It's a old and beautiful temple on a hill overlooking the Pichola lake. There's a rope way to go to top which costs around ₹ 200 per person for both ways. For those who wish to climb there's steps but it would be a bit tedious. The temple is beautiful and the view from top especially in the evening during sun set is great. It's worth visiting in the evening.

Shri Manshapurna Karni Mata Temple is a Hindu temple located on the Machla Magra Hills, near the Doodh Talai Lake in Udaipur, Rajasthan. It enshrines the stone idol of Karni Mata. A must visit place in Udaipur, doesn't exactly have to be a devotee to be here. The scenic view on top of the hill, with lake view is mind blowing. Once can not miss this amazing place in udaipur. Enroute trek to the temple , there is a way to watch tower ,not many go there as it’s on a little different path but the views are simply awesome from there.

Amazing place. You can take cable car ride over there in 117 rupees only. Although it was a small ride, view from temple was amazing.

It is located on top. We choose rope way. They say 30 min of waiting but we need to wait for an hour to go. Then while returning also you need to take number token and wait for your turn. Mandir is peace and calm, no rush you can have proper darshan. No rats here. Beautiful view from the top.

Superb place. This place will give you the best ever panoramic view of udaipur. Two ways to reach the top of the hill.....1 through stairs and 2 through rope way. Rope way will make you feel elated since it will give you the bird view of Lake Pichola. Food is available at both place i.e. base and top of the hill. Some fun activity like gaming, Ice paan, aquarium etc are also available. The place is quite, serene and will give you peace.

It is a hill top temple with amazing amazing view of the city. Best time to go is around 7PM so we see the night view of the city too. The fully lighted city is just an awesome view. Cable cars are maintained well and are constantly going up and down. The return waiting take is a bit longer. There is also a food court where we can spend a couple of minutes while waiting for the cable car.

Cable cable car ride is just ok which costs around 115/- per person. Main view starts when you reach on top. I recommend you to reach at the top at the time of sunset.. You can capture Time Lapse here. 👌😀 Views are Amazing. Must Visit 👍

You must visit karni mata temple to enjoy amazing view of udaipur city because it situated on a hill top. You can came here by stairs enjoying natural views and by rope-way.

The karni mata temple is situated on the top of the mountain and we can reach there through ropeway or by walking. The view from the top is amazing and during sunset it becomes so beautiful to watch the scene. We can see the whole city and specially the pichola lake and the city Palace.

Karni mata temple is located on top of hill with ropeway option to reach there. We weren't aware of rope way so it was pleasant surprise for kids. Early morning there was no queue and we immediately got the ropeway, while coming back we saw huge rush and queue. You get a great view from the top. You can see both the old and new part of Udaipur city. From here you get lovely view of Jagmandir in middle of Pichola Lake and can also see city Palace and all surrounding areas from top. We were thinking we get to see lots of rats roaming around in the temple, but we could find only few locked up in cage. Came to know there is actually another temple in Bikaner where there are huge number of rats roaming openly. Ropeway was great experience for kids and also do visit the 3D museum near ropeway entrance if you want to take few good and fun photos.

Amazing view of the city. We used cable car to there. People in Ticket counter shop for cable car lie you and try to sell there food and soft drinks by saying that you will not get anything to eat up in he temple area. Whereas there is many food stalls and also a good restaurant in the waiting area upstairs near the temple.

We took ropeway to the temple, which I think was a huge mistake. The waiting time was around 1.5 hours, it was crowded, we missed the sunset and by the time we reached at top it was already dark. But the night view was also breathtaking. You can see whole city in golden lights. It was very peaceful at the top. Slow winds, aarti sound at the background and watching city view. Beautiful experience. You must visit in sunset time and wait for night view too. This way you can experience both views.
