This is consistently the most messy GAP I have ever been to, the low staffing levels can't seem to keep up with customers scattering clothes. Sometimes is unshoppable.

Excellent Staff and customer service. Went out of their way to help you find a size and when not available, assisted with an online order. Thumbs up all around... hope Gap can continue as a fashion retailer business through these tough times.

The people who worked there were rude I asked to put my drink behind the counter as my mom and I had my son (15 month old) and the guy behind there told me “he would not watch my drink” I explained to him he didn’t need to watch it then he proceeded to ask me if I was even shopping in the store. I asked two different sales people if they had zip up hoodies on sale. Both said no and directed me to a 60 dollar per sweater rack when I went to walk out of the store I happen to see sweaters on sale exactly like I had described. Also, I had picked up three sweaters one for 24.99 (was pink) and the other two for 34.99 (those ones were black and grey) I was confused about the price and said I only wanted to purchase them if they were 24.99 as that was a little misleading as it was in the same section right next to it and literally the exact same sweater. They would not honour the price. I will never ever shop at this location again. The staff is unhelpful and rude. They were not helping anyone in the store only talking amongst themselves. Never again will I shop there I am actually going to return my items as I know I could get the sweaters for a better deal at a different gap location!

Gap Kids merchandise is pricey enough to be a special treat for my granddaughter, who loves everything in the store. Every time I've been there, however, the store has been seriously understaffed. There was a single cash open today, and we waited 15 minutes to cash out. Unacceptable. Had I been shopping on my own, I would have left my purchases on the counter and walked out. There were two staff visible, covering the entire store. Both were great, and the rating is not a reflection on them: the store is simply not well managed. Customers deserve better.

Best kids high end store

Brilliant store - just love their Girlfriend chinos and now they have them in so many colours.

This place is smaller then Eaton center's gap store and also their collection is limited though the associates are friendly and welcoming

Big store, excellent selection. Almost always a sale. Sometimes they have difficulty keeping on top of things and you really have to be a super sleuth to find what you are looking for.

I feel in love with a blazer and had the hardest time finding it-- only one left in Canada, and after calls to several Toronto locations no luck, I got the number for Yorkdale because they said one might be there. I was totally resigned to not finding it, but I got on the phone and lo and behold the fabulous associate here, Josie, found me the blazer! I was leaving for a conference in just a few days, and Josie made sure to get it to me on time and with free shipping!! Absolute angel-- give her a raise!!!!
