I really like this place. Eventhough I didn't try the breakfast, I totally recommend it. Especially if you go with a small group of people. The price is great!

It was a business trip for me and the hotel offered the right amount of service... No sophisticated advertising, just the needs in correct limit like kitchen, pool, laundry, room cleaning etc... I like the front desk people who are very supportive... They are available 24hrs for support in case if needed... Location has a mountain view on one side and road view on other side...

This place feels like home. The people are so nice and so friendly. And the service is amazing. The rooms are super clean and you can find everything you need in them. You will not regret visiting this hotel. The area where this hotel is situated is a calm area. It is near a metro station and a bus line, and is 2 min from the center of Toulouse, so its location is strategic.

i was not made aware that you had to clean your own kitchen area and take out the trash. i basically was the maid. there would have been a fee if you didn't do it. and also the place was FREEZING. there was only 1 broken heater in bathroom . the string to pull it worked for 5 mins then turned off. and only 1 element was working. i froze to death. i was never once asked how my stay was or i would have complained. no i do not recommend and no i will not be back.

Staff were friendly, but hotel room not at all as advertised. Room was in poor maintenance and dirty. there were stains on the wall and floor, and the room smelled strange - room much smaller than pictures suggested.

Great, but there are some little improvements that could be made. The hotel is very accessible, noise proof and the beds feel comfy. But the bathroom is very tiny, and it's just next to a road

Dreadful place which advertises free parking. This actually means a free public car park next to the metro station, nothing to do with the hotel,which is full anyway and extremely dodgy! Full marks to the receptionist who found us another place to stay.

Had a nice stay, staff are lovely, patient, helpfull.(of course this is south of France). Room was correct, clean and spacious for 1 person. Location is just perfect. Tube is just outside the hotel. I will definitely make this hotel my go to hotel when visiting Toulouse.

Basic studio with a small kitchenette - adequate for a short stay. Friendly, helpful staff available 24/7. Quiet at night. Parking is free, but not secure. The supermarket is 5 minutes walk and the metro station is next door. There is a washing machine and a drier available for an extra fee, and a small outdoor pool. Quite expensive for the location, however.

Horrible experience with no 24/7 reception. The lobby constantly smells like trash and the reception is close during the normal business hours during the day. No air conditioning is in the lobby when the reception is closed, so you have to wait in the heat along with the trash smell, which gives you a wonderful and pleasant experience.

Room is clean but carpet is old and part of it smells Bathroom ventilation fan doesn't seem to work Furniture is falling a part, headrest of chair in room fell apart when I sat on it and I remember seeing something broken in lift on somewhere else Bed is comfy and location is good, only 3 stops by metro from Centre(CAPITOL) I had an incident where air conditioning stops working atnight, staff couldn't help find a room and I had to stay in heat till morning However staff communication skills and customer service was poor as she kept saying "there is nothing I can do for you" I and she didn't even bother to say sorry Next day another staff member, "said they are trying their best" I requested diwcou t on night without air conditioning, staff said no and when I said I am asthmatic and need air and would have not to continue my stay, she said you can leave in morning but this night is charged(note I have paid for full stay) Anyway staff is not great lacking communication skills and customer service skills, depending on whose duty it is May be stay if it a night or two, but definetly there are better place at same price in the city

I can say its an average hotel. Its bit congested especially bathroom. I saw many small cockroach inside room. One advantage is, this is next to metro station.

What a waste of money ! Very old room, bot comfortable bed at all, the front desk staff are useless i dont know why they are even working, the breakfast area is very small and the breakfast there was nothing to eat ! The room temperature is a real challenge, either is sooo hot or sooo cold when i asked the fat girl with glasses she said with a stupid french accent (it is the government who said we should fix the temperature we can not change the temperature) What a lack of experience !! No parking for the hotel whaaaaat ? Are you serious !! The internet connection speed is very week and i still dont know how they give me a username and password and till the moment i did not use them! The only good thing is the hotel is few steps from the metro otherwise the area has nothing to see there is no restaurants or cafes To he honest you should go see other hotels with the same price, Conclusion : RUN
