One
star
for
the
quality
of
the
ring
but
in
no
case
for
the
service.
Monsieur
came
for
an
engagement
ring
and
everything
went
well
during
his
visit,
he
was
offered
a
drink
and
given
good
advice.
When
we
came
back
together
following
the
request
to
order
my
ring
we
were
very
disappointed.
To
begin
with,
he
had
not
been
informed
of
the
fact
that
I
would
leave
without
a
(loan)
ring.
Then,
for
personal
reasons
we
changed
the
model
of
the
ring
and
it
turns
out
that
there
is
a
difference
of
100âŹ
in
our
favor
between
the
models.
This
would
not
have
been
a
problem
if
we
had
been
warned
that
this
difference
would
be
returned
as
a
PURCHASE
VOUCHER.
(Thing
we
learn
when
I
call
to
come
pick
up
my
final
ring).
If
we
had
had
this
information
we
would
have
taken
a
larger
stone
or
a
different
model
even
if
it
meant
adding
a
little
money.
â ïžâ ïžLet's
also
not
forget
the
saleswoman
who
gives
out
loud,
to
the
nearest
euro,
the
price
of
the
two
models
of
rings.

I
saw
my
fiancé
break
down
in
front
of
me.
It
is
unacceptable
coming
from
a
store
of
this
standing
to
give
the
prices
in
front
of
the
fiancée
and
not
to
have
been
warned
or
to
have
us
offer
a
solution
for
the
price
difference
We
were
very
disappointed
with
our
experience
and
do
not
recommend
this
store.
I
found
myself
with
a
voucher
valid
for
1
year
in
a
store
almost
100
kilometers
from
home
even
though
I
wear
very
little
jewelry.
Go
on
your
way
and
go
to
a
family
store.
Edit:
I
am
in
no
way
calling
into
question
the
delay
in
receiving
the
ring,
I
am
simply
pointing
out
a
small
disappointment
on
his
part.
The
deadline
was
correct
and
that's
not
the
problem
here.
Yes,
it
was
indeed
consistent
because
it
turns
out
that
he
had
chosen
the
same
model
that
my
sister-in-law
wears
(her
husband
was
sold
the
ring
as
a
limited
edition
but
never
mind...).
The
biggest
problem
for
me
was
the
saleswoman
to
whom
I
said
word
for
word
"could
you
show
me
rings
from
the
same
range?"
which
for
me
is
quite
clear
about
my
wish
not
to
know
the
price
of
this
ring
which
is
a
gift.
She
could
have
simply
said
that
there
was
a
price
difference,
or
spoken
to
the
gentleman
discreetly.
The
rings
have
their
prices
clearly
presented
in
the
windows
but
they
were
presented
to
us
on
a
small
velvet
display,
unlabeled.
The
remaining
problem
is
that
we
were
not
informed
of
this
reimbursement
in
voucher,
which
is
obviously
valid
on
your
site
but
on
which
you
have
to
count
on
a
budget
of
around
âŹ500
to
afford
a
piece
of
jewelry.
We
do
not
all
have
the
same
means
and
I
repeat,
if
we
had
known,
we
would
have
taken
a
more
expensive
model
or
a
larger
stone.
This
would
have
saved
us
from
losing
âŹ100
transformed
into
a
voucher
and
ultimately
being
forced
to
buy
jewelry
from
you
within
the
year.
Regarding
your
various
calls,
the
store
has
my
telephone
number,
it
was
supposed
to
contact
me
before
Tuesday
following
my
visit
last
Thursday.
The
manager
was
content
with
a
simple
email
to
Mr.
while
I
made
it
clear
that
Mr.
did
not
wish
to
be
disturbed
because
he
is
working
and
has
other
things
to
do
than
manage
this
dispute.
Unless
I
had
no
network
at
the
time
of
this
supposed
call,
I
did
not
receive
any
calls
on
my
cell
phone.
After
in-depth
reading
of
the
various
opinions
concerning
you,
it
is
clear
that
questioning
is
not
easy
in
your
brand.
