A good place to bring your lover for a walk or your kids for a stroll. Lots of pigeons. Slippery in winter if not covered by snow. H&M and supermarkets nearby. Clothing and shoes stores nearby as well. Two cafeterias.

Piata Civica is located exactly in the center of Tulcea. You can find everything you need from a shopping space to beautiful green scenery and fountains. Its great for kids too.
