A nice enough hotel, though not a 4 star hotel, at least not by international standards. Staff is nice and location is good (albeit they're doing major road works outside and the street is basically closed with no parking, but that's hardly their fault). The rooms are nice, but dated and need a refurb (for example my bathroom door was broken and warped; furniture needs an upgrade badly). Nice views from the small balcony. Comfortable enough bed. The pool is nice enough and breakfast was decent. Overall a fine experience, but don't expect major luxury.

We stayed for 1 night, everything was a dissaster, the rooms look and feel very old and not clenead correctly, there was a noise like a powerfull vibration in the room for the whole time (probably a fan). The breakfast was something we never encountered in a 4 star hotel, and the staff very rude with the guests. It's a pitty because the hotel has a good position with a great view and a huge opportunity to become one of the best in the area. All the experience was very sad.

The hotel rooms were pretty clean, except the bathroom as you can see in the picture. The hair dryer didn’t work, the shower head fell on my head, the mini fridge didn’t work and there were some water damage’s on the ceiling. The breakfast was ok. But overall I cannot recommend this place :/

The bathroom was "in construction" with stains on the cieling, the water faucet of the tub was leaking. When i moved the courtains to see the beautiful view, a breeze of dust came from the carpet. The sauna of the spa was not working, the fountains of the pool were not working since a long time as a staff member said. The food at the restaurant was good but they did not keept in the microwave to long because the potatoes were cold and the steak was at the perfect temperature. Overall for the price i paid (105 euro per night) i feel dissapointed.

It is an amazing place. A beautiful view and a wide selection of very good food. We booked a trip with a boat in the delta. We had as company two cooks and two stewards which offered us an amazing variaty of local and internațional menu. A once in A life experience. All organized by the hotel with their own ship!. The breakfast was ok, but not more than that. The fan in the bathroom made a bad noice. The AC was not so good. The air didn't cool down enough for my taste, had to have the balcony door open. The matresses was old and bumpy. Good enough for a day or two but I wouldn't rate it as a four star. Tried too book a river tour from the reception, but they couldn't help with that. The temperature on the water in the shower was nice and stable tough. And the rooms where clean and fine, but a bit outdated. Doesen't seem to have changed for 20 years. A lot of outdoor construction work with renewing the riverfront wich woke me up every morning.

Noisy with taught beds and from the restaurant menu it is advisable to avoid fish dishes. No elevator acces for breakfast area which reminds me about Pissa tower being leaned in one side. Staff is nice and really strugels to pleas your requests. Parking access is also difficult because automatic barriers do not function.
