I liked the place, the service was very good, and everyone was very gentle. The food was good and prices are reasonable.

The chef with long hair was so nice and friendly. He could speak Dutch which suprised me. The food was good and cheap. The alley was kinda scary at night but once you get in the restaurant it’s very nice inside.

The view from upstairs is staggering and was quite unexpected. Service was exceptional and the food great. Prices were reasonable too. Will definitely be bringing friends back here when we visit.

Was a great place to have a convo with my local friend. Orange juice was so tasty and food were incredibly forgettable. The view was too stunned to speak because its so extracted. You can clearly see the asian sides and bosphorus cruises. The sounds of seagull were your music to listen. Its beautiful cafe with the turkish ornaments and the design made me feel so in love in a sec i see and walked in this cafe. The price is not so expensive at all for tourist. I would love to go back to here if i had a chance to come back to Turkey and Istanbul again. What a great place!

Little gem hidden in a small alley. The meat was absolutely delicious, as it was the rest of the food. You’ll eat with a lovely view of the golden horn. Last but not least, the service makes this restaurant great!

It was a cold, rainy, dark night when my wife and I still decided to leave our hotel for a snack. Too many stars is usually a warning sign for me, but not here at Bey Kapısı Cafe & Restaurant they are earned. In the rain in a dark ally and the sign for a shisha bar (not my cup of coffee) at the door, we decided to go up the stairs anyway. We ended up having a great night. The food was very good. The owner and his workers, as good as it gets. You feel at home right away. We will be back again.

Excellent restaurant! And that's why: quality service without being obtrusive, value for money (very tasty, you can ask to make a dish without meat, inexpensive, 100-200 TL per person), nice music and a magnificent view of the water and the evening city!!! I highly recommend pomegranate tea! Polite staff and great atmosphere. We will definitely come again! Thanks a lot!

Beautiful view of the bay and the Galata Tower. The restaurant staff is very polite. As a compliment, they served delicious Turkish tea and cute jewelry. I recommend visiting.
