money.
Characters
from
the
same
shipment
are
priced
at
various
costs
due
to
popularity.
My
issue
is
not
that
they
are
priced
based
on
popularity
my
issue
is
that
the
company
refused
to
honour
the
initial
price
at
the
time
I
added
the
items
to
my
cart.
I
emailed
the
company
asking
them
to
honour
that
pricing
and
they
refused,
proceeded
to
ask
if
I
would
like
to
cancel
my
order,
had
some
of
the
items
not
been
for
another
person
I
would
have
simply
cancelled
my
order.
It
took
3
emails
for
them
to
respond
regarding
this
issue.
When
I
asked
for
an
explanation
as
to
why
they
wouldn’t
honour
the
correct
price
they
simply
did
not
respond.
