This hotel staff / management i along with two agents one Turkish and one is from kamoki Punjab Pakistan are involved in human trafficking as they issue work permit on the quota of their hotel from various countries by taking huge sum individuals and they are called upon to work snd even work permit is issued in Istanbul turkey. This scam has three partners one partner is from Pakistan and one unknown agent is from turkey and few staff / management of bof business hotel all three are involved in human trafficking . Foreign office ,police and Interpol should intervene several individuals hv already faced this issue which needs immediate action. High management should take immediate and serious step to stop this issue because this is going to affect the hotel reputation also regards

Every thing perfect except customer service, it need more training to staff to maintain cleanese and quality of hotel. Very clean hotel i have stayed several times, and it was very affordable during my last stay it was 45€/night. Its recommended to search on online booking websites for an offer because they will ask for higher rate at reception. In general its very well designed building and very clean, but i didn't like there staff they didn't do any thing wrong but i don't feel comfortable with them.

Rooms a bit dated, but especially the AC is not working at certain times of the day. When we checked in at 16:00 AC worked perfectly, but when we came back at 23:00 the room was hot, even we left the AC working with the second card while we left for dinner. It was colder in the corridor and outside than in the room. We then checked another room and it had the same issue. Early morning however, it starts working again around 6:00 so by 8:00 the room is cold. This happened for the 2 nights we stayed so I was not happy with this as I could not sleep properly with the heat, considering the hotel star category.

I was there for 1 week. The staff are very nice peoples specially Sibel, Eyelem and Busra they help me ordering food plus calling taxi etc…. Great communication 🤗😍Thank you ladies

We loved and enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much! Definitely would recommend it to everyone whose searching for a hotel with top Employees, Mrs. Büsra, Emine and Tugba were the nicest stuff we ever meet also the housekeepers are very nice and make you feel really comfortable!! A wonderful hotel for business travel in Istanbul and at the heart of Ümraniye Thank you so much to all the hotel staff but especially to Ms. Eylem who has been so kind, helpful and friendly during my visit. She really is a genuine example of the famous Turkish hospitality. ♥️

The hotel itself is pretty clean however the breakfast is a letdown, very few options and most of the items would be finished by the time you get your turn, small dining area. I really like the restaurant staff who treated me very kindly and professionally especially Eylem. The other two young staff members are also very polite and considerate. Overall ok experience x

We were there for work. Hotel is very good, clean and in a suitable location very close to Metro. Breakfast is great and the staff, expecially Emine, Büşra and Eylem, so friendly and helpfull: I would give top rate them!! Just today they helped my colleghe into find his mobile phone lost in the taxi......a really great support, appreciated so much. Thanks a lot. We will come for sure again on the next travel.

All in all I had a really good experience. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Busra, Tuba, Eylem and Sibel were very helpful, they all willingly helped with finding nice restaurants and navigating us to commercial places close by. The whole staff made the experience a lot better. The breakfast included was also very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the area and looking for a decent place to stay.

The BOF Hotels Business is an awesome hotel. Positive: 1. Clean and quite rooms. There are no annoying other Guest which make loud noises. Every guest was respectfull to the other guests. The housekeeping is making a good job too. 2. The breakfast was very delishes. Every day different and fresh food. The kitchen chef and his staff are making an awesome job. 3. Taxis are avaible within 5-10min via App BiTaksi. I recommend to download this app. It helps alot in Türkiye. Negative: I have found nothing that is really negative in this hotel. It would be really nice if they would have a pool too :) Over all it was a very good experience and i would recommend this hotel to everyone.

One thing that disappointed me was that the ventilation in bathroom doesn't work well so you can smell smoke coming from other floors everytime you use the bathroom, and what I enjoyed was the bed was very soft and was comfortable to sleep in. Great location to do business. In a short time stay. Great breakfast 👍🏻

I've stayed in countless hotels before. From Hilton to Ramada, from 4Seasons to Wyndham. And none of them had a proper hair dryer. But BOF hotel has. I have no idea how others don't put these proper hair dryers but it's such a comfort. All the other aspects were near perfect also. Excellent hotel.

Stuff is very helpful reception people are very helpful (Emine - Emrehan - Tuba - Busra ) Only the food is medium quality and every day the same no change varieties in breakfast .

The reception girl Emire Gül and Büşra were very cooperative while check in and check out. Good Breakfast and comfortable stay with clean rooms . Overall good experience.👌

It’s a good area for holliday. Personnels are soo cool with the client, they were cutly with us. The breakfast was so good. There are a sauna inclued in the price with a little sport zone. I recommend this hotel go on!!!
