All the negative reviews are warranted. Older female technician was VERY rude and abrupt with no empathy - like a robot. Zero bed side manner and lack of tact and respect. I came for an ultrasound for medical issues, not be scolded and bossed around. Mgmt seriously needs to either have staff trained in proper manners or find new staff or shut down completely. I normally dont raise a fuss and easy going and understanding in most circumstances of lack of customer service but this crossed the line completely. Only saving grace was receptionist had some form of grace and hospitality. Stay away.

How I now regret not looking this location up on Google before "booking" my appointment, which when I arrived my appointment time that was confirmed was not honoured or listed on their "board" accurately. Unbelievable. I watched as mass confusion unfolded all around, I grew more nervous about the capability of this clinic. After waiting close to an hour, I then looked up all the other horrendous reviews online and promptly left with my requisition and re-booked my Ultrasounds with a more professional clinic....this was an aggravating, upsetting and a waste of time experience, never again will I come to this clinic. There are plenty of other clinics in Toronto who are able to accurately book and honour appointments, (and if they change your time would inform you) that have clean waiting room chairs and respect patients wait times.

The office is very basic. The front desk staff was very nice, friendly. I was the only one there and didn't have to wait. The u/s technician was also very nice and gentle. I misunderstood some instructions about drinking water before my exam and she was understanding and brought me water. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 is due to the facility. I've been to downtown imaging center on York St and it was almost a spa like experience with nice robes and relaxing music in waiting room so I'm comparing to that.

Currently closed for 2 weeks for renovation.. wish I knew that before paying for parking for no reason. I've been happy with the service here. Having a walkin option has come in handy in the past.

Its kind of a disaster zone. You wait, the technician is good at her job and terrible with people. Everytime I take my wife for an ultrasound to see our baby she refuses to let me in the room. It's terrible that I am excluded in the exams for my baby to be.

I called Bluewater Imaging to book in for an ultrasound. I get to my appointment and wait 40 minutes for them to tell me they don’t do that type of ultrasound even though I was very specific on the phone with what type it was. Extremely unprofessional and such a waste of time.

I would have given a zero star if it was possible, not everyone is rude at this location and unprofessional part from a professional with name Bob which is a nice person the rest is rude people, I would recommend anybody to go somewhere else.

Receptionist is kind. Ultrasound tech is awkward and comes off as impolite and rude. I drank 4 cups of water an hour before my scan as directed and she berated me and told me she "didn't have time for me" to drink more because the ultrasound wasn't super visible even though I followed instructions. She is offputting, makes concerning faces through your entire scan (try and hide it at least), and I would rather travel 30 mins to the US at Trinity Medical Imaging than go with her again. Otherwise its easy to make an appt, setting is kinda weirdly lit and dim.

I had pelvic ultrasound this location. Staff is really kind and helpful. I didn’t have to wait and they took me right away after checking in. 100% recommended.

The staff is very professional, pleasant and amazing! They put a smile on every patient’s face! They made my day!

Terrible place, if you have the chance find another clinic!! The technician was rude and didn't focus on the points of my pain in the ultrasound. The receptionist called her and she left me in the room waiting for a few minutes. Both were very rude and unprofessional with me and my wife, they just lost 2 clients.

Fast and easy. No one really in line and only had to wait 5 mins.

Shabby facility and incompetent staff Facility is really bad. Like a jail with dirty chairs. Receptionist was friendly but waited two minutes while she was talking in some foreign language on the phone. The worst though is the ultrasound technician. She was very hesitant, very bad verbal communication skills, machine did not have connection for awhile. Technician looked, acted and sounded incompetent to me. WILL NEVER come here again. I just blindly followed my Doctor’s advice. Should’ve checked ratings.

Honestly, it's quite an unsettling weird location to have your ultrasound conducted. I visited twice and the experience was rather uncomfortable. The environment is dimly lit and has an odd, dungeon-like feel. Additionally, the technician, an older woman, came across as impolite. Even their appointment helpline proved disappointing, with a woman on the other end displaying rudeness and a lack of basic phone etiquette. I will not recommend this place.

Thank you for your kindness, understanding and patience. My experience was absolutely positive. Appointment was as scheduled. Bob, (x-ray technician) very professional and helpful. Aisha, (ultrasound technician) thank you for excellent service. I go for ultrasound at least once a year. Today was the very first time that my visit was painless and comfortable. I have no complains whatsoever! Thank you and I will not go anywhere else.

Went today to have an ultrasound on a possible torn bicep and pec muscle. Receptionist was friendly, happily gave me a mask as I had forgotten mine. Had to wait half an hour, which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. The ultrasound tech isn't friendly but I wouldn't consider her rude, just a professional who is very thorough with her examination. I didn't go there looking for sympathy!

Very clean and well organized. Very nice and excellent staff The clinic secretary is very helpful and accommodating . The X-ray technician is very professional and friendly 👍
