This is my favourite Lego location mainly due to the super friendly and helpful staff. Especially the managers, they are always going out of the way to help us find sets that are in high demand. Always finding a way to help our experience be a good one within their power. I give them 9/10!

I won’t go Lego store any more. First issue happened a couple of months ago, I went to Fairview mall Lego store at 16:00ish the store was closed with a “staff issue” sign on the door. Second issue, there also have couple of times cash only, no credit card can be used. Thirdly, there was a Good Friday event on Apr 5, the staffs is not well trained for the event, unorganized, communication unclearly. When I phoned them they said “first come first serve”. When I arrived the staff said the same. But when event started they said “kids first” instead of “first come first served”. All adults were waiting on the line. The staff standing the hallway to attract more kids. Finally they gave out less than five bunnies to adults. When I refused the sticker they offer to me, staff Roshi said “Lego is a kid store” even twice! I’d rather spend money on other brand, no Lego purchase any more.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This is my goto place for all things Lego I relive my childhood everytime i go. I had a pleasant experience today , this location is very well kept with knowledgeable, friendly staff and plenty of Lego sets to choose from . The new Store Manager assisted me with my questions with excellent customer service, The store is very neat and organized, you can find many themed sets like Star Wars, Disney, Sesame Street with many great car models and other large and small sets to choose from. You can even create your own characters. I love it here. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank for a pleasant experience. A++ location

Very nice Lego store located in the Fairview mall. Big space and clean ; with different kinds of Lego that will satisfy almost all tastes. All the staff are friendly. Specially the store manager "Anisa"⚘ is a nice active young lady full of energy and ready to help and she has complete information about different kind of Legos. She helped us building a " Lego motor " with battery box and some extra parts which was an enjoyable experience for my little boy. Sara and Ray are also very friendly. If you enjoy Lego, you can buy it here as they give you Lego VIP card that has real points! Almost in each month there is some events with exclisive gifts in this branch. Play opportunities also availabe! It seems that they don't have mini figures any more.

I usually do not rate stores or restaurants more than 4. But in this store they have the best service staff you can find. They went above and beyond my expectations in helping us find what my son was looking for. Thank you Alex, Megan, Izumi and Jordan. I will definitely join the VIP club and make this our goto store. BTW you should open a location in Markham as well.

Great stuff. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I wanted. I did pick up a few things I wasn't looking for. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Asif was great at answering questions and making suggestions. I wish the store was bigger so they could carry more items. It would have probably helped with the flow. It was very crowded in there.

Fair and decent selection and the shelves are stocked. I just felt walking in here was not as happy and joyful as other locations. No staff greeted me, not even acknowledging anyone else. They were letting kids build but I still feel there was a lack of excitement in the air.

Great spot to stop for Lego fans! Lots of hard to find sets, exclusive Lego store sets and you can have fun building your own mini figs!

Good selection, friendly staff and what's not to love about Lego! Clean, well spaced products and quite orderly. Lego delivers once again in its products and international excellence. Having said that, this store often has less than other locations such as Yorkdale Mall, so findings some sets will be smoother if online. It would be ideal if they had a bigger selection.

Not the biggest Lego store, but they have nice displays and selection. The build your own figures is pretty cool too.

I've been in Fairview mall Lego store with my kids many times as they love Legos. A fun and inspiring place for kids and an expensive and pricey toy store for parents;) You'll find a good variety of Legos from easy-to-build to challenging ones like the Lego Eiffel Tower ($799.99) that they just added. Besides, there are friendly and kind staff that always welcome you with a nice smile when you enter the store and thank you when you leave it.

I was incredibly fortunate to find the 'Starry Night' set at this store. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist me in locating what I needed. A stellar shopping experience.

Got some Lego, we obviously love the Lego store. Would've wanted to get more but we're on a budget for today 🫤. Definitely looking forward to coming again and marvelling at the best things on planet Earth.

Good collection. I have found that recent collections are mostly available. Friendly staff. They will help and guide you. Clean and tidy. Generally they are quick to clean up any mess. One thing in particular I want to mention that Lego store at Yorkdale have better clearance deals.

I recently visited LEGO Fairview Mall and had a fantastic experience. The store is located in a prime location within the mall, making it easy to find. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. The store itself is well-stocked and organized, with a wide variety of LEGO sets and accessories available for purchase. The displays were beautifully designed and featured some impressive builds that really showcased the potential of the LEGO system. One of the standout features of this store is the Build-a-Minifigure station, where you can create your own unique minifigures. This was a lot of fun and a great way to add some personalization to my LEGO collection. Overall, I would highly recommend LEGO Fairview Mall to any LEGO enthusiast. The store has a great selection, friendly staff, and some unique features that make it stand out from other LEGO stores. If you're in the area, be sure to check it out!

