Having a great experience at Fraser Antasya Istanbul. It's an ideal facility for vacations or business travel. The staff is quite supportive and helpful despite of language difference. I would like to mention regarding, Yazgul, one of the staff member who is very helpful. I would highly recommend Fraser to everyone.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks from 17th - 29 December and it was a good experience. On the day of departure, my father forgot his AirPods in the hotel and I informed them of that, they promised me to keep them.. But unfortunately when I contacted one of the hotel employees to deliver them to my friend , unjustified amounts were requested other than the delivery value!!! It seemed to me like a hustle!!!!!! And i still can’t take my father’s airdrops!!

Google review score never surprises. We were quite happy with our stay. The rooms (not a room though, actually bigger than my apartment back home) are spacious, cosy and well equipped. Staff is hospitable and knows how to approach guests. Well trained obviously. Especially Sell-chook (i don't know how to spell but sounds like this.) Thank you to the team made our Istanbul trip an unforgettable one. ❤️

Have been staying at Fraser for 5 days and it’s absolutely amazing! Service, specially Salih who is supporting for all needed. The cleanness of the rooms and his positivity is amazing!

I enjoyed my stay with the family here. The view was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were nice. The staff were helpful whenever we asked for help. It was the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable during our stay. There is a bus stop not faraway and also some malls and other little shops you can buy things from.

We had the most memorable holiday in Istanbul. We stayed at Fraser Place Antasya for 6 weeks. We rented 4 apartments. Please forward our thank to all staff (The administration, the concierge, the cleaners) for their excellent service and support. They were there for us day and night and tried their best to help us. The apartments were cleaned daily. The location of the hotel is a short walking distance to a shopping mall with different shops and services. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

Wonderful hospitality and service. Very courteous receptionists. Special mention to Mr. Osman who went out of his way to help with my tour plans during my visit.

This had been my first trip to Turkey and choosing a hotel was very difficult as many had bad reviews. I stumbled across Fraser Palace and saw an endless amount of good reviews. Osman and Samet had been extremely helpful, their customer service was impeccable. Providing support throughout the two weeks of my stay, they definitely made the experience much more easier! I will definitely return to this specific hotel in the future!

Things were fantastic from the start of organizing the vacation and reserving the accommodation. The personnel is quite kind and helpful, particularly the lady Rehana and the gentlemen Mr. Samet Yildiraner. They are really courteous and responsive to our demands, and the room service and cleanliness are also superb. They are deserving of more than 5 stars.

The place is great for families with kids, adjacent to a mall and few restaurant and shops. It is a bit far from tourists attractions but it is about 2-3km away from several metro stations

It has been a very pleasant experience in Fraser place, spent more than 30+ days. Special thanks to attendants Tugba and Fatima Nur. Every thing form breakfast to amenities and facilities were awesome.

My husband and I stayed here for a long time and we had an extremely comfortable and pleasant experience. We are very thankful to Nilgun for her excellent housekeeping. Restaurant staff - Tayfun, Hakan, Meriyum and others were warm and welcoming. They always happily catered to all our requests. We would also like to mention and thank receptionists Rehan and Osman, and Bellboy Orhan for their help and support always. Fraser is definitely recommended from our side.

A very friendly and helpful staff from the the bell boy to the house keeping team. As always, this hotel is very comfortable. It is 2 minutes waking from a big mall with all services around. Very recommended

The rooms were clean, check in was easy and quick. Staff was friendly and spoke good English. All in all, I had a good time, the price is worth it. I would recommend this hotel!
