Absolutely amazing visit with Dr. Ng! Caring, mindful, educational, insightful, thorough, gentle, and fun!!! By far the best optometrist care I've ever received. Thank you for making my experience so good - especially with the lengthy and (usually) uncomfortable eye exams my poor eyes require! I was actually comfortable this time. Highly recommended!!!

This has to be the best consultation and eye exam in Canada I’ve ever got. You will get the bang for the buck. If you have competitive price elsewhere, well they are not doing it right and trust me I’ve seen it all. These folks have some high-tech machines to catch any issues with vision. I’d like to recognize Dr. Hamed today. She very polite, understanding and listened to my problems very attentively. I was switching back and forth with the test glasses she was giving to be sure and she was so considerate. I told her I have had several eye exams and I still had issues with contacts. Dr. Hamed took time and found I had allergies and potential infection. She gave me some test eye drop and discussed the effects I will have. I waited in the hall whilst the eye drop did its job. I have a follow up with the contacts she gave me to test and I’m hoping to be able to use them again without issue this time. In no way did the staff or the doctor tried to oversell me things but they laid down the difference between all the products and helped me choose what I’d want. Last but not the least the reception staff was very polite and cool. They were welcoming and helped me with my questions. I’d definitely be recommending family and friends here.

I had a contact lens exam with Dr. Kimberly Lee a few months ago and she was absolutely excellent. Very kind, knowledgeable and made the exam process very easy. The front desk is super friendly, quick and accommodating. I have switched optometrists and will be coming here for the rest of my annual eye exams. Highly recommend!

It was easy to book, and I could make a same-day appointment. The optometrist conducted a comprehensive exam, and my appointment lasted 45 minutes. My only issue is that after my pupils were dilated, I was approached to consider looking at frames - this was difficult because Lenscrafters is so bright, and my light sensitivity gave me a headache, which I didn't expect.

I had a fantastic experience getting my eyes examined by Dr. Archie Chung! Expedient, kind, and personable. Once he found out I’d lost my current pair of glasses he even put in a word at LensCrafter to see if we could get a pair expedited. The rest of his staff were equally as friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend him and his associates to any in need of an eye exam.

Over all it was a pleasant experience. Arrived, was given the initial exams pretty quickly, then sat down with the Dr. and she was very professional in regards to what she had found etc. No need for new glasses at this point. Over all I would recommend them to anyone. Definitely going back.

Dr. Chan gave me the most thorough exam I've had in ages. She's patient and doesn't mind when an adult winces when she's trying to administer eye drops. She corrected my past prescription so that my new glasses are perfect. Highly recommended!

I arrived 15 mins early for a 10:15am apt and they were able to see me right away. Taking my insurance info was quick and once registered I only waited minimally before being called in. Archie Chung is fantastic. He’s friendly and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I had a smooth and wonderful experience here getting contact lenses for the first time! They were patient in answering all of my questions and when it came to the training for using lenses, the Doctor came to check in and gave me such helpful advice. You can tell that they care! All in all, it took me about 30 minutes. The customer service was also great and they had direct billing with my insurance which is always nice. I will definitely be back ☺️

The Doctor was amazing however waited 30 minutes late for my appointment because they took a walk-in client before me, when I was an hour early at the location. This is when I specifically asked if they can take me earlier because if not, I will just come back. They told me they can so I waited then they forgot. You need to get better at scheduling your appointments.

I've been going to this optometrist for years, since they first did a popup in Eaton centre. All the doctors are very nice and skilful. The machinery is pretty modern. The receptionists are all very friendly. Last week I saw Dr Hamed, she was very attentive. She kindly answers my questions about the condition of my eyes. I really recommend this place!

Making the appointment was quick and easy. I got a same day appointment. Dr. Hamed was knowledgeable, efficient and overall lovely! She answered all my questions and gave me great advice. They also billed my insurance directly so I didn’t have to worry about that part.

Dr. Kim was excellent. My son had his first full eye exam and she was very patient, thorough and professional. I also had my exam with Dr. Kim. She answered any questions we had and I would highly recommend anyone seeking an eye exam to see Dr. Kim.

I would highly recommend this office. Everyone here is extremely courteous, the appt is always on time and extreme care is taken with regards to cleanliness. I consulted with Dr.Lam, who is a gem of a person. Extremely knowledgeable, takes time to do the check up and addresses all the concerns. I wish all doctors were like her.

Dr Chung has always provided me with quality eye care. My last visit was no different. He provided me with tests, including a retinol test, and he examined my vision for a substantial amount of time. The examination at this practice is comprehensive, professional and all done in a modern up to date environment.

I had a senior eye exam with Dr. Kim and was impressed with how thorough it was and the information she provided. Staff were courteous and pleasant and I appreciated the ease of making the appointment, the text reminders and that my next OHIP covered appointment is booked.

I have been going here for two years for my eye check-ups and the staff are always very kind and patient. There’s never a long wait or anything, just book your appointment and have everything done when you get there. I would definitely recommend them if you’re in the downtown core or near it and want to find an optometrist!

I am very impressed with the care i receive at Dr. Archie Chung's office. I have been a patient for more than 10yrs. I first became a patient when i worked downtown. Even though i moved to Mississauga i still make the trip because of the thoroughness of Dr. Fong. He is always pleasant and truly cares about how i see the world. Great place for vision care.

As always, a great examination. Dr. Lam is very thorough, pleasant and efficient. Her follow-up on my earlier problems stemming from my last examination was very welcome and reassuring. No problem with recommending her wholeheartedly.

