Great get away in neighborhood. Small trail walking and water stream is what we we here. It’s good for children, note this isnt the place to sit for picnic etc, but kids would love to see the water stream, woods and trail walks . We got to see salmon int the waters. Couldn’t attach videos here...

Nice quiet walking trail. Did a little trout fishing and saw mama deer running up hill. About a minute later you could hear her fawn calling.

This is definitely a place for someone looking to escape from the city without having to drive too far, beautiful scenic trail in the woods with a shallow creek perfect for fishing a few smaller fish, we did see some larger fish swim by. I advise wearing watershoes to transverse the creek from side to side to get to more difficult to access sections where fishing might be better.

Very nice place to have some relaxing family time.specially with kids. Also good for fishing. We go there often. I highly recommend this place for any kind of fun time. I love this place and most of the summer weekend I spend here.

Neat little trail and short enough to do with kids. Please keep it clean and don't litter.

Love this area. Just wish ignorant people would pick up their own garbage, instead of just dropping it wherever they happen to be.

Short path good for a short break. Surrounded on all sides by hill, cliffs and trees. Note you cannot turn left to leave.

Mid Aug 2022, weekend. The trail is short. It is tempting to stay for just awhile. The tiny, slow flowing creek might be fine for little kid playing net catching fish.

One of the entrances/paths for Rouge Park (which is a huge extensive trail). Make sure to visit the website to find different starting points and places to discover. This path is a bit more flat, with a lot of shade to stay cool.

Another gem within the Rouge National Urban Park. It has a small circular lot with alot of potholes so drive carefully. Great spot to come and enjoy the river. It's a quick loop trail that you could use to warm up for the bigger trails that are nearby. Close to the zoo as well that gives you many options to enjoy nature.
