It was a comfortable stay with great big rooms, we enjoyed our stay there, we spent an amazing 8 nights. The staff generally were friendly and helpful, however Mr. ARSLAN the bill boy was very great and supportive, we do really appreciate his continuous help and his always kind smile 😃

Good hotel with all the facilities. Nicely located close to two metro stops and close to restaurants & malls. Staff were quite helpful also with arranging taxis and tips regarding restaurants.

Stayed at the covid time. The only available hotel was in Umraniye met requirements. Quite clean bright. Excellent service with the amazing breakfast. Very convenience location walking to the metro Yemenevler and shopping mall groceries. Attractive area. Recommended.

It was my second stay in the Oryapark Crowne Plaza. There was no availability for the queen bed room and it took three nights to move me to the new room. The breakfast is very good and have a good variety of food which I think can cover almost everything, Muesli, Granola, fresh yogurt, fresh fruity, egg and omelet's, different type of bread and fresh salad, nuts, Turkish delights, dates etc.... The gym equipment requires an urgent fix as most of the machines have broken parts. I didn't use shower and spa so I cannot comment. I hate the internet speed, I am unable to understand that how come hotel can offer a slow internet in a country like Turkey. They should upgrade the connection speed or at least offer better speed. The other advantage is it is surrounded by different restaurants which are open till late night.

I was very happy with the service I received at this hotel, I had rhinoplasty done and they were very understanding of my coming to get ice 3/4 times a day, the language barrier was tricky, but there was always someone nearby who did speak English. The rooms were really nice. The food was very nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and everyone was very kind. I was a solo traveller. I was anxious about being on my own, but I shouldn’t have been, because it was never even noticed. Thank you for looking after me, and I’d like to thank my cleaner. She didn’t speak any English, but she was ever so kind. I didn’t get her name unfortunately.

I ordered almost everything on the room service menu and it was disgusting couldn't eat it and in this area are only meat resturants also the hotel doesn't have lunch or dinner so basically if you're a vegetarian you have nothing to eat.

Hotel and staff was great, very friendly, clean. Breakfast was awesome. Subway is 15 min away that takes you to downtown in 30 min. There is a little Plaza with shops and restaurants 3 min away, down the street

Staff is great and doing their upmost! Rooms are clean but noisy since they all face a busy highway. The noise keeps you awake 🙁 There’s a lot of “medical tourism” so make sure to have a strong stomach if you plan to have breakfast there… The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and the price is quite high, so I’d avoid this hotel if you can!

Excellent efforts by all the staff in all locations of the hotel. Starting with the extremely helpful porters, front office perfection, very delicious spoiling breakfast with all varieties , house keeping was brilliant. I can’t find anything not well done. I am definitely going to go there every time I go to Istanbul.

The 1 star is purely food related... 0.2% vegan/plant based awareness. They have 1 decent veggie burger in their restaurant menu, the restaurants outside are fully meat & chicken. For breakfast you can only eat bread & jam, sometimes hummus, as even the peanut butter has cheese powder inside it. There's no milk selection and you have to open Google translate to explain what Soy milk is. The baked potatoes/mushrooms always have butter or parmesan cheese on them. Even the rice has butter in it. Most soups have butter or yogurt in them. Their coffee maker has the milk built in so they can't make you a vegan drink other than tea. Even their pasta has eggs in the ingredients. They also don't cut the salad properly and they served me avocado as hard as a rock. The hotel is great and mostly the staff are nice & pleasant, so really this is only about the food.

This my first day and everything good and the breakfast was great and they have all what you need The lady Kadrye was so nice and generous talking to me the other Cane and Hasan comes overs to ask if you need anything and so friendly and polite, people here so generous to help and wonderful Thank you

The hotel in terms of rooms has good quality. In general have had good people assisting the room. Even great attention to serve chocolate as in picture to kids to welcome in room service. The bar, avoid to use! In particular don't ask for turkish coffee, is not what i know from other parts of the country or outside. Clients have to be more listed as in any 5 star hotel, also has to improve english level in se staff to help with better support. A more clear information before bookings made when fundamental leasure facilities such as swimming pool will not be available for 1 month as it happened this time with us.

Hotel overall is good. What differentiates it is the service from every person I was in contact with, reception, concierge, food service, everyone. I left some articles in my room at check out when I moved to downtown, I contacted the property and Emre (front office manager) located it and had it sent to me within hours. Awesome service.

Very bad experience about hotel service , I stay this hotel more than one month and paid huge money even it’s company payment. The AC condition in the room either not work at all or 24 hours running without stop. I complained several times but nothing happen. The reception just say yes but no any real action taken. After I shouted to them, then try to send technicians. This not 5 star hotel even worse than normal apartment. Specially the attitudes from them is so arrogant they don’t care about the experience from customers. I will try to cancel all contact between company and this hotel and I will strongly recommend u don’t stay this hotel. Hell experience. Never come again.

Ver very nice and pleasant hotel to stay. If you have business trip or skip away , this is very nice and quite place for you. Highly recommended ! Comfortable beds and even pillow menu you can choose from! Breakfast is very in different fruits, bread, eggs, you name it! Turkish breakfast is amazing! But, on top of everything , the stuff and manager very very nice people! Thank you guys for all help and support! I forgot my jewelry in the safe and soon I send email to them, they respond it right away and found my items! Letting me know that they will keep them until I send my friend to pick them up. So, all the time I stayed in this hotel , it feel like home and I will be back! Thank you so much!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and quiet, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Additionally, the hotel offers a pool, sauna, and gym located downstairs, making it a definite recommendation from me.

Amazing breakfast, great staff service especially Ayse! Rooms could use usb ports for charging and possibly a system whereas a couple power sockets could function even if the keycard is removed. This way you can charge an external battery whilst visiting the city.

They have a nice variety for breakfast, the people are friendly, but The room not as expected, some dirt on the carpet, the fridge is not working.

We had some doubts to get our hotel on the Asian side of instanbul but I can't describe how much we felt satisfied we did so,hotel building is actually half of a modern skyscraper towering over it's sorounding , clean rooms,polit reception, delicious breakfasts ,very quiet neighbourhood, definitely try the Turkish restaurant on the opposite side the street in front of the hotel to give you my final word rent a car when you arrive at the airport 🛫 have fun , peace ✌️

Located on the Asian side, next to a completely empty skyscraper. Nice rooms, friendly staff, but not much to offer. The restaurant's garden is a hidden gem.

I will start with location , it depends on the reason why you're in Istanbul but for me the location was the best away from traffic congestion. The staff service is really satisfying and most of them are nice and cooperative. The rooms are good but they need to focus more on rooms cleaning service. The worst part is breakfast. I have no comments to say but it's unbelievable to offer such breakfast and hot beverages in a five stars hotel. It's more kind of short vacation hotel or business trip, it's not kind of luxurious place.

Crowne Plaza, Orya Park An elegant hotel. Well appointed. The rooms were nice and spacious. Cleaned regularly and on time. Turn down service too. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was a lavish spread. Something for even a fussy eater. Such a vast selection of cheese, fruit and olives.
