The reception must do a good homework before they speak. The payment was done and they didn't checked. It's bit awkward to ask what u had in breakfast. Pls try to do cross check thoroughly before you ask questions.

Very pleasant staff Free shuttle to and from airport Location is not very good at all unless you are an Airbus employee/contractor working at Airbus St Martin Nothing around if you fancy a walk for a beer If you want to go into Toulouse on public transport it will take you ages multiple changes . I recommend you download Bolt app , about the cheapest way to get to town quickly Breakfast OK but nothing to shout about , quite basic and aimed at a quick corporate eat and go crowd Evening meal OK, not the cuisine that the French rave about being the best in the world ,nice beer somewhat saves the day BUT €10 for a large Grimbergan , have the 1664 for €6 instead Would I stay here again ? No To remote for me

Stayed at the Marriott this past week with my girlfriend who works for Airbus. The hotel is great if you are there for work (close to airbus facilities and airport ) but a bit out of the way if you are staying there for leisure. There is a bus stop nearby that takes you to a metro station but it takes a long time to get there with traffic and strikes :( Better off taking a taxi/Uber to go to the city center. Rooms are nice but not up to par with other Courtyards/Marriotts I have been to recently. Staff makes up for it though. Kudos to David who was very friendly at the bar/restaurant and with shuttle service as well !

My experience with Marriott Toulouse was amazing. Everything was clean and the food was great! The service was excellent! Kinga and Olivia especially went above and beyond to make my stay very welcoming. I will highly recommend this place

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had such a great experience thanks to Olivia and Kinga. They have really showed me great service and have enhanced my experience in my stay in Toulouse.

Restaurant for breakfast could be improved with menus and food quality. Rooms are fine.

Great place to eat, sleep and chat. Meals reasonably priced, the atmosphere on the patio and in the restaurant was great. I forgot my electrical adapter for the wall and they had a universal one that you could borrow. Staff was fantastic with my billing and arrangements for transportation.

Really nice hotel with a good service - but it is in the middle of nowhere. But Shuttle service is prto Airbus locations and the airport.

What a fabulous hotel. Everything is into the point! Rooms comfy and big, restaurant’s offer is wide and the dishes are very tasty. But what most important is the personnel! You enter the hotel and immediately you feel welcome! Both the restaurant and reception staff are more than kind. Special thanks to Jason at the reception!!! clean, comfortable room and friendly staff but a good 5km away from the airport - requiring shuttle or cab to travel to and from the hotel. not as practical as a stop over airport hotel as I sought as a result.

Luxury hotel in walking distance to Airbus. It is unfortunate that walking to the hotel is not foreseen. The pavement ends at the outside the hotel.

I like to stay here ... perfect service, nice rooms and excellent food/drinks in the evening. Personal is very customer-oriented and nearly all wishes can be fulfilled. Since years I only stay here when I am in Toulouse. My place ... where I like to be. Although it is a business trip ... it is kind of ... coming home :-)

Cute restaurant, food was good. Enjoyed the fish and chips. Mushroom poached egg starter was bland. Received an upgraded room, it was fine. But I'd hate to see a regular room 🤷🏼‍♀️

Best hotel location if you are on a working visit at the Airbus Toulouse/St Martin site (with building names starting with M or DL). These sites are accessible by foot from this location, which is very convenient to avoid hectic traffic conditions around this area. If the location is convenient it will not provide you with a pedestrian access to other dining options or stores. That can be an issue for longer stays considering the hotel's restaurant is neither good nor cheap. The rooms are nice and consistent with the 4-star rating status of this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but they charge you 50€ upon arrival just in case you are going to have any in-hotel expenses during your stay. 10 days have passed since I left the hotel and I am still waiting to get back the withholding. The breakfast is to be improved. It’s really light and there’s no choice of fruit, the only cereal available is cornflakes (no oats or muesli), no option of boiled eggs, no bread or toasts, no croissants, they have a muffins but it’s so processed and there’s also no choice of fresh vegetables like cherrie tomatoes, pepper, cucumbers, etc
