My first experience at the Clinic was absolutely wonderful. Kim was my massage therapist. I had a 30 min massage and she focused on my neck and shoulders. After 30 mins that entire area was so much more relaxed. Very clean and bright office space and front office staff are kind, professional and personable. I have gone in for 4 sessions (numbing in left arm, and calf tear) so far and I can tell you that the services provided have been state of the art, the staff /doctors actually want you to get better and will do anything in their power to make it happen! I was thoroughly impressed by the vast array of services and facilities provided under one roof. For anyone experiencing pain or looking to reach optimal performance - I highly recommend them. Let’s start by saying the entire team at HealthMax is absolutely incredible. Dr. Jessie, Dr.Dina, Carlo and all the other employees here truly care about their patients. I have been coming here for the last few months after switching from another clinic where I felt I wasn’t getting the right type of treatment done found/referred here and am so pleased by all the treatments I have been given. They truly care about the well-being of their patients and always go the extra mile. They take their time when providing treatment they don’t rush you and most importantly they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. I also never have to worry about paperwork or submitting any documents as they take care of everything for you. It’s truly a great team they have here and I highly recommend this clinic to everyone and will always use this clinic for all my treatments moving forward. This by far is one of THE best physio clinics i have had the pleasure of attending. I have been going to this place for the past 4 years after desperately cycling through quite a few physios in the surrounding area. 4 years ago i suffered some significant injuries after being in a car accident that resulted in a lung collapse and sever tissue damage. Dr.Dinna Icatar and her team are absolutely phenomenal and ensured that i received the attention, time and support that i desperately needed. From acupuncture, infrared therapy, chiropractic, massage, referral to an amazing psychotherapist, and physio. This place really is the full package and i highly recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Dinna and team for helping with my rehabilitation. Ill be sure to refer anyone i know who may need your services to you folks. You all are truly a gem.

I came to this clinic after getting treatment at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College for a few years. I loved it there but it was a longer drive and during covid, the situation in the waiting room exposed me to too many people. As this is 5 mins from my house, I decided to come here. The first chiropractor didn’t help the issues with my sciatica or back. I explained what they had done at the college to make it so I was able to move and feel great. But she changed my treatment and my pain came back. So I switched to Dr. Jessie. She has been so helpful with my pain. She examined me, listened to what had worked for me in the past, and along with a few new treatments, she made a new plan for me. Needless to say, I am able to go out daily and walk, run errands, and drive for long lengths if necessary. I’m able to cook and clean, standing for longer. I have minimal pain. Dr. Jessie is friendly and tries to distract you from the initial pain a treatment might give by making you talk and laugh. I always feel better after leaving. What’s more is that they remember personal details about me even if I haven’t attended for a while. So they care enough about you as a patient to ask about these things. The ladies at the front desk are also quite nice and helpful. My only request would be that when a promise is made to call back with an answer to a question, they should call back. But, I am thankful that they have found ways to fit me in when I am in a lot of pain working with the doctors or calling me if someone has cancelled. A tip: if u need an appointment urgently, just call the morning of the day your Chiropractor works and ask if there were any cancellations. Usually, there’s a spot that has opened up.

After an awful slip and fall at work, I was immobile, and could barely walk Dr Ben, Eugenie & Carlo, have been very patient , professional and attentive. Through treatment and simple stretching at home, they have made my daily living much more manageable. My family had a car accident back in 2018, we were at a different clinic after the accident but we then switched to Healthmax Physiotherapy which was a great decision! The staff at Healthmax was just extraordinary! they were all very kind and helpful, the atmosphere was just very warm and welcoming. The Physiotherapists Chiropractors, Massage Therpaists and assitants really did their very best to keep us comfortable and help us recover well. We moved to the area and needed a convenient physio/chiropractor nearby. My Husband and I took a chance trying this place and it turned out to be the best ever! Starting at reception and the way you're received to the actual appointments and Dr. Dena - all fantastic experiences. They are all very social, the place is full of floor-to-ceiling windows so it doesn't feel sterile like most medical offices do. The services and professionalism are truly great and appreciated. My Husband treats a shoulder injury and I treat a multitude of spinal issues from a long term preexisting issue. We both feel the differences already. We would definitely recommend this place and so happy we found it right here in our community!

Amazing clinic, amazing staff. they are always super accommodating! My experience so far has just been extraordinary! Theyre all very kind, warm, helpful and the atmosphere radiates good energy. They really did their very best to make sure I was comfortable. The clinic is also super family friendly. Receptionist/front desk are always on point!! They’re timely, organized & are on top of schedules and reminders! Dr jessie is really good at what she does. Shes patient, knowledgeable, and gentle with her process/approach. Eugenie is extremely helpful as well, checking in often, making sure everything is going well and making sure you’re comfortable! Amazing clinic & staff! Brought my mom in after not making progress at another physio clinic. We worked with a team of physiotherapists & kinesiologist--Ben, Carlos and Eugenie were incredible in not only addressing my mother's knee injury from her fall, but working to ensure to prevent future falls by improving her muscle weakness & stability in both legs. And now she's at 100%. Could not recommend this clinic more!

I had a positive experience at this location when seeking chiro treatment. Dr. Jessie is exceptional at what she does. You feel that reassurance that she knows whats shes doing. Even if you don't know where you are feeling pain or soreness, she is able to find the target area and work her magic. She takes her time and really goes out of her to provide the level of care that the patient needs. She has a beautiful personality where she makes you feel comfortable. It truly feels like you are getting an all round therapy session for your physical and mental state.

I was here for a couple of weeks and Kevin was great, he was able to quickly assess the problem and suggest exercises and was great at explaining my condition and how we would proceed. My experience at Healthmax was great! The staff there was always so kind, right when you enter into the doors till you finish your session they provide you everything you need. Everytime we had questions they would have answers for me and my wife, especially Annie who helped us alot along the way. I just returned for my 1st assessment after postpartum pregnancy of 7 months. Dr. Dina listened, supported and treated me with such compassion and care. I visit the clinic for physio therapy to nurse a niggling injury. All the staff here, from the receptionist to the therapist are very friendly. A special shout out to Ben, Carlo and Eugenie, the service and care they provide is excellent.

very poor service I would say, went on a wsib and for around 4 months my sessions with the chiropractor where merely a 5 minute massage, 5 minutes basic stretches then talk me through some stretches to do at home and send you home after 15mins....was utterly disappointed to say the less. I have since switched and the difference in service is night and day

I was in an accident in late 2017 and damaged my right shoulder, knee and right side. It was difficult to continue working as I was a chef. Lifting things caused a lot of pain. I went to Health Max Physiotherapy for treatment and the team was amazing. The physio staff worked with me to help me regain more mobility. The Chiropractors were great. The adjustments helped with the pain I had. The massage therapy worked wonders for my tired, aching muscles. I still continue to get pain, but I know I can count on Health Max to get me through those difficult times.

I've been suffering from Costochondritis for the last 10 months. I have been in terrible PAIN; in hospitals, no one is able to help. I recently started treatment with Dr. Dinna Icatar and I can't believe the immediate improvements I'm feeling. I am extremely happy with the service and treatment plan she has in place to help me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her; she's extremely professional and patient and very understanding. I have bad heel pain. After I came to this clinic, Dr. Dinna (chiropractor) recommended shock-wave therapy. With only one session, the pain was reduced by half.
