Not at all like a 4 star hotel. Reception closed 11:00-15:00 very annoying. Tiny room. Pool & sauna closed due to renovation but when booking it say it's accessible and included. It's ONLY a clean place to sleep, nothing more. Good location.

Hotel is clean and well appointed. However they keep Southern hours and can only receive you at their privilege, between 8 am and 1130 and then 3(ish) and 7 - admittedly itwas noted in the third paragraph of the details of the reservation. With two babies it was not so practical. They changed their hours without notifying us (or anyone). They explained that they changed their morning hours and so obviously their afternoon hours changed too. Our room is fairly nice, but the ceiling in the bedroom gets as low as 4ft6 inches and is made of a lovely cement from the region. Knocking your head on it really adds to the charm of Toulouse, which is known for its brickwork. A little padding on the cement death traps seems like a reasonable idea. If you are door feet tall you should have no issue. Is this even legal? Other minor notes of note: the telephone in the room was broken, the shower head does not stay in place and it took two hours to get a baby crib, but not deal breakers. As others have noted, the neighbourhood is not the best but once you get into the place it is fine, just make sure to work around their hours and keep your head down!

I really liked my experience here: Miles at the reception was lovely, the rooms were fine, not luxurious but fine, and of course the pool outside adds something to the place. The breakfast was ok and I could take it to the room to enjoy the view on the balcony. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 here on google is because I think the place is rated as a 4 stars appart hotel, and with that you expect something slightly more luxurious. For me, this is a 3 stars appart hotel.

Great value. Small room, but great balcony. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly large bathroom. Very close to the train station. Limited reception service, but that presumably keeps the cost down.

Stayed here with friends in an apartment with 2x single beds and a double sofa bed. We found the size, cleanliness and facilities of the apartment to be excellent. The gentleman on reception was friendly and helpful. As was the lady who cleaned the rooms. The pool was functional during our stay, although it is very small. It was quiet and I often had it to myself. There was a limited gym and a small sauna to complement the pool. Security at the hotel felt good. It was necessary to enter a code to enter the hotel from the street, and once inside, you could not venture beyond the reception area without a keycard. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and had arranged this in advance with the hotel. An encore was left in a safe for us containing the room key and other details about the hotel. We were sent the information to access this by email.

A very well located hotel in the centre of Toulouse. Staff were very friendly and provided instructions on how to access our room key as we were arriving quite late. The swimming pool was nice, but small however was perfect to take a dip in during the summer heat ☀️.. Cleaning staff were also very nice. The only thing that was strange to me was that the reception was only opened between 7-11am and 3-7pm. I don’t know whether that’s management trying to save money or what but I feel for the reception staff who get abuse for not being opened for longer. I would definitely return.

There are rooms that are not worth the price. So be careful. Other rooms are really good, but can’t do anything if you get those !! Which makes the entire trip bitter

I stayed here for an year with long term contract. I would say, service was excellent, staff were professional and friendly, best price, best location, everything was excellent and a good stay. I thank the receptionist staff for their friendly behavior and professionalism

Good sized apartment. Sofabed and bed comfortable. Cot available for my toddler. Kitchenette way well equipped with kettle, coffee machine and toaster, along with pots and pan etc. Fridge and dishwasher too. Bathroom spacious with heated towel rail.

5 friends have gone and we have loved the apartments. Comfortable, centrally located, very pleasant, clean, very good value for money... No downside. And the very complete breakfast at a good price.

The reception was open, but we had to go to an other hotel nearby to check in. The lady at could not check us in. The swimming pool was not open, we had to go to the other hotel to swim. There was a lot of rain one night, the fitness and the hall was under water. The breakfast was poor, coffee machine was frequently not working, only one (new ?) lady to do the service. They all had the best intentions, but we had the impression that the hotel was just open with a new staff, coming from the other hotel nearby...

Good, clean, modern, comfortable room with everything you need and a kitchenette. Very handy to the train station and bus stop. There is nobody available and gates are locked until 3pm so you can't drop your luggage early if you arrive by public transport.

A very convenient place for a short stop. No problems found.

Apartment much too small for the number of guests. Kitchenette badly supplied - 4 ring hob but only 1 saucepan and the reception was already closed (7pm) so we couldn't get any more equipement. It was also so cramped that the door of the dishwasher couldn't be opened properly as there was a concrete pillar in the way.

The staffs are very friendly. My colleague forgot my PhD diploma at the hotel but the staff searched my name on the website and sent an email for the delivery of the diploma. It was so appreciated.

Quality accommodation. The staff at reception was very friendly and nice. The apartment is spacious. We all enjoyed our stay!

Receptionist was unprofessional—at one point wasted 5-mins of our time making it seem we were waiting on them since he didn’t tell us we were good to go—and their hours are not at all accommodating especially for a hotel self-proclaiming “4-star” quality. The hotel is in the red-light district, but the hotel itself has good security systems…we felt safe. Our floor also had a bad curry-BO smell as well. Either than these, our room was acceptable and had all the basic amenities. However, since we were on the top floor, about half of our room had a lower ceiling and beams that we hit our heads on a few times.

Good Hotel with an excellent location. Dissapointed pool was not operational even though website says it was. Staff superb but not on 24 HR reception. Sister Hotel used for contact.

Great rooms, the staff was so friendly. Neighbourhood looks a bit rough but the hotel and car park are quite secure and the place is lovely. Pretty good location too, easy access to town.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the Toulouse streets. This apartment building is hidden away in a quite street, ideal for those wanting to spend a quiet holiday or business trip in Toulouse. This building also has a laundry and restaurant. Shopping complex is located a few minutes (by foot) away. I enjoyed my stay here. Only drawback is apartment complementary items are hardly replanished.

I really appreciate all the commodities (the Room, the Turkish bath, etc) in this Apart Hotel. The residence is very well located, just 5min walking from the bus/train station, the rooms are very comfortable and many restaurants, supermarkets and pastries around the area. I would only suggest taking better care of the pool area since it was a bit neglected and with wild weeds.

Nice hotel for the price. Staff friendly, bed comfortable, kitchen stocked with basic utensils, crockery, pans etc. Only downside is the location. The hotel is a little hard to spot from outside as it's down a side street and behind heavy gates. You'll need to push the button to speak to reception to be allowed in. Wasnt quite what I was expecting. The streets surrounding the hotel are a little sketchy. Lots of odd people just hanging around without a purpose. Other than that it's fine.
