We had our kitchen appliance package delivered yesterday. The communication with the company was great . They gave me an estimated time of delivery within a 3 hour time frame .They called an hour before they arrived. The two young guys that came were very friendly , happy and extremely helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and highly recommend them .

Purchased GE Laundry Centre for my condo from Best Buy after my 33 year old one finally gave up and died. Delivery was on the date given (today), and within the window specified (7:15am). My issue is with installation...the washer/dryer unit allows for the dryer duct to be installed at the sides as well as the rear of the dryer. For my unit to fit in the designated area it must be installed at the side. I was told "we don't connect it at the side", it was connected at the rear, and after squishing the duct against the wall as much as he could, the delivery guy told me it wont fit...really?? Now my laundry area doors can't close. I was told by Best Buy delivery customer service I needed to pay an extra $129.99 to have a QC contractor make the change. Not happening!! I did my due diligence, researched and measured to ensure that I purchased the correct item. Waiting on a response to the email I sent to Best Buy customer service. I am not at all pleased with this service. If you install an item that you deliver, it should be installed to that customer's satisfaction and to meet the customer's needs. This installation did not.

We were pleased with the delivery and installation. Both young men were polite and respectful. We were told delivery would be today between 2:15 and 5:15 but were delighted to have a call that they would be there shortly around 1100. Our only concern would be that if we had slipped out to get some groceries intending to be back at noon in good time for the delivery, that we would have missed them. However, in our case we were home and pleased to have the delivery earlier than scheduled. Thank you.

Got my fridge delivered from Best Buy. Dwight and Doshawn (tried to ask for accurate spelling but this might be inaccurate) went above and beyond to deliver good service. The fridge didn’t fit past the counter at first so they removed all the doors and reattached them, even though they are not obliged to do this. They were also very careful in the space, and pleasant to interact with.

We had a new washer and dryer delivered and installed. Paul and DJ did a great job. They were both friendly, efficient and left no mess behind.

Had my new washer/dryer installed by Claude and his colleague. Via Lowes. Was a smooth and professional service. Both gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the tight basement stairs there was no damage. They made sure everything was working before leaving. Hauled away my old product. Would use again.

Everything about the delivery process was seamless. The two men that showed up were very kind and friendly. I only caught one name, I think it was Sean... super helpful, set up my new washer and dryer and everything was working instantly! Very happy with this company, as it seems many are with all their 5-star reviews!

The delivery was perfect from A to Z. Max and Charlie delivered my kitchen appliances in about 20 minutes, following every rule in the book and they had arrived exactly on time. I would 100% recommend their services, they are efficient and they make sure everything is okay before leaving. Amazing!

Movers were professional, friendly and delivered both appliances with ease. I got a call when they were enroute and another 5 minutes away.. they had the box removed outside from the fridge but kept the dishwasher box intact. Highly recommend these guys.

Was delivered on time. The 2 young men that delivered it came into our house, pre measured and removed both glass doors. They were very polite and worked well together getting this huge freezer down two levels to our basement. Put doors back in place, I would say they were great, very professional and made it a pleasant experience! Thank you to both of them! You’ve got a great team working for you!

Got my stove, microwave and dishwasher delivered today by Lenox and Akins. They were polite, quick and efficient. Delivered my items safely without a scratch and took away items that were ready to go. Hubby has to still disconnect the dishwasher. The oven/stove looks beautiful. So happy and ready to use it! I just got my refrigerator delivered by Darren and Kendall that was purchased from Best Buy. I couldn’t be happier with their great delivery service and professionalism. The guys were very careful getting the fridge inside the house and very helpful in the whole process. If I ever get another delivery i hope it goes as smooth as this one did…Great job!

Receive my new stove ordered from Costco today, they arrived right at the beginning of the delivery time window I was given which is wonderful! They removed my old appliance (which was already waiting for them at the door) Brought the new one in and installed it. Everything was done within maybe 10 minutes, very effective. The only thing I would say is I was never shown the packaging and they never asked me to inspect the stove for damage. (Being from Costco, I'm not too worried about that part though) but I had to sign stating that the packaging and stove where free of damage. So I would suggest to pay extra attention to that on your own as a customer as some stores will give you hell if you accept delivery and find something later. But over all, very satisfied with the company.

Just received deliver of new washing machine with white glove service. They carried it with a two body harness so as not to hurt themselves, very careful of entering the home and putting it right where it needed to be. I stopped the installation as hubby may have different plans for hoses but they were more than happy to install the product for me. Great recommendation to have them come back. THANKS GUYS! GREAT WORK!

James and his partner delivered my TV I bought from Costco, and it was the best delivery I have had in years. They delivered right to my door on time and were extremely careful with the item. Two of the friendliest guys! Hopefully you get them delivering your orders. This courier service is amazing. They give you a time slot and number for delivery and update you as to which number they are servicing so you can be ready for them. Every other courier service should adopt this system if they can.

We had a 13cub feet freezer delivered to our room of choice. Got a call the day before to let us know what time it was being delivered at, and a call and hour before delivery to confirm when they'd arrive. Excellent service, prompt, proficient, friendly. Herman & Grewal were fantastic, got the freezer in and down the stairs easily and gave us some great tips on protecting our carpets. Many thanks, y'all are great at what you do.

