Margot is an awesome teacher! Her classes are gentle and engaging at the same time, and we are carried by her gentle and caring voice. She encourages us to trust ourselves and listen to our bodies. It’s just happiness and sweetness! In short, I recommend without hesitation!!

I had the pleasure of participating in 2 Yoga sessions taught by Margot. One at the beginning of the evening with the Moon salutation and the other the next morning upon waking up with the Sun salutation. Margot accompanies us in the postures and carries us with her sweet, safe and caring voice. When the session ends, time seems to have stood still. I highly recommend Margot🙏

I had barriers which made me think that yoga was not for me due to lack of flexibility and regular sports practice but thanks to Margot's kindness and her advice, I absolutely adhered to the practice and I am delighted every week to take this moment for myself.
