The best place to have your coffee in the afternoon, right in the middle of the city center. The owners are sweethearts and very friendly people. The coffee is great and so are the biscuits. Drop by anytime until 17:00 for a warm cup of love and a nice chat with Mr. Vali. Ask for the Coconut latte to have a great experience and the visit our beautifull city. Great place to get a delicious coffee in downtown Tulcea. They have quite a couple of options for all caffeine lovers. My favourite blend is the Tiger which works perfect for espresso and the cappuccino. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Enjoy!

Nice spot for a specialty coffee while in Tulcea. The man from the coffee shop recommended some ice based coffees, and it was a great choice. I really recommend it if you want a good coffee in Tulcea.
