My go to location which we shop at regularly. Most of the staff are good, but like most retail there are some that are underwhelming. It is what it is. Usually we’ll stocked and I find what I came for. Rented a truck from here once and that wasn’t a great experience, but overall the store is good. Clean enough and lots of parking.

The Home Depot staff at this branch are simply the best! We had to buy a bunch of stuff and didn't really know where to start. We asked 3 staff members for help along our shopping journey and every single person was equally polite, helpful and even suggested their best sellers. Coming to the products, they have a lot of choices in every department. We ended up getting everything that we needed. I very highly recommend this store!

One star is NOT for the lady at the cashier who helped me. Came here today to exchange car remote battery I purchased 10days ago. The lady in the cashier was very very helpful and kind. Thank you so much. I needed to buy vinyl blinds. I need assistance but so far, after 4 staffs called in somebody and said would come, I'm still waiting for that somebody to come. It's more than 10 minutes now. Still waiting.

Came in here to find an item and I left feeling like I was part of the family! Needed to find some outdoor HDX garbage cans that were in the back the staff took the time to hear me out and track down what I was looking for. Bano (amazing woman and staff member) helped me with the products I needed and provided me so much valuable advice on products, service and programs (Pro Xtra); this was invaluable and something that has never been brought up with me. When I made my payment I donated a couple of dollars to a childrens initiative. When I was leaving the store with my item, my receipt was checked and the staff member that checked it thanked me so genuinely for making the donation! While I was not looking for any sort of thanks - the sincereity of the thanks was another positive sign of the people and culture at this store. Looking forward to making this my go to Home Depot as it is hands and feet apart of any of the other Home Depots I have been to! Easily accessible via TTC and a big parking lot.

I DO NOT APPRECIATE GETTING RIPPED OFF. Why does a 22.5 degree elbow for a 3” pipe cost $11.68 and a 45 degree elbow which has more material cost $5.41? What type of stupid pricing is this? You people are already buying this stuff wholesale from China for like 50 cents a piece and selling them for outrageous prices here. I refuse to pay for your brand and won’t be coming back here again. This is a ripoff

Great home depot! These cats really know their stuff. Boo Canadian Tire! I can't find a single person at Canadian Tire who knows what they're talking about. But at this Home Depot there's always someone helpful around. Cheers!

Julie at the customer service desk/return items desk,I understand your shift is about to end, if your are behind that desk you are expected to serve customers not look busy and tell customers to hold on until your shift ends. You have displayed very poor customer service. For your own selfish reason you have wasted your employers’ customers time to benefit your own. Unfortunately zero star are not an option in this case.

Went there to buy paint for my front porch. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful stuff. Helped to choose the type of paint. Recommended the quantity needed! Fast & efficient self check out. Cashiers are helpful as well. Overall enjoyed shopping there!

Place where you can fix your House. From minute plumbing parts to some of the interior decorative items - you can explore all at one go... Mirrors - Taps - Sinks - pipes - hosts - lamps - bulbs - doors - windows - screws - nut&bolt - washer & dryer - mats - chairs - cupboards - tools - all construction 🚧 🔨 🏗 items and so on,. If I keep on writing I don’t find space to add on 🤣. These are just basic samples I’m providing. If you visit u can find lot more than expected. When coming to price, things are not cheap however they lasts for long time. They have a return policy with proper bills and tags. Customer service is good enough but most of the times you have to search and grab your own item - that means it is such a large store 🏬

A place where you find all your home improvement needs from screws to appliances. This place is very spacious, and well maintained and stocked. This location also has tools and equipment rentals,vehicle rentals, outdoor garden center, key cutting and propone exchange facilities. Knowledgeable, friendly stuffs. Lots of parking available.

Like the name of the store it justifies it completely they have collect from screws to pipes, wooden planks to paint , Hall, kitchen and bedroom decor everything literally though I couldn't capture all the items but they have everything single thing at their store ! If you want anything for home do pay visit 🙂

Management please train your staff on customer service. They all sit or stand around doing nothing. When ask for help to find something they just point or tell you a random aisle rather than physically help you look for it. I prefer to shop at Rona way better service Don't even deserve a 1 star

It's just your average Home Depot. There isn't really any special about it, but this place is pretty large and has quite a selection of tools, supplies, and other things of the sort. I haven't had any bad experiences. Their stock of Milwaukee tools is sizable and not overpriced. If you need tools, supplies for a project, or even some gardening materials, then this is a good place to go. Overall, it's just an average Home Depot. I mean, you can't go wrong with this place.

These people are so damn helpful it's unbelievable, from the floor staff in all departments who helped me solve a problem with a barn door, to the customer service guy and then the lot worker who helped me put it in my vehicle. They were all trying to help and putting their energy into my issue with no attitude or anything, eventhough I was taking up so many of them because I know nothing about renovations lol. I am impressed, grateful and humbled by these people. I hope they are happy and wish them peace.

