We have been visiting market mall for years now. It's a family-friendly place. We have seen shops change over the years, but it has the best stores in town so far. You can easily spend a whole day there. They sell clothes, groceries and got meals.

It’s more like a circular walking track. Wish they bigger food court with more options to choose from. It’s not that vibrant as Chinook Mall and Crossiron mall. It think it’s mostly known and popular among Apple users as they have there authorized store in Market Mall.

Shopping here is awesome since you can find everything and everything. It is perfect for all seniors and accessible to wheelchair all over. The price are high but the quality of most merchandise are high as well. If you are looking for a dress up then don't waste your time here. Very good selection for men. Clothing, shoes, and all accessories

The mall was good, has great stores and very well maintained. The restaurants in it and the bars make it very attractive as well. The stores are good, and great service as well. A very pleasant place to shop and even to hangout as well. Good job.

Market Mall shines this time of year. They have a great Santa in the village as you see him giving me the arms stretched out wave. The giant red tree everyone takes pictures by and the big moose captures the Canadian spirit. We shop here a lot.

I have no words for this place. They used the pandemic as an opportunity to "renovate" the children's playground (literally only moving the entrance from one side to the other) and start charging admission to it. The only better thing is being turned away because they're "fully booked". There's like 10 kids in there but whatever. They said their next slot was in am hour and a half, as though anyone in their right mind would come back. So I decided to take my kid to the theatre and play some video games. Surely they don't have any capacity requirements.. in fact they didn't have any games at all, in spite of there being AN ENORMOUS EMPTY ROOM that a hundred kids game's would fit into. The crosswalks are atrocious. One has a handicapped ramp that leads a wheelchair to about 6 feet before the stop line. The "unmotivated" construction workers, were pretty busy standing there doing absolutely nothing in front of an entrance. Their presence justified a steel fence blocking off about half of one of the faces of the mall. It's really fun walking down the roadway alongside the mall with a 5 year old in tow, because I HAD NO OTHER OPTION. Here's the best part: the next closest entrance (because any reasonable person would want to get their child out of that hazardous situation ASAP) was a homesense which was completely blocked off from the rest of the mall. If Marlborough mall had less junkies around it, it would list higher than this one.

My low rating is based on my experience arriving here by public transit. Connections to the shopping center are poor and frequently require that you take two or three buses. There very few sidewalks with adequate curb cuts for wheelchair users and you may need to roll along the road to get to an entrance. The automatic doors for wheelchair users are very narrow and you may not even get in them, in which case you will have to ask someone to hold open one other wider door.

One of most attractive shopping malls in NW of the city. There are a lot of high-reviewing restaurants and clothing brand stores, also is a nice place for window shopping.

Used to be my favorite mall. Now they have very limited selection and their only priority seems to be enforcing protocols. Not a fun experience at all. They will never see a cent of my money again.

It is funny to say, but this is easily my fav Calgary mall. Here’s why: it is a giant circle (one level) with shortcuts through the centre; so many stores to choose from, plus a Safeway for when you want to grab food on the way home for dinner; easy to access and navigate underground parking; and a large food court when you’re feeling snacky.

Market Mall is very well maintained. Bathrooms and floors are always clean. I seldom see empty lots which means that the rental prices must be half decent for their businesses. There's a decent selection of stores here including grocery. Good place to shop for presents. There is always enough parking as well. The accessibility is excellent for those with handicaps. Sidewalks are always well salted and maintained in the winter. I can honestly say that this is the mall I spend most of my time at in Calgary.

UPDATE: we still like making a shopping experience here. The stores are excellent and the food court has a variety of choices. While not comparable to its sister mall, the flagship CF Chinook Mall, Market Mall is a wonderful mall to shop in. There are some decent shops with a very large food court full of many variety of cusines, including the original OPA. There is a large selection of stores, including Zara, Sporting Life, Old Navy, Gamestop, Sportchek, and the Bay. Parking spots are always available. Plus, in the winter, you can park underground in the warmth.

