FAR
AWAY
FROM
THIS
GARBAGE
APARTMENT.
WHERE
DO
I
EVEN
START!
I've
been
living
at
this
building
since
June
1st
2018.
This
is
the
most
unkempt,
unsanitary,
building
ive
ever
been
in,
in
my
entire
life.
This
place
is
an
absolute
DISASTER.
Starting
with
head
of
management,
the
property
managers,
and
the
RUDE,
UNACCOMMODATING,
superintendent
jimmy
I
moved
in,
my
fridge
broke
the
first
week
of
living
here.
They
sent
a
technician
and
claims
they
"fixed"
the
fridge.

Weeks
later,
all
of
my
groceries
melted/were
lost
AGAIN
because
they
fridge
was
not
working.
They
sent
the
technician
back
who
finally
fixed
the
fridge,
but
conducted
himself
in
an
inappropriate
manner
while
inside
of
my
unit.
(which
I
have
recorded).
When
he
was
completing
the
repairs,
the
nasty,
disgusting
fridge
technician
took
my
cloth
from
the
counter
and
used
his
disgusting
feet
to
use
my
DISH
CLOTH
to
wipe
the
floor
and
then
he
PUT
IT
BACK
where
he
found
it...
an
absolute
PIG.
CAN
YOU
IMAGINE
IF
I
WIPED
MY
CLEAN
DISHES
WITH
THIS
CLOTH
AND
ATE
OFF
OF
IT.
WHAT
KIND
OF
SICKNESS
I
COULD'VE
CONTRACTED

was
out
about
approx
$300
in
groceries
by
the
end
of
the
ordeal.
When
I
asked
JANE
in
the
office
for
head
office
number
to
discuss
this
matter
she
told
me
"we've
already
put
a
call
into
the
technician
we
are
taking
care
of
it".
When
I
asked
via
email
who
I
can
speak
with
regarding
my
$300
loss
of
groceries
she
emailed
me
back
to
talk
to
my
insurance..
WHAT
DOES
MY
INSURANCE
HAVE
TO
DO
WITH
MEDALLION
CORPORATION
GIVING
ME
A
FAULTY
FRIDGE
AND
CAUSING
ME
TO
LOSE
MY
GROCERIES
TWICE?!
Second
issue...
cigarette
smoke
-
my
neighbors...
They're
loud,
they
cuss,
smoke
cigarettes
and
weed
all
day
which
is
being
pumped
into
my
unit
via
the
vent
in
my
washroom.
There
is
no
fan
for
my
use,
just
a
vent
that
PUSHES
air
into
the
unit
rather
than
taking
it
out.
I've
complained
to
the
property
managers
since
the
3rd
day
of
living
in
this
unit
and
they've
done
absolutely
NOTHING.
It
appears
when
they
come
to
my
unit
they
do
absolutely
noting.
I've
asked
the
super
to
come
down
to
my
unit
twice
(via
the
afterhours
line,
as
there
is
no
direct
line
for
him)
when
my
unit
was
engulfed
in
smoke,
once
in
marijuana
smoke
and
once
with
cigarette
smoke
and
I
was
told
by
the
after
hours
line
the
first
time
that
the
super
said
"they
are
aware
of
the
problem,
its
coming
from
my
neighbors
and
they
are
issuing
them
a
letter,
so
he
doesn't
need
to
come
down"
&
the
second
time
that
he
is
"unwilling
to
speak
with
me"
and
if
I
have
concerns
I
should
go
to
the
office
during
the
day.
Which
is
not
possible
as
I
work
during
office
hours.
This
is
why
I
had
asked
for
the
super
to
come
down
TWICE
and
both
times
he
said
no.
(Mind
you
the
supervisor
lives
on
site,
just
1
floor
above
me)
There
is
also
a
mold
problem
in
the
building,
the
ceiling
tiles
are
caving
in
due
to
water
damage.
Instead
of
replacing
the
ceiling
tiles,
they
keep
them
there
and
let
the
mould
filled
ceiling
tiles
sit
there
and
circulate
the
filthy
mouldy
air.
Black
mould
is
literally
growing
through
the
tiles,
and
nobody
seems
to
care..
IF
you're
looking
to
live
among
mold,
filth
and
deplorables,
this
is
the
unit
for
you.
If
you're
a
self
respecting
human
being,
stay
clear
of
this
building.
I've
put
in
a
complaint
with
Toronto
Public
Health
to
make
them
aware
of
what
is
going
on
and
they've
agreed
to
do
an
inspection
of
this
disgusting
building
and
inspect
my
unit.
