I've been to many of these €25/100 lei pensions, but this one is the best so far. Really nice room, very friendly staff and perfect location 350m from the bus/boat stop. The restaurant downstairs is very good and affordable, just be patient. Check-out time is at noon, which is awesome.

The lady at the bar doesn't know how to respect customers! I ordered a coffee, but it seems that the dear lady can't hear or see well. 10 people came after me and he served them instantly! This is your respect for customers 0!

Nice place to stay in Tulcea, super close to the Danube shore. Nice, clean and large rooms. Bathroom, also decent. We arived late in the evening when the restaurant was close so the reception offered to order a pizza for us. That was nice. But if you stay here make sure you take a river side room. The ones at the back are close to a busy street, bars and terraces. The view is also nicer. We barely slept. Also the walls are quite thin. We could hear the neibour snore all night long.

Very reasonable prices and located right by the main waterfront for accessing the Delta tours. Room was clean and had a AC and fridge. Parking was public, but we found a spot easily. The restaurant below had good food! No breakfast option.

Well this place is perfectly located about 27 steps from the river bank. Yet the interior design and cleanness of blankets easily bring back memories from late 70ies. On the bright side is for sure a kind and willing to help staff. Do try to ask for a room that does not face away from the river...khmkhm 😑

Walls very thin and you could literally hear what the people do and talk from the room next door. Clean and warm rooms.

Rooms were fine, but the wi-fi was very weak and the shower was really in need of a cleaning and upgrading..

Loud. Thin walls. Broken shower. Was given 3 beds facing an abandoned shed in stead of the double we thought we booked facing the river. Soggy pizza at the restaurant.

Poor quality service at the restaurant, I had to pay for a bottle of water twice because the bar is under separate management!😡
