I attended a wedding at Village Loft and I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this venue. Our venue coordinator Hailey was spectacular. Super friendly and always available via email with quick and efficient responses. I also spoke with Marnie who was great as well! Our floor managers Isabelle and Camilla were amazing, helpful and always around to help us with anything we needed. The staff that helped us out that evening were great as well. Dinner service went very smoothly and the food was delicious! Special shout out to the other staff members that assisted us that evening including Brian, Camilla, Isabelle, Army, KJ, Ryan, Leana, Hannah, Carissa and a few others that worked at the May 21 wedding that I didn’t get a chance to grab their names. The venue itself was very classy and very spacious for 150 guests. 4 nice sized bathrooms but the only thing I wish they had was a bridal suite or a dedicated room for the bride & groom. They do offer a space that is locked for the bride & groom or bride & groom’s point of contact to have access to. Otherwise the venue was clean with a nice terrace space and good sound system. Thank you Village Loft for everything and I hope to be back at the venue soon, or at least try the O&B restaurants connect below very soon!

Nobody has responded to my emails or phone calls/voicemails for The Village Loft. I understand that venues are getting busier, however it comes across as quite unprofessional to not even get an EMAIL response. That's the quickest method of communication, and the fact that nobody is able to do at least that is concerning. Please, Oliver&Bonacini Events - hire more people so that your Brand doesn't start losing its significance.

Beautiful space located in North York-Very Trendy/ classy feel to the neighborhood. This place gives you an industrial-natural look with exposed brick and wood-its classy and chic. They have an amazing terrace for your guests to enjoy all evening or whenever you have an event. Service was great-Really enjoyed the wedding we went too!

I echo one of the other recent reviews. The Loft is a beautiful space, and I’m sure the food is delicious, but staff do not respond to calls or emails. I can only imagine what a nightmare it would be to rely on these people when trying to plan an important event. UPDATE: to the owner who just replied: my fiancé and I did write to O&B via the website - five months ago - and all we got was a generic response stating that someone would get back to us “as soon as [they] can.” We never heard back from anyone. It seems like others have had similar experiences with the Village Loft. We were going to book our wedding at this venue and were just waiting on a quote that never arrived - it’s incredibly unfortunate to lose out on business because of unresponsive staff.

Lovely space, but not worth the hassle. The event specialist was very unprofessional and took long periods of time to respond. Would not recommend.

Love this venue! I hosted my bridal shower at Village Loft this past weekend. My guests and I had an amazing time and everyone raved about the beauty of the space and the amazing food! The service was incredible - they did not let a single plate on the buffet table go empty, and were so helpful day of setting up. Kimberley was so wonderful to work with from the moment we toured the space. She helped us with all the details leading up which made for the perfect day!!

Best wedding experience with coordinator in a long time. Amy is a keeper! As wedding photographers, we are usually ignored. NOT this time. Amy and her staff made sure we were fed, had a seat, knew the schedule. If she treated us like this, imagine how great my bride and groom were being taken care of with their guests. Best place for your wedding.

We returned to the Village Loft for our company Holiday Luncheon (2023). The event was a complete success. Their staff is outstanding. The food, service, and ambiance was perfect. They accommodated all our guests’ dietary restrictions. The venue was decorated beautifully for the holidays. It was a lovely event! ~~~~~ We had our company Holiday Luncheon this year (2022) at the Village Loft at Bayview Village (Oliver&Bonacini). Our company would highly recommend it, whether it is a small, medium, or large group. The venue was amazing. Easy to get to, lots of parking, bright and airy with fabulous holiday decorations. The food was outstanding; there was something for everyone including vegetarian and gluten-free. Every morsel was delicious. The staff took care of us from the moment we decided to check the venue to the moment we left. They were attentive in ensuring we were being accommodated. The service staff were friendly, considerate, and focused on our guests. They took care of everything right down to security and music. THANK YOU!

The Loft is a beautiful space. However Kimberly who is event specialist never answer the phone and also never respond to the email. So slow, unprofessional, and it was nightmare!! Would not recommend this venue.

We recently hosted my baby shower at the Village Loft and I can’t thank Kimberly and her team enough. The process of booking the venue & planning the shower was seamless. The entire event was perfectly coordinated and we received so many compliments about the food and the space - it was amazing! The staff was great, so polite and helpful - we can’t wait to host more events at Village Loft in the future!

We only had about a month to plan our wedding reception and Hailey did a fantastic job helping us! Despite the whirlwind of planning and our endless questions, Hailey was patient and responded very promptly. Honestly we couldn’t have done it all smoothly without her effort. The venue was beautiful and cozy and we had a lot of compliments on the food as well.

We recently hosted our baby shower at the Village Loft. From touring the venue to exiting the building, the process was simple. We met Kimberly, who was so accommodating with her schedule to meet us and give us a tour. She was always responsive when we had questions, or concerns/modifications. They day of, we met Isabella (pardon the spelling), who was quick to help us make adjustments to the room set up. The food was delicious, the venue is beautiful, the staff was amazing. We are just so thankful to everyone who made the day possible.

Beautiful setting for a Celebration, I had the pleasure of being hired to photograph a company Holiday Party at The Village Loft was was impressed by the service of the staff, the ambiance, and the delicious food.

Perfect for a corporate event: it has an elegant, formal interior yet it's not too big to seem cold. When it comes to food, even the picky eaters will find something to enjoy, and the servers are doing an excellent job too. Overall, it is stylish and elevated without being distracting - so it's a great place to make an event all about your team.

We attended our niece's wedding here last Friday,. The appetizers and drink were great and the wait staff very attentive, obliging and friendly. The dinner was excellent. However only one small drawback - the steak was tasty but hard to cut and no steak knives provided. A very, very small deterrent to an absolutely fabulous evening.

If you are looking for a different type of event space for you special day I highly recommend Village Loft. Kimberly the Senior Event Specialist made me feel so comfortable and at ease during my planning process, she’s also very personable. The event manager on the day of the wedding was supportive and tentative to me and my guests needs. The Chef did an amazing job for our dinner service, food was delicious and everyone enjoyed. Thank you Chef for the colour pops ;) Get the Nachos for the late night, just sooooo yummy. All and all I recommend the team, staff was attentive, especially the server that took care of us the bride and groom thank you for always refilling my water lol. I will miss the planning process but I am sooooo happy I chose Village loft :)

We went here for our cousins wedding reception. Venue was clean, food was great and staff was wonderful! Would highly recommend Village Loft!

The event was a complete success! ALL THE STAFF WERE AMAZING. I made a mistake not realizing you did not include the beverage stations in the quote and they instantly took care of it for us. The event planner, Kimberly, made the entire booking process a breeze. The food was even better than I expected. Several guests told me this was the best wedding food they have had. Turns out it was too much food. Lol. Lots of people had lunch for the next day.

The venue is beautiful. Anahit and Amy worked with us to meet our specific needs for our community wellness brunch. We utilized the entire venue, and the room was perfect. Anahit is such a pleasure to work with: excellent time management, follow-up, great listener, and communicator. She accommodated all of our needs. O&B made a great choice in having her manage this venue. Amy (day-of venue management) and her team were absolutely fantastic. They brought in special staff for our event, and they knocked it out of the park. As an event curator, we typically don't eat during an event (not for lack of desire), but the ladies made sure that there was food for me during set up and through the brunch. The day-of staff consistently checked in to make sure we were okay. Our guests enjoyed our programming and the event venue was a great backdrop to host them.
