Holland Bloorview is an amazing place for children's rehabilitation that exceeded our expectations. The staff members are child-friendly, and the environment is accessible, thoughtful, bright, and positive. Even the meals they provide are great. We would like to express our special thanks to our PT, Trischa. Trischa is the most wonderful physiotherapist we’ve ever met! From the beginning to the end, she understands children very well and genuinely cares about them. Her humor and clever approach make the therapy process fun and interesting, based on her professional knowledge and strategies. We are truly grateful to have her. Thanks the sweet nurse Tracey for drawing a beautiful artwork overnight as a farewell gift for my son as well. We also want to thank our OT, Alysha, child life specialist, Katherine, and all the nurses and workers. Thank you, Holland Bloorview, for giving us such a memorable and thought-provoking experience. If there is anything that could be improved, we would suggest adding more real fruit to the clients' meals, such as berries or apples, and extending the opening hours at Timmy's and the cafeteria for the families.

Zero progress in terms of my experience here. Just a waste of time. Individuals here offer medical advice, but are not doctors! The individual who claims to have helped my son put a lot of pressure and blame on me for my son having little progress. They make you feel so little! The individuals who work at the front desk are a bunch of rude incompetent people as well. You should be happy and helping especially since you are serving a young clientele. DISGUSTING!

Thanks to my PT at Casey House for the referral to the orthotics department at Holland Bloorview. Easy COVID screening protocols, flew through admin and onto my appointment. Resident was extremely professional, thorough and kind. She very diligently walked me through the entire process (pun intended) right through to booking the follow-up. I feel like I'm in good hands here. Beautiful facility.

Great place, Amazing Staff. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the patients and are very passionate about their jobs. Helped my sister through a very difficult moment and she still can’t stop talking about them.

The staff are amazing and so welcoming. The huge problem is making patients and their caregivers share a room with others. It’s a difficult time already without adding the stress of sleeping, eating and having to share a bathroom with strangers and their bad habits. Other hospitals we have stayed at have single rooms for pediatric patients. This policy is really unacceptable.

If there was a 0 star I'd click it, there staff are slow as a dog, took like 6.5 hours to see a doctor. For a hospital purporting to not having any issue imposing vaccine mandates and forcing employees to pick between being able to care for patients and being unable to keep up with demand. Very immature.

A very welcoming and well organized staff that addressed all our needs and more. There is so much to do here that makes it more of a home than a hospital. Every aspect for the children's recovery is met with eagerness to assist in any way. What a wonderful place to be. Thanks to all the great staff, your efforts are certainly appreciated!

I wasted a year of coming here for my kid. The program ended before my kid showed any progress. This is a sad system that is not allowing individuals for a complete course... waste of government money and time of people. Why do we need to hire a bunch of people that are not making a change in the kids life and just shove them out of the course...... stop wasting taxpayers' money.

It's amazing that this place exists to help the families and children who visit. So many facilities and experts here, multiple pools. Also has a well managed and entertaining playroom for siblings, good cafeteria with healthy options and also a Timmies. Parking, like every other hospital is pay parking unfortunately.

Back in the early 70's and 80's, this place was called Ontario Crippled Children Center and my younger brother used to attend school here. He has Cerebral Palsy and now they say that he also has GNAO1.

Did one of my first internships here and these days we visit regularly to use the community services. Friendly front desk, modern facilities, knowledgeable medical staff. Doesn’t hurt to have great funding.

Incredible staff. My kid has been doing physiotherapy there for almost a year. She was in-patient and now out-patient, and both experiences have been great.

A fantastic place for people with disabilities. Their pool even has a ramp for those who use a wheelchair. They also have developmental pediatricians who diagnose things like autism. They hold free educational seminars for parents of special needs children.

A kind, caring environment full of highly skilled people laser focused on rehabilitating people. I am forever grateful for the time I spent there due to a bad snowmobile accident where I cracked my skull and bruised my brain.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharp, our pediatrician, and would highly recommend her. She's not only a fantastic healthcare professional but also a genuinely nice person. Dr. Sharp goes above and beyond, taking the time to listen attentively, addressing concerns, and providing thorough follow-up. Her supportive nature and dedication make her stand out, and I truly believe she excels in her role as the best pediatrician. Grateful to have her as our healthcare provider.
