I didnt spend a long time in the store but even in the small amount of time there, I really enjoyed. They've got a good variety and range of products and everything is labeled pretty good so everything can be found easily and the store is very east to navigate.

Friendly staff, and their interactive assistance helped a lot. A small store with great staff is far better than a large store. I can't thank enough the staff for putting in their best efforts to get the desired product. anyone who visit this store will definitely have the same opinion.

This store went above and beyond for me! I called because I was running late to get there before they closed. They were kind enough to get me my pick up order even though they'd already closed! It was very much appreciated as I had been stuck in traffic trying to get to the store. Polite, kind, and courteous staff. I am forever grateful for the wonderful service they gave me. I highly recommend this location for all your Toys R Us needs!!

I called ahead of time to see how long it would take to fill an online order. I spoke to Zack in the curbside pick up department and he was SO pleasant and extremely helpful. He even offered to grab the item and put it on hold so it wouldn't be out of stock since I was sending my brother to pick it up for me. I ended up opting for purchasing it online and having my brother do curbside pick up, unfortunately, I didn't realize the store closed at 5pm. My brother didn't arrive until 5:20pm and despite the store being closed Trisha Ann still offered to go and retrieve the item for him. She saved me an extra trip back to a store neither of us live close to. It's one thing to do a job, but both these associates went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations. It just so happens that I called another Toys R Us earlier that day and they were nowhere near as pleasant or helpful. I would go the extra distance just for the exceptional customer service I received at this location from both Trisha Ann and Zack. You two are awesome...Thank you both very much!

Quite large store for buying toys suitable for all ages. Children were delighted to be in the store.

Great selection of products for all age groups. It also includes strollers and car seats, with a variety of products. The staff is really helpful and always ready to guide you. The baby products are also abundant here.

The other week I called in to ask about Masters Of The Universe figures. The girl on the phone was quite enthusiastic in talking about the line and world. At the same time, without me prompting, her colleague quickly checked stock to let me know what they have in store. I really appreciated both girls' enthusiasm for the world and will to help a stranger calling. The other day I went in looking for these items. A very nice lady in clothing directed me to a man for the specific spot. She then walked me to the spot. Needless to say, I've had nothing but very pleasant experiences with this Toys R Us Yonge and Eglington location.