I was very disappointed with the service I received at Lego Fairview! The associate on cash Amir was very rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. We were not greeted while approaching the cash, nor were we asked to come to the cash. The associate just stood there, and while we were clearly waiting to be cashed out, mind you, there was no one in front of us, and Amir was not helping out another guest. When we approached the cashier, Amir just took our items and scanned them; he did not once ask us if we had a Lego VIP program card. We had to ask him to scan it in for us so we could collect points. After the fact, Amir did not ask us if we wanted a receipt printed or sent to us by email; they rudely just told us it was going to be sent to our email. Amir did not look like they wanted to be there at all; they were very unwelcoming, rude, and dismissive. This was not the experience I expected or received in the past from Lego. I was really disappointed in the experience I received, and I will not be returning to this store in the future. I cannot recommend this store; the experience was awful.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and even in the midst of pre-Christmas chaos, immensely helpful and lovely. I've never met staff here who weren't incredibly positive and helpful.

I bought Lego orchids from here and had a blast assembling them. The customer service is great, and I was really happy that the legos I wanted were in stock. Highly recommend!

Really great experience at this store with Alex! We were missing a piece from a Lego set we had purchased and went in to see if they had it available. Alex was super friendly and greeted us as soon we walked in. She showed us how we can submit the request online and actually did it for us without hesitation! She really made our day and we’ll be sure to visit the Fairview location in the future :)

This is a wonderful store that deserves 5 stars but giving 1 star. My wife and 7 year old son were shopping here and I had to take my son to the washroom and when we got back, we discovered my wife was robbed of her iPhone 13. Someone bumped into her to distract while another person went into her bag and took her phone, ID card, money etc. This store said they don't have cameras inside to protect their customers who are mostly families with young children. We never heard from Lego about this incident nor Fairview mall. Sucks that a young family got violated over the holidays here. What are you guys doing to protect families? We have since elected to buy our Legos on Amazon and other locations.

It's a small store, but the staff are always friendly and nice and they have a build your own minifigures table thingy which is always fun especially with the kids.

Thank you to Roshi, Josh, and Jimmy for a beautiful Saturday experience. I came in on an urgent matter - they quickly prioritized my request and helped me get something special for my niece. What a beautiful, hospitable staff! Special shout-out to Roshi for her time. @Maker Moh, IG.

There was a wide selection of goodies to choose from for my kids. They each got themselves an item to build and play with, and it was a good time had by all. However, I do not agree with the absurd pricing.

This location is AMAZING! The staff are so friendly and kind. They are passionate about Lego and are up for a challenge. I came in looking for some really specific info and pieces and they were able to help me out with everything I needed. They really went above and beyond !!

Sean (hopefully that's the right spelling) was extremely helpful when I called this evening. I got him twice and on both occasions and on both calls he was very patient throughout. He is knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Thanks again for all your help!!

Miss M (Store Manager) and the LEGO team have been nothing but terrific. I have been going there for some time. I actually took a hiatus, but have recently been purchasing again. Miss M has been there from the early times and she is still a wonderful individual to deal with. The whole team are kind and will go out of their way to assist you. The store has many items for young and old. You will also be very impressed with the cleanliness and organized setup they have there. I have been to the Yorkdale Mall location and I definitely prefer the Fairview Mall Store. I encourage anyone to go and see for themselves.

This is by far the best lego store in Toronto. Great selection and lots of interactive fun. Thank you to Magen and Thomas. They where both very helpful and very friendly. My kids really appreciate all of your help. Thanks.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at the Fairview Mall Lego store this afternoon, around 2:35 pm. My family has been loyal customers of your store for over the past 4 years (we visited almost every 2-3 weeks), during which time we have purchased over 50 sets of Lego products from this store only. Normally, my child would touch the pieces at the "pick & build" section without playing or building anything, and similarly at the mini figure section. Today, my 5-year-old son was visiting the "pick & build" section at the store, where he was happily playing with 4 to 5 Lego pieces in his hands. However, to our dismay, in less than 5 minutes staying at this section, the store manager, Duncan, approached him and curtly informed him that "this is for selling, not for playing" (no other words, no "hi/hello"). While I understand the need for monitoring the "pick & build" section, I was confused by the inconsistency in enforcement. After putting all these 4 to 5 pieces back to where they belong, I saw that within 1 metre from my son, there was a boy (around 10-year-old) building a "house", yet the store manager did not approach him with the same directive. This boy left the "pick & build" section shortly after Duncan approached my son. I took a picture of the other child's creation and I believe that the other child must have spent 5 to 10 minutes building the "house" without being educated about "this is for selling, not for playing". I am attaching a picture of the other child's creation, which was left behind. When I questioned the manager about this discrepancy, I was informed that it was store policy to monitor the section. However, this explanation fails to address why my son was singled out and reprimanded while the other child was allowed to continue building without interference. Never before have we encountered such a rude treatment. It was disheartening to witness a store manager speak in such a manner to a little child. If it is indeed your store policy to regulate the "pick & build" section, I respectfully suggest that signage be prominently displayed in this area to inform customers of this policy. This would eliminate any ambiguity and ensure that all customers are aware of the rules. Additionally, if staff monitoring is still required, it is imperative that it be done fairly and consistently, without singling out certain individuals, and in an acceptable tone. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. As a valued customer (I wish I am), I believe in the importance of providing constructive feedback to help improve customer experience.