This was a great experience! It was super easy to make an appointment online with lots of convenient slots available at their Eaton Centre location. The confirmation and personal call were appreciated. The front desk staff were extremely polite and helpful and arranged everything with my insurance provider. The pre-examination screening was done within 10 minutes of arrival. Dr. Nuri Kim was very knowledgeable, easy to speak with and conducted a thorough examination and the prescription emailed to me. The location in LensCrafters Eaton Centre (nearer northern / Dundas Street side) is top-notch and convenient. Would definitely re-visit!

Dr. Rahaja was professional, informative and knowledgeable. He gave m e clear information and treated my vision problems extremely well. The staff on reception were also very cordial and pleasant. This is my permanent vision care specialist from here on.

Very grateful for reaching out to this firm. I had personally been a patient myself years ago when I had insurance coverage. Then I reached out again, for my mom who spoke little to no English and needed glasses. Fast forward to today, I reached out again and they had come through for me yet again. I initially had an 81-year-old dad who had some issue with his eye which resulted in him not being able to open his left eye. I called the Broadview office, requesting an emergency appointment none available, but luckily, they had an opening for their Eaton Centre location. My dad does not speak much English and required a Chinese-speaking interpreter, while it was ideal I've come to terms have learned that I typically have to translate as few service providers can speak your language. When I booked, I didn't request or expect that I would be assigned to a doctor that does speak Cantonese. This was a pleasant surprise. My dad was assigned to Doctor Erica Ho who was not only diagnosis his issue, but also speak Cantonese. As an adult caregiver, with less than conversation ability to speak, this was a great stress reliever. Doctor Erica Ho was an incredibly wonderful service provider to work with. She is kind, intelligent, has an amazing bedside manner, and is an excellent communicator. Doctors like her are incredible assets. I am so grateful for Doctor Erica Ho as well as Archie Chung and associates and would be glad to give them 6 out of 5 stars and happy to recommend her to friends and family.

I’ve seen two doctors over the years here and both were fantastic, friendly, answered my questions honestly (didn’t push any marketing stuff from LensCrafters), and made good suggestions for improving my contact lens-wearing and sunglasses care. Dr Nuri Kim at Eaton Centre location is one of a kind!! Never had an eye exam with such care and attention!!! From the beginning to the end, she answered me all of my questions precisely and not only that, she was very attentive and professional and gave me some very helpful advice on my eye health!! She really cares about the patient! Excellent work ethic!! I highly recommend it! Also, Simin helped me to choose a frame that fits my face shape. She was very attentive and patient. Not to mention that she even spoke to the store manager to get me a huge discount! I'll definitely look for her if I need another pair or renew my eyeglass lenses! 10 out of 10 service!!! This eye examination office is very good. Its practitioners are knowledge, careful, pleasant and efficient. The equipment is top of the line and the whole experience pleasant and thorough. I have been attending this clinic regularly and have received excellent care and advice.

I like my experience there. I had an appointment for eye exam with Dr. Fong who was great and explained everything in details. Then I went out to the optician to pick a frame and they were really helpful to choose the right frame that suits me. I’d recommend them really specially when they have discounts or offers as they frames are slightly expensive.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Chung for years. First at his location at Woodbine Centre and now at Eaton Centre. The staff at the clinic have always been very friendly as is Dr. Chung. He's always very thorough with his appointments and explains in a way that you understand, while at the same time not overly simplifying the information like some other medical professionals do. He's very patient and always makes these appointments as comfortable as possible. We've often said that Dr. Chung feels like family which is very hard to find with any medical professional. When I walked in the store, I was welcomed by the receptionist. They were very kind, friendly, asking me how's my day going. One of them asked to come with her to do a pre check up for my eyes to my specialist. My eye doctor Dr Hamed came and we went to the eye exam room. She was very respectful, knows what she's doing and said that my eyes are healthy. The service was excellent, people working there are very welcoming and cheerful.

I always have a great experience seeing Dr. Jacky Ng. He exemplifies Professionalism and he takes care and takes the time to explain whatever procedure needed to be done and answer all inquiries regarding vision care. It’s always a positive experience having such a competent, knowledgeable and friendly Doctor. I also wanted to thank Simin in helping me out pick my glasses. She’s such a really nice person who doesn’t push & rush you on just selling expensive stuff but cares for what is practical and affordable according to my limited budget.

I've been to several Optometrists over the years, but Dr. Archie Chung & Associates at the Eaton Centre is definitely the winner. Dr. Jacky Ng is friendly, professional, great at putting you at ease during the eye-drop phase, and makes getting your eyes checked a pleasant experience. He's always happy to answer questions and is definitely one of my favourite Optometrists. I've been going here for almost ten years now and I plan on going for a long time to come!

My recent visit was a very positive one. Dr. Tran was was knowledgeable, explained very thoroughly the results of my eye exam and addressed all of my concerns. The staff were pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this office.

From the reception staff to the actual optometrists, the customer service and client care is exceptional. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and they answer any questions necessary! They even send you photos of your eye they take if you ask! The only downside is that it’s associated with Lens Crafters… which, honestly… is so far from the opposite customer service wise. Never had a good experience, it seems like they just want your money and they don’t offer the best selections (style wise) compared to more boutique style places. I take my Rx elsewhere :)

Great service from all the Staff. I had a few questions that they answered to detail. Doctor Kim did a thorough check up of my eyes. Did find a thing I need to follow-up but she assured me that it was bringing to worry about if checked by a specialist and treated. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Lam is excellent! She is super friendly, does a thorough job, clarifies all the questions and concerns patiently. She also gave me a few pairs of contact lenses because I was heading to a wedding and my new ones that I ordered would take a while.
