The place is decent, with a nice view. The staff is kind of neutral in terms of making clients feel at home. They have wifi but i didn't use it. Came here to do some work on my laptop but just on the second day I've found an available table next to an electric plug. The music has nothing to do with anything. The music style could be compared to that played in a low-rated tavern. When I asked the staff for a specific song to be played, they refused. Overall it's not a horrible place. I would place it above the mean :)

Every dish comes with all the complementary sides! The bread is homemade, the garlic sauce is creamy and soothing, the portions are so filling and have an exquisite taste! Exemplary! European standards! The staff is attentive, helpful, quick and informative! Would surely come back, since the view is incredible!

Server brought an additional portion of soup that we did not order, started arguing with us that we had ordered. Did not bring the bread with the soup (bread was allegedly included) and that included the bread in the check. The food quality was frankly mediocre, especially the anchovies, which were cold, hard to chew and tastless.

Restaurant Santa Catalina, the best place to be excited about food and to be surprised with amazing dishes at correctly price range. Be welcome to step in and enjoy perfectly meals.

The hamsii fish was not freshly made, I mean they did not catched that day, but my tourists said that the rest of the food was excellent. So, I recommend this place. The restaurant is located in the heart of Tulcea harbour with a good view to the harbour. We were in April and the restaurant was almost full. I am wondering that in summer is very crowded.

It was a great idea to visit this restaurant. The food was abubdant and delicious. Highly recomended for those who are not fasting after 18.00. You'll like it.

The ribs where dry and staff were completely unwelcoming. One star for the fries which were really good. If like nice atmosphere, don't go there.