I am impressed of how they are handling the deliveries. They are very well organized. The delivery consisted in a gas range that I had ordered from Costco three weeks ago. After the delivery was scheduled, I got a reminder call one day before the delivery and I was informed about the three hours window within which the delivery is going to take place. Then, I got another call, just one hour before the delivery, letting me know that they are coming and make sure the pathway is clear. Once they arrived, one of the delivery team member came in to make sure nothing is in the way while they carrying the appliance. They also took care of the packaging and brought the range in without cardboard or other packaging components. I am rating their service with five stars and strongly recommend them. Also, I am rating the team (Herman & Grewal) that delivered my range with a score of 10 out of 10. Well done guys!

they delivered a washer dryer for me along with a fridge to the 2nd floor! these guys are pros no marks anywhere and setup the entire washer dryer ready to go. This was from a costco order in Toronto.

Ordered a dishwasher from Costco and was kept in the loop regarding the delivery right from the start. An email was sent confirming the date of delivery and was confirmed again the day before. On the day of the delivery, I was notified after they were on the way. Delivery itself was quick and professional. They even took my old dishwasher away. I was very impressed with their service.

Our delivery was punctual and delivered within the time frames as predetermined. The delivers handled our washer and dryer with upmost care and consideration to avoid any damage in the movement. In addition all connections, water, electrical, and Venting was all completed very quickly and professionally. Very happy with the services and the two were cheerful to deal with. We had a very large fridge delivered. The 2 gentleman who delivered were very professional, took all the packing material with them. The fridge had to come up to a second floor townhouse with a landing and a turn. It was very heavy and very difficult to turn on the landing and bring up the last few steps. Less than an inch to spare on the side of the fridge. They were amazing, friendly, didn’t complain and managed to get the fridge up without so much as a scratch on the wall. We told them if there was damage, we’d deal with it. We didn’t think they could get the appliance up the stairs without some damage. We would have been fine repairing it. Not their fault the fridge was so big. We would recommend this company without reservation. Great job.

This was the best delivery service I have received in years. The two gentleman came in the evening on a Saturday to make sure I had my machine. They were so kind, courteous, and friendly. They offered to unpack it and take away all the packaging. Quick, efficient and very considerate. I was grateful for the staff that attended our place.

Amazing! We ordered a Washing Machine from Costco and wanted it delivered and the old unit taken away. The Men from Custom Home Delivery are the Company that did the work. Costco called us and said the delivery would be between 8:45 & 12:45 on the day we had chosen. The Driver "Garnet" called to let us know that they would arrive in approx. 45 minutes. They were quicker than expected and Garnet, Mike and another Very Nice Young Man (who's name I didn't get) arrived ready to work. Unfortunately, we had a retractable screen door installed since we had purchased the old unit. When the Gentlemen measured the entry/exit points to make sure that there was room for the Washers to be moved, the screen door made the entrance too small. They were very patient as I dismantled enough of the screen door to allow them to move the appliances in and out. They legally aren't allowed to do the work ( which is just sensible, they shouldn't have to and they don't need the liability that would be attached to any work of this type ) but, They were still Very Helpful and some common sense advice from them definitely helped me get it done. They removed the old unit (it was disconnected and ready to go) and brought the New unit up. Garnet hooked up the New unit explained the "shipping bolts" and that he was giving them to us to use incase we ever needed to move the unit to another home etc.., He made sure that we saw that All of the were connections were secure and double checked for leaks. He made sure that we are aware of the manuals and other paperwork. They were Extremely Pleasant, Polite, Professional, Helpful and Hard Working. I'll be sure to give them a call when we need to have anything moved or delivered. I Couldn't be Happier with the Experience we had with Custom Home Delivery. ,👍😁✅

They called when en route and were actually early. The two men ( one from St Vincent ) were professional, and quick. They removed my screen door and main door to ensure no scratches as it was a tight fit. They did it quickly and put them back when done with no complaints. An all around great experience, I would tip them more if they bring back my cranberry juice! Thanks again!

I ordered a bed through Costco and Custom Delivery Solutions in Edmonton took care of the delivery. They contacted me the day before our delivery to provide us with a 3 hour delivery window. 9:45am- 12:45pm. The two delivery men, Vipan and Sahil arrived promptly at 10:55am. They were very kind, courteous and careful with our delivery. I couldn't of been happier with their service. The only reason I removed 1 star is because they did not have masks. When they arrived I asked if they could please wear masks when entering our home but unfortunately they did not have any with them. Not a problem, I provide each of them with a new mask to enter our home. I do not believe this lost star should be representative of Vipan and Sahil but with Custom Delivery Solutions. They should have a supply of masks in the trucks for the delivery people when customers request them wear a mask in their home. Custom Delivery Solutions also contacts you after the delivery with an automated survey. One of the questions which is not fair to the delivery drivers was regarding masks. Again, a supply of masks provided by Custom Delivery Solutions should be in the trucks for the delivery people. Thanks Vipan and Sahil for your great work today.
