Amazing and very fair jewelers! I had clamps that were broken on couple of chains. Was informed that they needed to be replaced. After coming back to pick them up, was informed that they were able to fix the clamps and would charge me 4 times less than was discussed initially. On top of that, the jewelers were able to weld my third chain in 5 minutes while I was waiting for the pick up of the fist two chains. Would highly recommend their service to anyone who needs to fix jewelry!

I would highly recommend Fortunes Fine Jewellers! I went to Fortunes for an engagement ring and I was greatly impressed with the level of artistry and professionalism. This was my first fine jewelry purchasing experience so I was somewhat unsure of what to expect. However I had no need to worry thanks to Zachary who guided me through the design process and answered my questions each step of the way. The result was a beautiful one-of-a-kind engagement ring!

I just had an amazing experience at this store, a real class act! The stone in my ring had fallen out ( not bought there) and I asked for advice on how to prevent this from happening again. My parents have been customers at Fortunes for as long as I can remember, so when it came time to have an engagement ring designed using materials from a family heirloom, Michael and his team were an obvious choice. Michael was knowledgeable about how to best restore the >100 year old solitaire diamond that was beginning to show its age, and advised us on the pros and cons of re-cutting it, cleaning up the edges, or leaving it as it. He provided fantastic design advice and went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy with the end result. Early in March, I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé. Fortunes Jewellers came highly recommended. What I love about fortunes is they can either do something very customized for important life events or sell you something very casual for birthday presents. I had my late grandmothers ring modernized to propose to my wife. Zac and Michael were very thoughtful about how they redesigned it to maintain the original character of the ring but changed it in a way that's modernized and suitable to my wife's style and tastes. I've also gone in to get bracelets, necklaces and earrings for birthday presents and was very happy with the stylish and affordable options I was presented with. This place is a gem!