Nice busy mall, but food court is horrible. I was surprised how close tables to each other and how people passing between tables and touching the food with their outerwear. it’s Monday lunch time, that’s insane

Wife and kid shop here all the time. Went to get some gift cards. Well guess what no can do. Credit card only no cash. Well the wife controls the money so if I put in on the card she will find out before Christmas. I guess it will be Cross Iron they take cash.

A good, indoor mall with lots of stores. In addition to outdoor parking there is heated underground parking. I've noticed that most of the restaurants have changed their entrances to be outdoor-accessable only. This isn't a real problem, since those entrances are right next to mall entrances, so you may be outside for only 10-20 feet.

A typical shopping mall with presence of most of the known brands. Ample parking space all around the mall. It also has a heated parking in the basement for those cold snowy days. A decent food court with food counters catering multiple cuisines. It has a Shoppers Drugmart that has Canada post counter which is very handy.

Great mall, large selection of stores. The washrooms were difficult to find as they were located down a long hallway. It was great to see that there were several “universal” washrooms, I hope that this becomes the norm in many public places around the city. I went to the Apple store while I was there and it was very large with lots of staff available to assist. The mall overall was very cleaned and wel maintained, I hope to visit again.

One of my favorite malls in the city. You’ll definitely find all your major stores and shops here. The children play park is clean and big enough for the kids to have some fun.

  • 4/5 Lisa P. 4 months ago on Google
Food court was clean. Appreciated having someone separate organics ,plastics ,etc in the food court. Enjoyed all the different shops to choose from. Parking lot could be easier to navigate as certain areas are not well indicated, blind corners, and other motorists take corners fast/sharply crossing yellow line.

Lots of excellent stores to choose from. A very vast food court also. Mall was very clean and customer friendly. Parking can be a bit busy at times but overall a great mall to shop at. Xmas time was very cheerful and will definitely be back soon.

Was there Yesterday morning, which was a Tuesday. It was really busy for a morning, but understandable because its the holidays. It was nice to see people out and seeing things sort of back to normal. Obviously people are still wearing masks but it seems completely normal to see people in masks. And to be honest i dont mind hiding behind a mask sometimes 🤣

All the stores here were pretty good, a little pricey and sometimes hars to find your way around but other than that it's pretty good.

This mall has grown so much and expanded. They have a lot of the big box stores. They also have good covid protocols to ensure everyone is safe.

I was just at Sole to Soul in Market Mall and I had excellent, courteous and prompt service from the Manager, Moe. I was interested in some Mephisto sandals and he brought out the original pair I was interested in but he also brought out 3 other options with different designs. One of the ones he suggested ended up as my purchase. Beautiful store and shoes. Thank you, Moe. Valerie

Good sized mall with lots of shopping options. Decent location - easy to find with a couple major roads pretty close by. Parking is good for an average day, including an underground parking garage. Holiday shopping gets crazy, but that is to be expected. Also has a detached movie theatre now which is a nice touch.

My preferred mall to visit in the city. You can typically find reasonable parking in the lot or underground. It’s all one level so perfect to walk around with a stroller and not have to deal with elevators.

  • 5/5 Fighter M. 2 years ago on Google
The Mall is always clean. And we always have good times shopping there. They have some of our favourite stores. But the food court probably needs some makeover. It looks outdated.

  • 4/5 A A. 1 year ago on Google
This mall is a one stop shop. I was able to buy groceries, clothes, shoes and bag. The lanes are wide so even if the mall is busy there's plenty of room to move around. It's also clean and well organized. I just hope that the mall administrators update their online directory of stores.

Very convenient and comfortable shopping centre with a lot of parking lots. You could find Hudson Bay, Safeway, Apple store, Sportchek and many famous brand stores there. Shopping is wife’s favourite, but for a husband, it’s boring and tiring. There’s a nice and safety playground in Market Mall. Kids could enjoy their happy time there and husbands could stay outside the playground and take pictures for kids. The food court in the Market Mall is good place. You can take a rest and enjoy delicious food there.

Moved to Calgary 2 years ago. Since moving here, Market Mall has been my go to mall. They have everything you need here while all still being on one floor. Hallways are wide, cafeteria has great options especially for people who are celiac and dairy free. The mall is always exceptionally clean and very presentable. Keep up the awesome work!

