Conveniently located hotel with easy access to a mall and metro station, but guest satisfaction is not their priority. We stayed there for 3 nights in March 2022 and overall satisfied with their facility and breakfast quality. However, they couldn't do simple stuff such as bringing extra bath towels. I called the reception for four times but they didn't deliver at the end. It's strange especially because the hotel was not busy by guessing from breakfast crowds. Guest satisfaction is not their priority and they are busy on other things... counting money?

I will never make a reservation in this hotel unfortunately. They don't care about their customers and neither their diamond member, I suppose to to stay till the 6th of September but I had to cancel my reservation and look to another hilton and still I'm not getting my refund point.

Absolutely loved staying at Double Tree Hotel. This is my 7th trip to Istanbul in the last year and I always stay at Double Tree. I usually stay at the one near the water. This location is fantastic! Easy access to the mall, all the staff we met were super nice, professional, and very well mannered. Everyone I spoke with understood my English very well. Rooms are great, I got a smoking room so of course it will have a little smell of smoke. I didn’t mind since I smoke. Will absolutely stay here again and 100% recommend staying at this location. The pool was also another fantastic perk, you do have to wear a shower cap and eye protection but I didn’t mind because we was the the only ones at the pool and wasn’t crowded at all. Thank you for the hospitality from the room service, reception, and the room cleaners. We felt at home and that’s all you can ask for.

I stayed at this hotel twice. Convenient location next to mall and metro station. The room was OK, view was great with a top floor. Breakfast was delicious. In addition, I want to highlight this hotel's superior customer service. For my second stay, Istanbul was my first stop and I booked three nights at nonrefundable rate. However, due to Covid situation, my flight was delayed for a day. I contacted Hilton, and this property helped modify my reservation from three nights to two. I am very grateful to the property for their understanding.

The hotel is nice and service is nice however I highly suspect that the bell boy has frnds who are taxi drivers and they take advantage of tourists like they did to me. Avoid ordering a Taxi through the bell noy,.

Real useless management. Doing drilling activities at 22.00 hours and when asked , they say it's other building and i need to wait for 1 hour. If you want to have a peaceful sound sleep, then avoid this hotel 16/12/23 - that's a big lie what you said that no one complained as there were many calls made to reception when I was at the reception making this complaint. Don't try to hide your faults and accept the mistake. The mall and your hotel is connected and it doesn't make any sense to just throw the ball against them. There is a rule that construction activities shouldn't take place after 8pm. Also the construction noise started at around 9.55 and lasted till 10.55 so it's 1 hour and not 45 minutes as you stated.

Had an unforgettable stay at this hotel. Very clean and quiet. Superb view. ( wishing window from outside was a bit more clean 😀) food at a Michelin star ⭐✨ all staff make us fill like VIP guests.

Friendly attitude, really nice and clean rooms and beautiful design :) gym and swimming pool is included. Entrance to shopping mall is good idea as well. Recommend this hotel 🏨

FANTASTIC STAY !!! Check Inn was easy, thank's to Ozan, who is highly professional & polite. Fantastic room with great views. Housekeeping very prompt. Breakfast options are good, tasty & awesome. I admire people who work hard at their jobs. Hilton has a team that lives up to its name, particularly Eda and Gülhan's helping attitudes. What makes another stay even more comfortable for me is not just the quality of the beds, but also their kind manner.

I had a four night stay which was pleasant. Staff at the front desk were great - accomodating to specific needs and always available. Breakfast was okay, although the area where it was served feels a bit cramped (especially if a lot of people are getting breakfast at the same time). Slightly weird layout with the entrance two floors down from reception. Easy access to metro to take you into the city

I was at this hotel as a Turkish Airines guest bwcaose my flight, as my other on thay date, was cancelled. Despite the huge crowd of tired and nervous people, at the receptin desk, the personnel was able to manage with efficiency and also relatively fastly, under those circumstances.

Beautiful hotel, super professional and quick service, room was spacious and the bed was super large and just divine! Great powerful shower (the hairdryer was great too unlike hotels in the uk sometimes!), clean, comfortable and warm! Would definitely love to visit again!

