Clean rooms. Bad service, only 2 elevators serving 11 floors, one of them suddenly stoped working so all guest are using 1 elevator. No luggage trolleys ! Bag boys not always available. Never visit again

Suudi Arabistandan kış tatili için geldiğimiz the kailyn atasehir de 1 hafta kaldık. Otel temizlik,rahatlık ve konum açısından çok güzeldi. Odalar geniş ve konforlu,  zevkle  dizayn  edilmiş. Ekip çok  özenle seçilmiş  kibar  ve yardım severdi.. Konaklamamiz boyunca bize çok destek oldular. Öncelikle  satiş  müdürü Aycan hanım olmak üzere resepsynodaki arkadaşlar volkan bey , evin hanım, kerem bey ,Ender bey ve diğer bütün  çalışanlara çok çok teşekkürler . I highly recommend the KAILYN HOTEL. Everything is so exquisite. The staff are very friendly, especially Mr. Volkan , Mr.Ender and Mr.Kerem.... surely the most important thing for me is the level of service, quality and style. Kailyn is very well put together and designed in loft concept with my desired lighting ✨️ "hidden lighting" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Otele ilk giriş yaptığımızda personel grubu bizi çok hoş, güleryüzlü ve sevgiyle karşıladılar. Odalarımızın temizliği ilk dikkat çeken izlenim oldu bunun yanında konfor rahatlık ve hijyen bakımından çok iyiydi. Sürekli İstanbul’a iş icabı geliyorum ve bu oteli tercih ettim beklentilerimi tamamen karşıladı gayet memnun kaldım, bundan sonrada tek tercihim olacak ve herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

As a family with two children, We stayed in two rooms, one suite and one family suite next to each other. The hotel is almost newly opened, it's very well and modernized equipped and is really super clean. They have friendly management and staff too. The location is near to nice areas of Atasehir, I used my own car, so there was no transportation problem for me, and normally in Istanbul, we have breakfast at outside cafes, so we didn't have the hotel breakfast experience. Considering the large size of the rooms, cleanliness, very good design and reasonable price, we will definitely choose this hotel in our next trips.

We had a good stay at the pent house floor, rooms are clean, cleaning staff are effective, view is good, and the pricing was fair.

If you are seeking fkr a quiet place away from Istanbul crowded places and for a deep sleep I recommend The Kailyn Hotel.

الفندق نظيف وجديد لكن لايوجد أي خدمات في الليل تم طلب ماء للشرب واخبرونا انها بقيمة ٣يورو بالإضافه إلى ان خدمة تنظيف الغرف سئيه للغايه كل شيء يبقى كما هو عدا مسح الارضيات وترتيب السرير؟ طاقم الفندق لطيف ..

İstanbul Anadolu yakası Ataşehir de konaklamak için harika bir otel. Odaları temiz geniş ve rahat. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Great hotel, lovely rooms, nice staff on reception, restaurant staff very pushy and found quite rude tho. Nothing in initial walking distance, big shopping centre 10 minute taxi drive away which is great if you have a lot of money to spend as quite pricey. Takes about an hour to get to the heart of Istanbul tourism district from this hotel.

My 20 nights stay in Kailyn hotel was convenient and comfortable. I would like to thank the hotel reception staff ( day and night shifts )for their dedication, supportive and kindness . Thanks Mr. Firat and the lady ( forget her name , gentlewoman tall lady ) for their customer oriented and satisfying the customers. I have a concern related to the house keeping that the hotel management needs to fix it to make sure rooms are well cleaned daily. The other concern related to the noise isolation where the hotel was not designed well against noise. Thank you again and will come back.

Everything was just fine! Room was clean and tidy, food was very good and the people is kind and really tried their best to accommodate all our needs! The only downside is that some of the staff barely speak English, making communication a little tricky sometimes.

Amazing hotel. People love unfriendly and helpful. Had a massage couldn’t fault it.
