I have mixed reviews on Azadi Jewelley. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here in June 2019. He said he really like his experience there, however I feel like they didn't fully educate him on his purchase. The ring is beautiful but the band was hollow. I noticed right away and took it to two reputable jewelers in Toronto to confirm what I already knew. Both had never seen such an odd band (one that was not solid, considering the size of the diamond and being 18 karat white gold). My fiance not knowing that much about rings had not noticed that this was not the norm for an engagement ring. After I showed him what it should look like, he called and was told that he would have to purchase a second band and switch the main diamond to it (therefore having two bands, and needing to purchase a cubic zirconium to place in the hollow one). He was then told that they only had 14 karat white gold bands and could not get any 18 karat in as their supplier was unavailable. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting to my fiance who just wanted the perfect ring. After about a month of back and forth and not much support from the jeweler, I told my fiance that I was not interested in going back to fix the ring there. I feel like they took advantage of an excited and eager man looking for the perfect ring. I do not recommended this place as they are unwilling to work with their unsatisfied customers once the sale has been made.

Azadi Jewellers is very good. Ali and his team runs the business quite well. We had ordered a piece of jewellery from Azadi and honestly the workmanship, quality, prices were all good. We brought up a minor change to the final piece and Ali graciously offered to make the adjustment. This displays integrity. Rest assured, we are coming for repeat business. Thanks!

This store’s owner is very rude. I bought an 18K gold set from this store for my wife last month. 6 days after when we noticed the gold is not from Italy (they said it is) we went to return the set. He refused to accept the return. The owner got so angry that we noticed the set is from Iran. When I said I will call police to check all your golds, he returned my money!

Both locations are great and have a wide selection of beautiful 18k gold items (in addition to 14k). i went to this store just to look around. They have very unique and beautiful jewellery. The price is very reasonable. Ended up buying jewellery for my wife and daughter. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The owners are very honest and gave me great advise. I already referred them to three close family members. They are all very happy with their purchases. If you're ever at shops at donmills check out the store.

Just dropped into Azadi Jewellery for a repair job on 3 pieces of jewelry. The owner was so helpful and was able to fix all 3 pieces in minutes. He provided great repair advice and did a fabulous job. I intend to purchase in the coming weeks and will definitely return to review their great selection.

This is a well-designed store with excellent customer service. As a black woman, I felt so appreciated and respected. This hasn’t been my usual experience in jewelry stores. I’ve often felt like people look at me like I’m going to steal something or can’t afford what I’m getting. I would recommend this store to people from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. It is conveniently located in the Don Mills Lawrence outdoor Plaza, just around the corner from metro. Azadi Jewellery is worth the drive.

Recently got my engagement ring resized by Zaidi. They were able to do it so efficiently and at such a reasonable price. They also did it at the spot for a piece of mind, rather than sending it out. Everyone there was also very professional and nice. Will refer friends there!

Both Ali and Elly are great with customer, polite and friendly. I have got my engagement ring, my band and my fiancé ring from them and all were customized and designed exactly based on what I asked for and they did such a great job. Who ever saw my ring asked where we got it. I compared their price with the top end brands and for same cut and quality they charge my fiancé less than other top brands. I highly recommend them.

I just had a ring cut off before surgery and they didn’t even charge me. They were so nice and I said I’ll go back to get it fixed later and I definitely will. They were very trusting a rare thing today. Based on how I was treated I would highly recommend Azadi.