Hotel was good but location as a tourist is not recommended. Stay in Europe side as all tourist attractions are in Europe side in Turkey

Very good only if you're staying local. Rooms are ok. The restaurant is good. Amenities are great. The pool was actually empty in the morning! Service was ok. They didn't give me an upgrade although the hotel was pretty empty (based on breakfast attendance) but that's ok. You have direct access to the mall next to it, and the metro station is steps away. Getting to the European side is a hassle though. You either have to spend a lot of cash on taxi or a lot of time in the public transport to get to the European side of the city. A very good stay for us, overal. Thank you!

The hotel is central and has many options of public transportation. The hotel is great and so as the breakfast. The one thing that make me and my family come back and stay at the hotel multiple time is the personal service. The front desk manager Mr. Sinan is incredible and helped me and my mom with navigating our way in town, local recommendations (local Hamam, restaurants , and much more) and all in English. We had outstanding experience mostly thanks to him and we highly recommend it!

Very nice Breakfast und clean rooms but off located somehow, at least there is a metro station nearby which is the best way to get around in Istanbul

I stayed at many hiltons in particular across the UK. I stayed here (doubletree instanbul) for 4/5 days. The hotel is classy and professional. The staff are very good and efficient. The food is okay, (although I couldn't review it to well as I never really ordered much) but the breakfast is perfect with continental options 👌. They have a quick room service. The facilities are great and it connects to the shopping mall. There's a swimming pool and nice gym which I was too lazy to use. The rooms are lovely. really comfy beds, great lighting options, the aircon/heater is great. shower is fab. complimentry toiletries, Samsung tv where you can mirror screen from your phone. you have to pay between 100lira to 200lira per day for WiFi.(optional) The hotel manager is a polite man whom is easy to talk to. he can advice you on tourist travel, culture and places to shop. The cleaners are so sweet and cheerful. it's always lovely to tip those who are helping to take care of you and cater to your needs. The security staff at front of house are brilliant. they open doors for you automatically and do the appropriate checks whilst being professional, respectful and polite. So in a nutshell, this hotel presents a beautiful stay!! ❤️

I had a six night stay in this hotel, good location in the Asia side of İstanbul. It’s located next to a mall for easy access of shopping and food. Breakfast was nice for the first two days but its repetitive, I don’t advise when staying more than three nights. Too many rules when using the swimming pool so better be prepared with caps and goggles which is compulsory. Check out very slow, should be improved.

I love this hotel because its connected to the shopping centre. Service was outstanding the whole 8days I stayed there, all their staffs were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! Swimming pool, gym and laundry was accessible too. The only difficult part was most people don’t speak english. There’s no seafood or fish available too around the area. But overall, everything was excellent!!!

Stayed here 3 times. Excellent service. Especially one of the managers Sinan, very professional in his role. He was very helpful from check in to check out. Made the stay very easy. I would recommend to anybody.

I and my friend stayed in this hotel for 10 night. The location is great, easy access to the mall, underground station 3 min walk. The service is up to standard and the staff is very nice. The FO manager, Mr Sinan, was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

Such a nice hotel with great amenities. It's located at a very nice location adjacent to metro train station and big mall. That was my 3rd stay at this hotel and I extremely love it. Staff is also very welcoming and helpful.

Location is not that great however, everything else is spot on, good services, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are adequate for a Hilton hotel. You have a pool and a gym. Bonus, there is a mall downstairs. The view from the room is impressive.

The hotel is located in a busy area in Ümraniye right next to CANPARK. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is delicious, the breakfast national and international. On the covered outdoor terrace you can end the day wonderfully. The rooms are clean and tidy and have a TV, kettle, iron and ironing board. I'll definitely be back.

I went to attend a wedding in Istanbul, had a lovely stay at the hotel. Went swimming almost everyday, great facilities and market nearby. Unfortunately, my phone got stolen near the end (be careful when travelling in Taqsim Square!), I informed the manager who was wonderful, he extended by stay for a day. Wonderful management.

1. Rooms are just fine, but not a 5 star nor a 3 star. It is 4 star only. 2. Reception are not welcoming and they do not give info unless you keep asking. 3. Restaurant are very good. 4. Parking is not easy and confusing with the mall parking and no one helps you. 5. Hotel floors, reception locations are confusing unless you ask verbally. Management is poor. 6. Location is good mountain and city view.