During the summer I purchased a bbq machine from them specifically because of their promotion “spend over $300 and we’ll assemble it for you”. Only for it to be assembled with the doors unable to close due 2 missing pins. Spoke with managers Pauline and Irene and both never got back to me (even though they “promised” to get back to me). It’s been well over 2 months since my attempt to reach out. Complete joke.

Amral assisted in cutting pipes for me. He’s extremely helpful nice and patient. This Home Depot location has a great overall attitude when it comes to customer service.

Purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot with warranty. When the product had a fault no one bothered to come fix it or help in anyway. Don’t buy LG products, absolute waste of money and time.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Mr. MC (flooring department) on my visit today. He was warm and accommodating and was helpful to me. He was very patient in customizing the blinds and shades I had identified. I hope that this is the kind of service present in your stores permanently as this is what the customers want to have. Mano

January 27th 6:15pm. This complaint is with regards to the manager by the name of Jim. I came in for a QOB refund on my stove. An already horrific experience and I met with an associate, who I asked to speak to a manager- the manager Jim was so rude, and short even with the associate. The manager refused to even approach me, an apologize for the inconvenience. I bet if I was Asian he would have been more then helpful. But because both my father and I were brown he immediately turned his back to us. My dad had to walk behind him to get his attention where again he was pretending to package a faucet. I didn’t think managers were supposed to mistreat people. His attitude was absolutely disgusting. I will be bring his to EVERY single media platform because the way I was treated tonight was beyond disturbing. Home Depot- this “manager” deserves to be FIRED!! I can’t even come to imagine the amount of people he’s mistreated. All in all, this has justified my thoughts on Home Depot, NEVER again will I be returning to this location. This man needs a whole lot of training, he needs to be taught how to treat people and most of all he needs to LEARN how to be a manager because he is VERY unfit for his position.

The person in the tools section his name starts with a K ( forgot the name ) was very helpful . We got the RYOBI table saw with rolling stand for a great deal .

Clean, Great staff and friendly workers. I enjoy shopping here for house hold equipement and other parts that i need for everyday. Great specials too. If you want to rent a car, Home depot also provides that option. Definitely recommend coming here if you live close by and need any equipment for buidling.

Bought a stand up shower here not too long ago and came back for some other washroom pieces. Both times we were helped unhesitatingly by Suzanne of the bathroom and vanity department. She was always so lively and answered each and every one of our questions! Amazing customer service from her.

Youngman did not know what a Plate was for regular wall plug. ( Example a Lamp). Followed to another Service rep. Young man took off still not knowing what a simple device I wanted is.Second gentleman looked puzzled with my request. Luckily a Female Associate heard my request and said 5 isle. Yikes! Having said that. Love this store and Associates and service. Have had a few episodes.Another about a carpet I was interested in, told was not for sale. Not entered in data stock. Never saw carpet or anything like it again. Overall good shopping experience.Thank you

The guy work at the plumbing department on Monday does not have any knowledge about the department. Home depot should have some computer system installed at the department, so we can google it rather than paying This kind of employees.

Very helpful staff, an associate named Tasnim helped us refund (what we thought was) door paint that we had bought and also helped us find the correct door paint that we now used to paint our door.

Recently I visited the Home Depot at Warden and Eglinton ,store asking for price match and to beat the price from another local store as per their advertised policy. What I got in return was not the item, but a session of bullying by two associates along with their store manager. I consider this extreme harassment and will not want any consumer to face. I called and wrote to complain but they beat around the bush and never responded back to me. Terrible,disgusting service.

It's on aisle 1... Nope aisle 5 but I'm used to you guys so I know I'll get close if I can hunt down an employee. Seriously I thought Leaside was bad until this became my local home Depot. It's fine though. A solid 3-star home Depot. I made $5 on a bet that we'd get sent to the wrong spot but be close.

Great service, all garden center staff are knowledgeable, especially a lady that works there. I don't know her name, otherwise i would like to mention it here. She has answered so many questions that I asked about gardening, she was very polite and supportive. I always do my purchases from this place and i recommend it to others

not very many options of a common thing ur looking for, a drain valve for a water heater tank. just one kind, a plastic one. i ask if this fits the tank to a worker, and where there supposed to be skilled and understandable after showing the tank's image from a box nearby the aisle, HE STILL DOESNT KNOW. i buy it any way in anxiety, and it DID fit. gee, great service... thanks... sheesh.

Leaving this review for Jeff, he was exceptionally amazing at providing guidance to the questions we had. People like him, makes the whole experience best and encourages us to visit him and Home Depot again.

This store don't respect return policy of Home Depot. I bring original receipt with right items only after 1 week of purchase. Items never been opened. They simply decline rudely and neglect the Home Depot policy. They admit that receipt is original, item is original and never used. Finally, they told me that anytime, without any reason, they have the right to decline. Bad shopping experience ever! It's a shame on this store under Home Depot brand.