One of the biggest malls in Calgary, CF Mall, is home to a number of famous brands and outlets in the city. It's specifically a good place to do winter clothes shopping as there are many choices to choose from here.

  • 4/5 Kai C. 1 year ago on Google
Good, nice mall. Clean and relatively well kept. Only complaint is a lack of clear, easy to see signage for washrooms, food court, etc. shoppers typically have to rely on the interactive maps. Overall though, decent mall with a good range of shops, stores and restaurants.

  • 4/5 Scott P. 1 year ago on Google
This mall is pretty great, however they no longer have a Disney store or a Toys R Us which makes it less likely we will visit if we have small humans with us. The food court is always busy, but they do a good job keeping it clean and have lots of choices.

  • 2/5 Jessica P. 1 year ago on Google
This mall was my go to for one stop shopping. I have been told the mall chose not to renew the lease for Toys R Us in favour of getting more exclusive retailers into the mall and making it higher end. Why are you making malls less family friendly and more exclusive? There are already vacancies in the mall and now we have to travel further for things we would actually purchase there in the past. Seems counter productive.

CF Market Mall is an excellent shopping destination with a great selection of stores and restaurants. The mall is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the variety of stores, from high-end luxury brands to affordable fashion and home goods. The food court offers a great selection of restaurants and cuisines, and the seating is comfortable and spacious. The parking is convenient and free, and the location is easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend CF Market Mall for a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.

Great selection of stores, underground and outdoor parking, movie theatre, great food court and full service restaurants, professional building with medical etc, within walking distance. kids play area, nursing room. I'm sure I'm forgetting lots more. We'll set up, you don't feel like you need two days to walk through! Favorite mall in southern Alberta!

Security guards in front of the apple store make it impossible to distance when walking by. Also they are always grouped together chatting. What's thier point? every other store in the mall operates fine with one or two people at the door.

  • 4/5 Shazia R. 3 years ago on Google
Good selection of stores. Personally, I don’t like the parking lot situation: it makes for unnecessary circling. It’s not my #1 choice for malls to shop but it’s overall nice. I do feel that they have any older and more mature crowd as opposed to Chinook or Cross Irons

  • 5/5 leena r. 3 years ago on Google
A very safe place even during this pandemic. The security personals in the food court area are always attentive and strict , they don't allow anyone to take a bite standing at the food court as no one is allowed to take off their mask ! Sanitisers easily available throughout the mall. Restrictions well maintained . Visiting once in a while for some unavoidable shopping will be the best way to keep the mall good as it is!

  • 5/5 Petar 3 years ago on Google
This is by far one of my favourite malls in Calgary. It’s got all the major stores and then some and it’s not crowded like other malls in the city. I would like to say that parking had never been an issue for me and I’ve been during peak weekend times and even during the weekdays as well so I can attest that it’s been all good so far. I have to say though, prices are a bit pricier than the same comparable stores at other mall locations but such is life.

  • 5/5 Kelly B. 3 years ago on Google
Covid low-volume Front of store service - not the annoying boutique geniuses deep inside the store anymore. Love the speed - but then again I don’t have questions.

  • 4/5 Tim D. 3 years ago on Google
I like the stores, but it's so busy. The stores are nearly empty with COVID restrictions, so instead you wait almost shoulder to shoulder in line outside the store. Maybe it'll be better when the weather gets better...

  • 5/5 Mark L. 3 years ago on Google
One of the cleanest, most organized malls I've been to. It is never too busy. It's easy to get to, lots of parking (the underground parkade is open again). It's easy to find what you're looking for because it's really just one big circle.

Really nice and large mall with plenty of selection for clothing shopping. The entrance is easy to find the parking is plentiful. We were here the first time to buy someone cloths for my husband and there’s so many store to shop in that we ended up spending almost 3 hours walking around. Really nice and modern mall in the southwest area. Recommend

I always enjoy going to Market Mall. They have such a great selection of stores and an awesome food court. It generally is not too busy on week days. A great place to bring your kids on a cold/rainy day. Please open up the children's play area again! My family misses it and cannot wait to see the new climbing structures and play! :)
